Christmas came early for one little girl waiting on a heart transplant.
11-year-old Sofia Sanchez, a patient at Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago, got the surprise of a lifetime when Drake paid her a surprise visit unbeknownst to her. She went viral after posting a video of herself doing the #KiKiChallenge to his "In My Feelings" track and it caught the OVO honcho's attention.

Drizzy could have jetted to NYC to attend the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards (like his tour partners Migos) since his show in Chicago was canceled. However, he decided to spread some cheer to one lucky young lady. To make it even more sweet, Sofia celebrated her 11th birthday this past Saturday.
