Blue Ivy Carter was out in L.A. Saturday night bidding on $19K pieces of art and just being a queen and ish. Check out The Carters, Kandi Burruss, Solange Knowles, Bianca Lawson and more at Tina & Richard Lawson's Wearable Art Gala inside...
Beyoncé's mom and step dad Tina and Richard Lawson are hard core art enthusiasts, so they put on a bomb function last night at their WACO art gallery.
Queen Bey was honored with the Humanitarian Award at last night's Wearable Art Gala, but queen-in-training Blue Ivy stole the show. Again.
Blue arrived and clearly believed it was her party and her night, and even slayed the WACO to WAKANDA theme. Just doing what queens do.
A whole mood.
Then she got carried away with the auction paddle, bidding on a $19,000 piece focused on Sidney Poitier. She's very rich chile.
Papa Hov said 'Not so fast' though. Ha!
Bey sweetly accepted her award given to her by her friend Hannah, whose story she's brought awareness to, and Hannah's mother.
Bey's dramatic metallic gold look was designed by Falguni Shane Peacock. Completely over-the-top yet totally necessary.
Kandi Burruss nabbed the Mom of the Year award when she got Bey to take a pic with her daughter Riley and stepdaughter Kaela and friend.
Sweet!
The Lawsons showed up and showed out for their gala, obviously.
OK Mrs. Lawson!
"Queen Sugar" star Bianca Lawson looked pretty, and we still can't believe chick is 38.
The Lawsons' bestoes Magic and Cookie Johnson kept thnigs regal.
The Lawsons' other besties Samuel L. Jackson and LaTanya Jackson came to support.
Tina's bestie Vanessa Bell Calloway kept it colorful in a mermaid style dress.
LisaRaye was also there and on theme.
BET President Debra Lee and former BET VP Stephen Hill were there. Stephen been planning on this outfit all year it seems.
Lil Rel Howry nabbed a pic with Hov, whose "Moonlight" video he starred in recently.
Singer/actress V. Bozeman looked super gorge.
Well damn Broderick Hunter. Makes no sense to be this fine.
The Burruss Tuckers showed up as a unit...and extra ready for a trip to Wakanda:
Fab times!
Solange snapped pics with folks while supporting her mom and stepdad.
Chloe & Halle looked stunning on the carpet. Werk, ladies!
Angela Rye and Winston Duke were all about Wakanda Forever.
