Celebs are giving back BIG time! Find out how Kevin Hart and Ludacris, are paying it forward. Plus, see how Quavo is keeping his mother laced inside...

It appears LeBron James opening his own public school is inspiring other celebs to pay it forward in education.

Kevin Hart just revealed his charity (Help From The Hart Charity) has established a $600,000 scholarship fund for college students. He has teamed up with Knowledge Is Power Program (KIPP) schools and the United Negro College Fund to surprise 18 students who plan to attend HBCUs scholarships. The superstar comedian surprised the recipients at an event in Los Angeles.

"Yesterday I surprised 18 #HBCU with scholarships to complete their college degrees.... major thank you to my partners @UNCF @kippschools for helping me," he captioned on Instagram.

KIPP and Help From The Hart Charity each donated $300,000 towards the funds. The students will attend 11 HBCUs, including including Tuskegee University, Xavier University, Morehouse College, Spelman College and Clark Atlanta University. The college bound students are from eight different cities, and eight of them are from his hometown of Philly.

“Education and knowledge are powerful. I just wanted to do my part in providing opportunities for our future leaders, especially from my Philly hometown and show support for HBCUs,” the Night School actor said in a statement.“This is just the beginning; trust me when I tell you there are a lot more kids who want to go to college who don’t have the money to make it happen.”

A woman Ludacris helped out in the grocery store is working on "paying him back."

Of course, the rapper doesn't need anything financially, but she's doing her part to help someone else like he helped her.

The Atlanta woman - Therra Jaramillo - fell on hard times after her husband died of brain cancer. She was having a hard time paying bills and providing for herself (and her rescue dogs), so a friend gave her a gift card to Whole Foods to pick up some groceries. When it was time to pay, she didnt have enough.

The rapper was standing behind her in line and decided to front her $375 grocery bill.

"He turned to me and he said, 'I said I got this.' And I looked at him, and he said, 'All of this, don't put anything back.'," she shared.

She didn't have a clue who he was until the cashier tipped her off that Luda was a famous rapper.

Therra knows the rapper doesn't want the money back, but she decided to show her appreciation by supporting his foundation. She started a fundrasier on her Facebook account to get people to donate in her honor. As of the time of this post, she has raised $1,175!

Nice!
