The Seahawks QB proved once again he's a man of God who was raised right. And we have his parents to thank.
Russell wrote a letter to his mother, Tammy Wilson, and read it on camera for Sports Center. What he didn't know, though, was that she was hidden away in a room, watching and listening. Her pop-up surprise was everything.
His letter was filled with reasons why his mother was "the perfect female figure" in his life, why he thanks Jesus every day for her, how she affected his choice in a wife, and he also referenced the love between her and his father, Harrison Wilson III, who passed away in 2010.
