Tonight is the night!
Jordan Peele has plenty to celebrate as he’s about to become a dad for the first time AND his resume is about to get upgraded like never before. Yep, we’re already claiming his big sweep tonight.
The 39-year-old director just showed up donning a white tuxedo jacket at the 90th annual Academy Awards inside the Hollywood & Highland Center tonight as he's nominated for his incredible film, Get Out. He’s up for Best Director and Best Original Screenplay. Get Out is also in the running for the night's most important award: Best Picture. And lead star Daniel Kaluuya is in the running for Best Actor.
Last month, Jordan’s wife/actress Chelsea Peretti announced they were expecting their first child together via an Instagram post showing off her growing belly. The happy couple also trekked down the aisle and said “I Do” in a surprise ceremony last year. They eloped!

By the way, the New York City native won Best Director and Get Out won Best Feature at the Independent Spirit Awards last night.
