The last time Bey was spotted in Target, she was Christmas shopping run with Blue Ivy.

Before Bey just randomly popped up at a LA Target....

Bey was enjoying time with her family and friends to celebrate her mom Tina Lawson's 65th birthday!

Tina's husband Richard Lawson was able to keep the secret long enough to surprise her with a birthday soiree filled with her family and friends. Bey even hopped on the mic to lead in singing "Happy Birthday" to her mom with her husband Jay Z standing behind her.
