We were SICK to our stomachs when we heard about a white University of Hartford student wrecking havoc on her black roommate in the nastiest of ways.
18-year-old Brianna Brochu stooped to the lowest of lows to get rid of her black roommate, Chennel "Jazzy" Rowe.
In an Instagram post (that went viral) she posted in October, she revealed (over the course of a month in a half) she was spitting in her coconut oil, putting moldy clam dip in her lotions, rubbing used tampons on her backpack, and putting her toothbrush “where the sun don’t shine.” Nasty BIH! Also, she referred to her as “Jamaican Barbie.”
Chennel went on Facebook Live to share her story about how she had been feeling sick and eventually discovered her roommate was terrorizing her behind her back. Brianna was eventually expelled from the school and charged by the West Hartford police with breach of peace and criminal mischief.

However, the prosecution refuses to charge her with a hate crime.
According to NBC News:
Civil rights advocates had asked the state to add a hate crime charge to the criminal mischief and breach of peace counts Brochu faces. NAACP Greater Hartford Branch President Imam Abdul-Shahid Muhammad Ansari attended the hearing and said that he, along with other NAACP members, are not pleased with the decision.
"She should be charged with a hate crime," he told NBC News in a phone interview Monday. "We made our feelings known and will continue to do so, letting the community know and elected officials know as well."
Brianna’s attorney, Tom Stevens, claims her harassment wasn’t racially motivated. "I think that when it's all said and done, what you're going to see is that there was nothing racist that motivated this," he then said outside the courthouse."These were two students who were placed together ... who didn't like each other ... and it escalated."

While she will not be charged with a hate crime, Brianna is scheduled to go back to court January 29th on her other charges.

There’s a drug scandal/investigation involving US sprinter Justin Gatlin, but he claims he has NOTHING to do with it.
The World 100-meter champion fired his coach Dennis Mitchell as soon as he found out about an undercover investigation that discovered people linked to him (track agent Robert Wagner) offering to supply performance-enhancing drugs, according to USA Today.
In an Instagram post, Justin said he was shocked to learn about the investigation and fired coach Mitchell as soon as he heard about it. Check it:
The 35-year-old track star made it clear he’s NOT taking any performance-enhancing drugs:
“I am not using and have not used PEDs. All legal options are on the table as I will not allow others to lie about me like this. I have no further comments as it is now a legal matter. They will next hear from my lawyer.”
It’s reported the IAAF’s Athletics Integrity Unit is investigating the allegations alongside the United States Anti-Doping Agency.
The Telegraph reported that Mitchell and a track agent, Robert Wagner, met undercover reporters at a training camp in Florida and offered to supply and administer testosterone and human growth hormone for an actor training for a film, for a fee of $250,000.
The newspaper said Mitchell and Wagner were secretly recorded saying the use of banned substances in track was widespread. Wagner called the newspaper report “deeply flawed” and said it was based on things he said that were not true.
