SZA has been busy doing shows and making apperances. The "Love Galore" singer, who's up for FIVE Grammy awards, chopped it up with Brian A. Hernandez onstage during the celebration of Mastercard's Start Something Priceless Campaign at the launch of the Mastercard House in NYC yesterday.

In other music "news"...

If J. Holiday was looking for another 15 minutes of fame, he sure found it.

Remember he’s the guy who sung “Bed” and hasn’t dropped any fire since like…2009. Yeah, him.

Anyhoo, he hopped on Instagram to make a video BASHING artists like Beyonce, SZA and Cardi B for making waves in the music industry. Why? Well, he wants these women to stop singing about their pain/personal experiences and calling it music. Yep, you read it right. He wants them to stop doing what the very essence of what music is. It’s all about expressing yourself through song right? Or nah? He claims pain doesn’t equal talent.

“Apparently the black men is still losing to the women,” he started. “I get it. I have absolute all respect for black women.”

“We don’t do all that bullsh*t to be seen. I got daughters man. Cardi, Beyonce, SZA, all y’all motherf*ckas stop using that f*cking pain to make it OK to say some bullshit on your record and get nominated for a Grammy for going through some bullsh*t. Because so have I as a black motherf*cking man," he continued.

Tell us why you’re really J. Holiday because this anger seems terribly misplaced. Instead of being mad at them for copping Grammy nominations, you should be concentrating on creating new music (that’s hot) so you could be nominated again. Is he still mad that he lost his only Grammy nomination to Mary J. Blige in 2009? Hmph.
