But apparently, she's salty AF. While she posted a nice message on her own Instagram page, she was extra salty and passive aggressive in the comments. She hopped in her "RHOA" co-star Cynthia Bailey and "Married To Medicine" star Dr. Heavenly Kimes' IG comments to throw shade. Check it:

Why is NeNe doing the most? She could have just kept her comments to herself.

CANCER! I know many of you can relate and understand! This word will never be easy to hear for me! It changed my life in so many ways. You change as a person — from the way you think to the way you eat! My marriage changed tremendously! The way i look at people around me and my approach for my family future.
