Isn’t it ironic Trump hardly knows the National Anthem, yet started a sh*tstorm in the media over Colin Kaepernick and other players protesting? Well, he’s getting dragged for it. See what folks are saying, plus find out what Alabama player Bo Scarbough REALLY said inside…
Oh Trump. Literally can’t make this ish up.
Donald Trump popped up during the opening ceremony of the 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship game in Atlanta last night. And how ironic was it that he seemingly didn’t know the lyrics to the “Star Spangled Banner.” Cameras captured No. 45 standing on the field with his hand over his heart as the national anthem was played and he literally didn’t say/sing more than two words at a time. In fact, it looked like he kept repeating the same word over and over.
So here we are. A president who ranted and raved for months against Colin Kaepernick and other black NFL players (remember he called them a “sons of b*tches?”) who demonstrated a peaceful protest during the national anthem, only for him to not even know the damn words. Seemingly.
See it for yourself below:
The fact that Donald Trump doesn't even know words to the National Anthem doesn't bother me. What bothers me is he doesn’t know the words in the United States Constitution. pic.twitter.com/Ie2PdFvEIW

We can't. Is this not disrespectful as well? He's totally butchering the same national anthem he claims so many others have been disrespecting. And he's the same man that said, "Enough of the failing NFL allowing their players to kneel during the national anthem! It's disrespectful! Sad!" Hmph.
As expected, Twitter is roasting him:
Donald Trump clearly did not know the words to the National Anthem but was mad about people kneeling for it....

Donald Trump thinks the words to the national anthem are “something... something... wuh... [silence]... gleaming.” I don’t ever want to hear him talking about others disrespecting the anthem again.

Donald Trump does not know the lyrics to the National Anthem.
I'm certain he also wouldn't know how many stripes are on the flag without turning around and counting them... and he'd panic as soon as he realized there are more stripes on the flag than fingers on his tiny hands.

4th graders know the words to the National Anthem.
Donald Trump doesn't know the words to the National Anthem. #NationalChampionship

And so is former President Barack Obama's photographer Pete Souza:
We're always here for Pete's shade!
Meanwhile...
Before the game started between Alabama Crimson Tide and the Georgia Bulldogs, someone put up a "F*** Trump" light sign outside of the Mercedes Benz stadium. Yikes.
And then there's a video that was going around on social media where it sounded like Alabama running back Bo Scarbrough yelled "F*** Trump," but he says that's not true. He took to social media to address the rumors confirming he said "F*** Georgia." Check it:
If y’all really listen I said Georgia smh about y’all people in this world https://t.co/VXKFBk7Vnh

Well there you have it.
