Well, hello there sunshine!
It’s officially spring and Kerry Washington is already slaying the springtime fashions.
The “Scandal” actress popped up in a colorful houndstooth-patterned Oscar de la Renta dress from the pre-Fall 2018 collection and white Christian Louboutins to celebrate with her friend Eva Longoria, who’s currently pregnant with her first child, at her Hollywood Walk of Fame Star ceremony post-luncheon in Beverly Hills.
Styled by Joseph Cassell Falconer, the 41-year-old actress finished her look by accessorizing with a matching Kate Spade clutch and jewelry from Movado (she’s the spokesperson), Sara Weinstock and Dana Rebecca.
Of course, she linked up with the lady of the hour to congratulate her on her big feat.
"Today I got to celebrate a true while she was receiving her much deserved on the Hollywood Walk of Fame! What a divine glory to witness you @evalongoria, Felicidades hermana. I adore you. You are such an inspiration. Besos!!!!!!! Xo (Oh Hi @reesewitherspoon," Kerry captioned on Instagram.
Cute.
By the way, the "Scandal" series finale airs tomorrow, April 19th at 10/9c on ABC. We are about to finally know how Olivia Pope's story ends. You ready?

Actress Holly Robinson Peete served up springtime fresh in a one shouldered coral midi dress.
At another event...
EMMY winner Lena Waithe is still nabbing awards that recognize her #BlackExcellence.
“The Chi” creator was awarded the GLAAD Media Award for Outstanding Individual Episode (presented by Halle Berry) for her work on the “Thanksgiving” episode in the 2nd season of “Master od None.” It’s the same episode that won her an EMMY. The GLAAD Media Awards recognize and honor media for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer community and the issues that affect their lives.
During her acceptance speech, she begged the LGBTQ community to stop labeling each other with all these different labels and to unify as one.
Here’s some of what she said:
“A lot of people ask me why I say I’m queer,” she said after accepting her award from Halle Berry. Waithe won for her work on the “Thanksgiving” episode in the second season of “Master of None,” which chronicles her own coming out story — for which she also won an Emmy last year.
“I say that because I think it’s a big umbrella. I don’t want to separate myself from my trans family, my non-binary, bisexual [family],” she said. “I feel like sometimes we can be a little segregated, you know what I mean?”
“We need to be united, because Laverne Cox’s struggle may look different than mine, but the pain we feel is the same,” she said. “Someone who may be A-sexual may have a different journey than mine, but we have a similar life.”
“There’s things we have in common,” she continued. “And at the end of the day, we’re already ‘othered,’ so why should we ‘other’ ourselves anymore than we already are?”
No lies told.

On the carpet...
If this is what a 51-year-old bod looks like, sign us up! The Kidnap star posed it up in an asymmetrical ADEAM wrap top and skirt as she made her way down the carpet.
DOPE actress Kiersey Clemons was all about that leg action as well, except she showed off her stems in a black leather shorts set.
Come through queen! "Black Lightning" star Nafessa Williams struck several poses throughout the ceremony.
"Survivor's Remorse" starlet Erica Ash went for a off-the-shoulder ballgown for the awards show.
Comedienne/actress Wanda Sykes, styling in a white Tom Ford suit and Jimmy Choo, pumps brought the laughs as she was tapped to host the event.
We know former "Fashion Queens" co-host Miss Lawrence was turning heads when he popped up on the scene.
After the show, Lena couldn't get over the fact Halle presented her the award. Ha! Can't blame her.
At another star-studded event...
Alicia Keys is all about women empowerment, so it was no surprise she showed up at Variety’s Power Of Women” shindig held at Cipriani Wall Street in NYC. In fact, the Grammy Award winner was one of this year's honorees.
We can’t say this look on the “In Common” singer is our favorite. She snapped it up in a printed Calvin Klein tunic dress, cinching her waist with a Proenza Schouler belt. Are you all felling this?
However...
We are feeling Viola Davis' look. We love how she's not afraid to play with bold colors on a red carpet.
Viola's hubby Julius Tennon wasn't far behind.
"Good Morning America" co-anchor Robin Roberts, who covers The Hollywood Reporter's latest issue, looked angelic in a white and black jumpsuit.
Honoree Tamron Hall was praised and recognized during the soiree.
Civil rights activist and founder of the #METOO movement Tarana Burke was also recognized during this year's event.
MSNBC correspondent Joy-Ann Reid hit the carpet and we know she isn't wearing an H&M dress. Ha! Catch up HERE.
Comedienne/writer Phoebe Robinson kept it cute in springtime prints.
