It took for all the marital and professional tension to come to a head before Tamar made an executive decision to get a new manager. She credited her now estranged husband Vince with getting her career to where it is and managing her basically her whole career since they've been married. But telling him it's time for her to spread her wings and fly was NOT an easy thing. Y'all know Vince is just as dramatic as Tay Tay.
