Meek Mill's been getting all the Roc love since he's been out of prison. Jay gave him his chain off his neck Saturday night as they hit up D'UssePalooza and a club way uptown in the cut. The Champions rapper was rolling with Jay, Bey and Fabolous, and made it known he's ecstatic about his blessed a** life now. The Carters even inspired him to get a(nother) girl:
