Listen, we're always here for YBF folks getting new gigs. But we can't even front and say we think this is the move.
After much buzz about who would replace Nick Cannon as the host of "America's Got Talent," NBC announced Tyra Banks landed the gig.
Yep, TyTy.
She wasn't even in the running according to previous reports from certain sources like TMZ who said the shortlist was three black comedians. They even said Brandon Mychal Smith was about to sign on the dotted line.
Not so much. Enter Tyra.

Veteran judge Howie Mandel made the announcement last night on social media saying:

Tyra said in a statement:
“Since I was a little girl, I’ve been obsessed with grandiose acts and performers who make the seemingly impossible possible,” Banks said. “I love how AGT brings that feeling into everyone’s home, capturing the best of people who come out and give it their all to make those big, fierce and outrageous dreams come true.”
Hmm. While she's gorgeous and the ultimate businesswoman, we just don't see it for Tyra as an actually funny, light hearted variety show host. Loved her as the HBIC of "ANTM" and even liked her on both of her talk shows. But this...
