They're engaged! Idris Elba just made it official with girlfriend Sabrina Dhowre, and he didn't even have to wait until Valentine's Day. See video inside of the super sweet, surprise (and very public) proposal that went down this morning...
Idris Elba is really off the market...again.
The 45-year-old actor/director/DJ just popped the question in the most casually romantic way to his 29-year-old girlfriend of around 6 months, Sabrina Dhowre.
The sexy Brit screened his new movie Yardie this morning at Rio Cinema in London, and he decided to turn things up a notch by dropping to one knee in front of the whole theater. Oh, and peep his and Sabrina's matching sneakers. So cute!

The theater confirmed that she definitely said yes, because, chick certainly ain't stupid.

So much for that interview he did last year with Essence magazine where he said he likely wouldn't marry again after two divorces.
"Am I ever gonna get remarried? I don’t think so. Yeah, I don’t think so. Marriage is an institution of sorts. And I’ve done it. It’s not for everybody. It’s not my life’s calling."
It looks like the former Miss Vancouver 2014 won him over, because Idris has been beaming with the fab chick on his arm at every event lately.
We knew things were getting serious when he introduced Sabrina to the next King of England, Prince Charles, during the Holidays.
We're super stoked for this black love (and yeah, low-key jealous AF as well).
