This is how a couple STUNTS on the carpet. The two-time EMMY nominated actor and his wife, who both star on "This Is Us", shut ish down with their coupledom vibes at the 70th annual Primetime EMMY Awards. And they are, indeed....GOALS!
The "This Is Us" actor rocked a classic black tux as he accompanied his gorgeous wife who flexed in a cream colored Melissa Masse gown that featured a three dimensional flower accent on her shoulder.

When "Atlanta" star Brian Tyree Henry, who was nominated for the Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series award, hit the carpet, he took the chance to relive his 10-year friendship with Sterling. Brian and Sterling - who both studied under the same acting teacher at New York University - met while co-starring in a stage production titled "Wig Out!"

"Atlanta" star Zazie Beetz, who was in the running for the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series award, WOWED in a Ralph Lauren gown and jewels for the big night. By the way, she's gearing up to star in a horror film opposite Chance The Rapper titled, Slice.
Thandie Newton, who hit the carpet in a pink Brandon Maxwell gown, totally stole the night when she won Outstanding Supporting Actress In a Drama for her "Westworld" role. She was nominated for an EMMY last year and copped one this year. During her acceptance speech, she revealed she didn't believe in God, but she wanted to thank "HER" then she dropped the F-bomb! Lordt.

Get Out/"Insecure" star Lil Rel Howery was all smiles on the carpet after the premiere of his brand new FOX series, "Rel," a show loosely based on his life. "Rel" debuted as the No. 1 scripted series of the week when it debuted on September 9th. Nice!
"The Last O.G." star Tracy Morgan hit the carpet before taking the stage to present.
"black-ish"/"Grown-ish" star Yara Shahidi was a vision in a coral Gucci gown and Forevermark jewels. Season 2 of "Grown-ish" premieres January 2019.
"black-ish" actress Marsai Martin looked gorge in a Viktor & Rolf ombre ruffled tea length dress.
Marsai's "black-ish" co-star/on-screen brother Miles Brown was the absolute cutest and her on-screen big brother Marcus Scribner looked sharp in his blue tux.
"black-ish" dad Anthony Anderson hit the carpet with his wife Alvina Stewart before heading inside. This is the fourth consecutive year he has been nominated for an EMMY, but unfortunately he didn't bring a gold trophy home. Sucks.
Meanwhile, we're not sure what "black-ish" star Deon Cole had going on with this printed suit. Actually, we do. He had a whole lot going on. Ha!
A new season of "black-ish" premieres Tuesday, October 16th at 9/8c on ABC.

"black-ish" creator Kenya Barris and his wife Dr. Rainbow Edwards-Barris were all laughs as they made their way down the carpet. We can't wait to see what Kenya creates for Netflix after leaving ABC for the streaming platform.
