Last night, fab chick Savannah James was honored at the “For Women, Forever” annual dinner, hosted by the Women’s Endowment Fund of Akron Community Foundation.
The Akron native got all the props for her philanthropic efforts in the community which include her annual I PROMise Makeover event for underprivileged girls in Akron and her “Women of Our Future” mentorship program for high school girls in Akron.
Her husband, Cavs baller LeBron James, made sure he was present at the dinner. The NBA Finals MVP posted the absolute sweetest message to his wife congratulating her on her honor and expressing how much she means to him. He wrote:

A pregnant Beyonce joined Mama Tina, Kelly Rowland and friends to celebrate her step-dad Richard Lawson’s 70th birthday last night.
The birthday dinner party included several of Richard’s actor friends like Holly Robinson Peete and her husband Rodney Peete and Glynn Turman and his wife Jo Ann. Kelly Rowland’s husband Tim Witherspoon and Beyonce’s cousin Angie Beyince were also in attendance.
Notably missing was Richard’s daughter Bianca Lawson, but they just started filming “Queen Sugar” in New Orleans this week, so she’s likely busy on the set.
Richard and Glynn are very good friends, so it was no surprise seeing him at the party. FUN FACT: They both starred in the classic 1998 film, How Stella Got Her Groove Back.
