Beyonce keeps coming up with ways for us to "Be Good." See what we did there?
The global superstar has teamed up with luxury brand Balmain for a three-piece charitable collection that's launching THIS Friday. The new collection was inspired by the singer's Beychella set where she, her dancers and the band rocked Balmain-made looks inspired by HBCU marching band uniforms.
Before completely shutting down Coachella, Bey teamed up with Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing to come up with ideas for the look she wanted.
“When she saw all the dancers loving the outfit—and she was loving her own outfit—she realized that what we were creating on stage for her, for all the dancers, was something really impactful,” Olivier told VOGUE. It clicked: Why not make a Beyoncé x Balmain collaboration that could make those poignant graphics available to all of Bey’s fans clamoring for a piece of history?"
Not only will these items whip you into HBeyCU Formation, proceeds will be going to charity. Funds made from the collection will benefit the United Nego College Fund. As you know, Mrs. Carter donated over $100,000 to four HBCUs after her Beychella set.
“Beyoncé, she’s such a perfectionist; she’s someone that is so strong and has such a great point of view," Olivier said. "She’s about feminism, empowering women, and the idea of bringing that collaboration where we can share the same ideas, the same vision of music, the same vision of fashion, the same vision of what is going on in the world, it’s more than just clothes. It’s a strong message, and I’m really proud to be a part of that.”

If you're trying to cross over to Bey's "sorority" it's going to take a few coins. A tee-shirt will cost you $290 and the sweatshirts range from $550-$1,790.
The Beyonce x Balmain collection will be released this Friday, July 13th at Balmain's Paris flagship. On Saturday, July 14th the collection will launch online at Beyonce.com and Balmain.com.
