Two years after the tragic death of Bobbi Kristina, a movie is being made chronicling her life, giving readers a look at her relationship with her mother Whitney Houston and her romantic relationship with her boyfriend Nick Gordon.
The first look at the upcoming TV biopic proves it's going to be an emotional ride. In the clip, we see Bobbi Kristina (played by Joy Rovaris) defending her boyfriend Nick Gordon (played by Nadji Jeter) to her aunt Pat Houston (played by Vivica A. Fox), saying “He is the single best thing that’s happened to me since my mom.”
In another clip, we see Bobbi K breaking down as she compares her singing abilities to her mother Whitney Houston (played by Demetria McKinney). Rounding out the cast, Hassan Johnson plays BK’s father, Bobby Brown, and Le’Azionna Braden plays a young BK.
As you all know, Bobbi K wasfound unresponsive inside a bathtub inside of her Roswell, GA home on January 31, 2015. Six months later, she passed away at the age of 22 and was buried next to her mother in New Jersey. BK's estate sued Nick Gordon and he was ordered to pay $36 million in a civil case. The criminal investigation is still ongoing.

In TV news...
Simone Missick’s character Misty Knight will return for season 2 of “Luke Cage” with a new accessory. She’ll be kicking a** with her new prosthetic bionic arm after losing her right arm in a fight with Bakuto when he sliced it off in Marvel’s “The Defenders.” Here's the first look at her new arm as she walks alongside fine ass Luke Cage (Mike Colter).
EW reports:
Marvel, as usual, is keeping details of how and when Misty gets herm bionic arm under wraps, but in the comics, Misty’s bionic arm was designed by Tony Stark and Stark Industries after she lost the limb in a bombing. The arm grants her superhuman strength and a slew of other abilities involving energy blasts and gravity fields and even a nifty ability to control robots.
On social media, Misty and her co-star Rosario Dawson (Claire Temple, Luke's other bae) had some fun with the new arm:
Marvel's "Luke Cage" will return to Netflix in 2018. Get ready.
