The Shrine Auditorium in Hollywood was lit up tonight with black girl magic, melanin fabness, and everything else black and fabulous. The 2017 MTV Movie & TV Awards brought everybody out, including all of our faves.
Yes, Issa Rae! Chick was just glowing on tonight's carpet in a navy leather pleated detail midi dress. Hair and makeup, on point. She was a double nominee for the Next Generation Award and "Insecure" was nominated for "Show of the Year."
Tracee Ellis Ross got sparkly and colorful in this Rosie Assoulin dress and gold Giuseppe Zanotti heels. Of course, she pulled of the wrapped sequin-filled dress effortlessly.
She was there to present alongside surprise presenter Representative Maxine Waters.

Hidden Figures star Taraji P. Henson showed up in this showstopper of a back-cut out Emilio Pucci gown. Gorge!
The "Empire" star accepted the award for Hidden Figures, which won for Best Fight Against The System.

Ethereal goddess Zendaya rocked a short new wig atop her light green sheer and embellished Zuhair Murad gown.

Z was on hand to present, and to debut the new trailer of the upcoming Spiderman: Homecoming, which she's starring in.

Her on-screen bestie Yvonne Orji showed up in this perfect Dries Van Noten mini dress, Stuart Weitzman heels and emerald Rebecca Minkoff envelop clutch. Easily one of our fave looks. While most went the bold route on the carpet, not everything was a complete hit.
Amber Rose braved the rainy downpour out on thr carpet but that body bronzer didn't move. She looks great in a sleek red custom Bao Trinchi dress, showing off her curves with a cut-out cropped top with a high waist cut-out maxi skirt with a thigh high slit.
Paris Jackson went the "I tried but I didn't try move" look....while rocking Michelle Obama tee.
And finally, nominees Snoop and Martha Stewart celebrated by clashing their colors and looks.
