Phaedra Parks is looking to make a quick come up on her property.
The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star has listed her Atlanta mansion on the market for a cool $1.195 million. You’lll recall, this is the house we saw Phaedra, her ex-husband Apollo Nida and their kids live in during her time on the hit reality show.
According to reports, she chopped the 4-bedroom, 6-bathrrom mansion in 2013 for $845,000. She initially put the home for sale for $1.499 million back in July, so whoever ends up getting the home is getting it a discount rate. However, she stands to make a come up from when she purchased the four years ago.
So, is Phaedra leaving ATL? Nope. She reportedly has another home in Atlanta.

The celebration brought out married (estranged?) couple Rasheed and Kirk Frost. Guess those rumors about them working on their marriage are still holding true. By the way, the "RHOA" HBIC was super over the top, changing her outfit at least five times during the shindig.

It seems Kandi Burruss’ intuition about Cynthia Bailey’s new boyfriend Will Jones could be true. On the most recent episode of “RHOA,” Kandi grilled Will about being on different television shows during a couples date on a boat. She brought up the time Will went on a blind date on the “Steve Harvey Show" and she also revealed he's supposedly starring on another dating show.
An insider told RadarOnline that Will, a Chicago business man/motivational speaker, is nothing but an opportunist and their whole relationship was made up for a storyline.
“No one signed an appearance release faster than Will,” the source told the site. “His motive was so clear!”
Those pics they posted of each other on social media? For the show! Allegedly.
“There’s no chemistry at all between Cynthia and Will,” the source continued. “Anyone can see that. It is as plain as day.”
The source also revealed they have since “broken up.”
Well if this is true, this wouldn’t be the first time this has happened, now would it?
