Philly may have been deluged in rain, but that didn't stop the crowd from making bloody moves over to the Liberty Stage at Budweiser's Made In America fest yesterday.
Beyoncé was front and center at her husband's festival, and trekked her dripping-in-Gucci thickness vibes over to meet Cardi. Y'all know Bey loves a ratchet princess. And so do we:
This whole all-over-the-place outfit is causing convulsions in our eyes, but we're here for it. You'll see Bey's jacket on the runway for Gucci's Cruise '18 collection, which is an homage to legendary tailor Dapper Don.
