Fifth Harmony’s Normani Kordei is gearing up to launch her solo singing career. Yessss girl! Get the deets on her new deal, plus, deets on “This Is Us” demanding more money inside…

YBF chick Normani Kordei is ready to stretch her wings as a solo artist.  And we're just hoping it works out better than Camila Cabello who recently threw deuces to the group.

The Fifth Harmony singer, who recently killed it on "DWTS", just inked a solo management deal with S10 Entertainment & Media, led by Brandon Silverstein, according to Billboard. She’ll be known as NORMANI for her solo ventures.

"Normani is an incredibly special artist and I am excited to work with her," Silverstein said in a statement to Billboard. For her part, Kordei, 21, added,"I found a great partner in Brandon and S10. We are going to make magic together."

Yep, it's official. We wonder how her Fifth Harmony bandmates feel about it because we have a feeling they're low key salty.

By the way, Normani suffered a fall recently during a show in Brazil. But, recovered from the fall like a straight DIVA! Peep the clip below:

And that is why chick is solo material.

“This Is Us” is arguably the most popular show on television right now. So, it’s only right the cast demands more cash.

According to reports, the show is inching the level of stardom once seen by "Friends" and "Modern Family." So, the cast wants their paychecks to reflect the show’s success. 12 million viewers for the show’s premiere – yeah, they’ve definitely earned it.

As of now, EMMY winner Sterling K. Brown reportedly makes $75,000 per episode. His co-stars Mandy Moore and Milo Ventimiglia make close to $80,000. Hmm…why don’t they all make the same? Y'all know why.

A source close to the show allegedly told website Straight Shuter (via RadarOnline) that the actors came together and “demanded a huge pay increase” from executives. “They are one of the highest-rated shows on TV, and now they should be making some of the highest money,” the source said.

We agree. We’d like to see Sterling, who just earned his 2nd EMMY win this year, make just as much if not more than his co-stars being that he’s the only one out of the three with an EMMY. Just sayin'…

Catch the newest episode tomorrow night at 9/8c on NBC.
