Nelly is back in the headlines…and not in a good way.
Another woman has come forward to reveal the “Country Grammar” rapper sexually assaulted her while he was on tour, following similar claims made by Monique Greene. You'll recall, she said Nelly raped her on his tour bus in Seattle after his concert. He has denied all of her claims.
Nelly’s camp seems to be alluding this woman came forward after she saw Monique Greene “amend her suit for money.” Attorney Scott Rosenblum told TMZ:
"These allegations arose after Ms. Green amended her suit for money to include a reference to these claims. The fact that the police are investigating these claims is not new information and Nelly welcomes a thorough investigation. Nelly is confident that once investigated, these claims will be determined to be disingenuous."
The St. Louis native is being investigated by Essex Police when a woman came forward with sexual assault accusations aimed at the rapper. She told police Nelly sexually assaulted her on December 5th after his show at Cliffs Pavilion in Essex.
According to the docs, Nelly allegedly took the woman and her friends to his dressing room and he then led her alone into a room next door. She claims he dropped his pants and began masturbating in front of her. Then, he reportedly grabbed her top whil trying to pull it off.
She had specifics about how he allegedly tried to make her give him fellatio. She said he put his right hand on the back of her head and his left hand on her shoulder, pushed her head down in the direction of his erect penis. He allegedly was trying to put it in her mouth. Things went even more left when she allegedly tried to kiss her as she ran out the door. He allegedly called her a “c*nt” as she ran out the door.
A mess.
Earlier this month, Monique Green, the first woman to accuse Nelly of rape, asked the judge for an injunction against the rapper and his penis. She asked the judge to demand he does NOT do to other women what she claims he did to her. Monique decided to drop pursuing criminal charges and is suing him in civil court instead. Nelly plans to countersue.
