Chris Brown is planning to sue the woman who accused him of rape.
After he (and two others) were released from custodyand not charged, the R&B's singer' attorney, Raphael Chiche, announced he is gearing up to file a defamation suit againt the woman who made rape allegations against him. His lawyer tweeted:
#ChrisBrown est libre. Aucune poursuite n'a été exercée contre lui. Il conteste vigoureusement les accusations portées contre lui. Une plainte pour dénonciation calomnieuse sera déposée demain auprès du Procureur de la République de Paris.https://t.co/8cDWhXhUY7

It reads, "Chris Brown is free. No lawsuits were filed against him. He vigorously challenges the charges against him. A complaint about slanderous denunciation will be filed tomorrow with the Public Prosecutor of Paris."

The "Undecided" singer and two people from his camp were released from police custody Tuesday night after a woman accused him of "violently" raping her inside his Mandarin Oriental hotel room on January 15th.
Chris has DENIED all of the allegations brought against him:
While the Grammy Award winning singer hasn't been charged, Paris authorities are still investigating. A woman named Kim Ford was falsely accused of being the woman who made the rape allegations, but she has since come forward to shut down the rumors. The actual accuser remains unnamed.
