Cops just pulled up on R. Kelly for the 2nd time this week.
Police went to his Trump Tower residence in Chicago after an anonymous caller gave the Cook County State Attorney's office a tip that he was holding two women hostage.
Sources told TMZ five Chicago police officers showed up to the residence and spoke to Kelly and the women, who are believed to be Joycelyn Savage and Azriel Clary. Both of the women were featured in the LIFETIME docu-series, "Surviving R. Kelly."
When police entered the residence, they ordered Kelly into another room while they questioned the women. The women told Chicago PD they were there voluntarily and nothing inappropriate was going on, so the police left.
If you watched the docu-series, you saw Joycelyn and Azriel's parents desperately trying to get them back. They believe their daughters have been brainwashed and that's why they don't want to leave.

On Wednesday night (Jan. 9th), police ran up on Kelly while he was partying at Chicago's V75 Lounge for his 52nd birthday. In the early hours of Thursday morning, police received a tip that he was in the club and that there was a warrant out for his arrest, so they showed up to the club. Cops eventually determined there was so warrant, so he was left to continue partying.
The 12 Play singer is reportedly under investigation in the state of Georgia and they're looking to open a case in Chicago. At a Chicago press conference recently, Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx urged any survivors and witnesses of Kelly’s alleged abuse to contact her office to help the county build a criminal case against Kelly.
Apparently all of the negative press has caused the "Bump N' Grind" to suffer from panic attacks. Some so severe he sought out medical attention.

Sources connected to the embattled singer tell us the panic attacks started in the days leading up to "Surviving R. Kelly" airing last week. The firestorm that erupted after it aired is affecting him, too, because we're told they've continued ... with one attack being so serious, he sought treatment at a hospital.
Our sources say, more often, he's had doctors make house visits. We're told the episodes are triggered by the overwhelming backlash Kelly's getting from celebs and the general public. He's shocked how the tables have turned ... with most people now believing his accusers.
We're told Kelly's aware the pendulum isn't swinging his way right now in the court of public opinion.
Hmph.
Also this week, the "Ignition" singer was evicted from his controversial music studio in Chicago for failing to pay his rent. According to The Blast, R. Kelly has two weeks to settle on the thousands of dollars in rent he owes and if he doesn't, he'll be removed by the sheriff.

We’re told Kelly is over $80,000 in arrears, and an eviction lawsuit was filed against him in July by the owner of the building, Midwest Commercial Funding. Sources directly connected tell us a deal was cut on Monday between the two parties that Kelly would either pay the money back in two weeks or vacate the studio.
We’re told the singer obtained his loan for the property through Midwest Commercial, and his contract guaranteed a 10-year lease at a monthly rate of $22,927.41.
There are currently negotiations going on for the sale of the property, which was featured on Lifetime’s “Surviving R. Kelly” as a headquarters for his alleged sex cult. It’s listed for sale at $3.9 million and more than likely Kelly will be gone once a new owner is ready to move in.
While Kelly hasn't been brought up on any charges, police issued an arrest warrant for his former manager, James Mason, over the summer.
Joycelyn Savage's father, Timothy Savage, accused James Mason of threatening to KILL him and his family over his involvement with the LIFETIME docu-series. He and his wife claim they haven't seen their daughter in two years and they just want her to come home
CNN reports:
In an incident report obtained by CNN, Timothy Savage stated that Mason said, "I'm gonna do harm to you and your family, when I see you I'm gonna get you, I'm going to f***ing kill you."
The case was presented to a Magistrate Judge who issued a warrant in July, citing "terroristic threats and acts." The warrant is assigned to the sheriff's office.

Back in May 2018, R. Kelly survivor Faith Rodgerspulled the trigger on a lawsuit against R. Kelly for knowingly infecting her with herpes when she was 19. She initially filed the complaint in Dallas, but they are no longer investigating the case since their investigation determined no criminal offense had occurred within the city of Dallas, according to Dallas News.
According to Faith's attorney, Lee Merritt, the criminal case was transferred to New York, where Faith and Kelly first had sexual contact. It's reported Faith will file a new police report in NYC "in the near future." Faith's other lawyer, Lydia Agu, said Dallas closing the case has everything to do with a jurisdictional issue since the alleged crime didn't take place in Dallas.

The alleged victim's lawyer, Lydia Agu, tells us before she began representing her, the alleged victim was advised to file a police report in the state where she lived. Although Dallas PD tells us they closed the case because there was "no criminal element," Agu says this is purely a jurisdictional issue because the alleged crime took place in NYC.
Agu says her client will fly to NYC and file with the NYPD's Special Victims Unit. Agu filed a civil lawsuit on behalf of her client -- against R. Kelly -- in May.

UltraViolet, a national women's organization, commissioned a plane with a sign that reads “RCA/Sony: Drop Sexual Predator R. Kelly” to fly over Sony Music’s offices in Culver City, California Friday afternoon (Jan. 11th). They are calling for RCA (which is owned by Sony Music) to drop all affiliations with R. Kelly in the wake of all of the sexual misconduct and sexual allegationsmade against him, specifically detailed in "Surviving R. Kelly."
