Last night, Lupita Nyong'o was effortlessly gorge while honoring the best designers in the game in a silver Jason Wu creation and custom platinum leather and hand-painted metallic feather sandals by shoewear designer Paul Andrew.

Janelle Monae made us take a deep breath and rethink what we're (not) doing with our lives.
They really cuold have ended the carpet after she showed up and shut ish down in this custom Christian Siriano two-piece black & white ensemble. The shades, the hair, that skin...we can't even. Absolutely perfect.
The honoree posed it up alongside Gloria Steinem and Cecile Richards as recipients of the Board of Directors' Tribute. And, of course, she gave a defiantly political speech you've got to see:
