Nicki Minaj is still making rounds on her QUEEN press tour. Find out everything she said about Remy Ma, Cardi B, Nas and Tekashi 6ix9ine during her interview on TIDAL's CRWN inside...

Nicki Minaj is making waves in the limelight after recently releasing her fourth studio album QUEEN last week. The release came as a surprise to fans as Nicki kept pushing the album back due to sample clearance issues.

Nicki recorded a track titled "Sorry" that created with her once rumored beau Nas, however, it didn't make the cut due to the fact that she was not able to clear the sample. Last night, Nicki, drenched in Burberry from head-to-toe, sat down for an interview with TIDAL's Elliott Wilson where she explained why the track got axed from the album.

The Grammy nominated rapper revealed her team wasn't able to get in contact with singer-songwriter Tracy Chapman to have the sample cleared.

"We didn’t know Tracy Chapman wrote that song because that’s a vintage dancehall song,” she said.

Nicki ultimately decided that one track wouldn't make or break the album, so she released it without it.

The conversation then highlighted her rap beef with fellow NYC rapper Remy Ma.

"I didn't engage in a rap beef. I didn't engage." the "Chun-Li" rapper said with a smile on her face.

Then, she started spitting lyrics from her collaboration track "Make Love" with Gucci Mane, throwing hella shade, and her fans joined in.

"Oooohhh, oh you the qu-e-e-the queen of this here?/One platinum plaque, album flopped, bitch, where? (bitch, where?)/Hahaha, ahhhhh/I took two bars off just to laugh/You see, silly rabbit, to be the queen of rap/You gotta sell records, you gotta get plaques/S, plural like the S on my chest/Now sit your dumbass down/You got an F on your test"

As for her "relationship" with Cardi B, the "Barbie Tingz" rapper explained she and Bardi had a conversation after the Met Gala where they seemingly squashed their beef. However, Nicki said ish just keeps happening.

"We had a great talk. And we promised each other that we wouldn't feed into bullsh*t anymore. However, it's always some shit happening. There's always some shit being said and being done and I just don't understand. I have no reason to lie. I still have the text messages in my phone," she said.

Nicki said she doesn't hold grudges, but if folks keep coming for her, she's prepared.

“If a person keeps on offending you, you might have to address it at some point. If that time comes, I'm prepared.”

There's that. However, on QUEEN she did fire shots at strippers (an old profession of Cardi's), so we wouldn't be surprised if Bardi pops back.

As far as any rap competition, Nicki said people uses the word competition "loosely."

"Sometimes, I don't know what people mean when they say that. I think it's insulting to say I didn't have competition all these years because there's always been great female rappers in the industry and it's not right to say that."

"Having a big push from a label, does not make you great...and to me, doesn't mean that you're my competition or you're not my competition."

Was that shade...or? Hmm... Especially because she, herself, had a major machine behind her (Cash Money Records) as well.

As for working with controversial rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine on their "FEFE" track, she said she didn't choose to work with him because he was popular. She chose to work with him because of his "talent."

“Labels do not care about talent anymore,” she said. “It’s about popularity," she said. "The reason ["FEFE"] drew my interest was not because 6ix9ine was popular, it’s because it reminded me of ‘Slumber Party’ by Gucci Mane.”

The Young Money rapper made sure to steer clear about addressing his recent legal trouble after he pleaded guilty to the use of a child in a sexual performance.
