Black Hollywood just killed it with the Oscar nominations, and made all kinds of history while doing so.  See who you'll be rooting for at the upcoming 90th annual Academy Awards inside...

Get Out just did exacty what we thought it would, and got exactly what it deserved.  A whopping 4 nominations total, for both acting and the movie itself!

Major congrats are in order for SAG Award winner Daniel Kaluuya who nabbed a Best Actor nomination.  The 28-year-old makes history as the youngest black male to ever be nominated in the category.  Woot!

Fellow SAG Award nominee and Critics' Choice Awards winner Jordan Peele nabbed a nomination for Directing, as well as for his screenplay writing skills.  With those nods, the comedian makes history as only the 4th African American to nab an Original Screenplay nomination, the 5th black male Best Director nominee and the first African American to be a TRIPLE nominee at the Oscars (Best Picture, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay).

The fellas are literally in tears about this huge feat, and rightfully so.  Jordan wrote:

Let it out, guys!  You deserve it all.

Mary J. Blige is officiall a double Oscar nominee!  Look how the Lordt rewards you for dropping dead weight and making it through the storm. #Testimony

The actress & singer is a Best Supporting Actress nominee for her role in Mudbound, and also nabbed a Best Original Song nomination for "Mighty River" from the film. This makes her the first person, period, ever to be nominated for a performance and original song in the same year, for the same film. *Bops into Mary J's dancery to celebrate*

This also means her co-writers Raphael Saadiq and Taura Stinson are also Best Orignal Song nominees.  Woot!

The Mudbound flick also nabbed a Best Adapted Screenplay nomination, which means the fabulous Dee Rees (along with Virgil Williams) can add Oscar Nominated Writer to their resumés.  Dee is now the first African American woman to be nominated in the category.  Yessss!

Octavia Spencer now ties Viola Davis at THREE Oscar nominations, the most for any African American actress!  The Mudbound star will be battling it out with MJB in the Best Supporting Actress category.  Congrats!

Her movie, The Shape of Water, leads in nominations with 13.  It is just one nod shy of an Oscar record.

Denzel!  The decorated actor just nabbed his 9th overall Academy Award nomination! The Roman J. Israel, Esq. star is nominated for Best Director, and this is his 6th time in the category.  Come thru, black excellence!

Common is up for yet another Oscar!  The musician and actor, alongside Diane Warren, is nominated for Best Original Song for "Stand Up For Something" from the movie Marshall.  Woot!

And Kobe Bryant is officially an Academy Award nominee!  The future Hall of Famer's Dear Basketball poem turned animation was nominated in the Best Short Film (Animated) category.  He (rightfully) freaked out on Twtter saying:

In other news you can use, black film maker Kevin Wilson Jr. earned a Best Short Film (Live Action) nomination for his project, My Nephew Emmett.Yance Ford has also been nominated in the Best Documentary category for Strong Island.

We're totally rooting for everybody black.

The 90th Annual Academy Awards air live, March 4th, on at 8p EST on ABC.

BONUS: The hilarious Tiffany Haddish did the announcements this morning, and (kinda) made it through. There were no hard feelings though about her many mispronounciations:
