In the middle of Jay's headlining performance at his Budweiser Made in America fest last night, he told the crown his "beautiful Beyonce" was celebrating her birthday, and to sing Happy Birthday. And that they did.
Beyonce, reppin' in a Houston Rockets bodysuit and a bright yellow parka for the rain, looked head over heels happy about it all.
