Former Cowboys baller Emmitt Smith is happier than ever. His daughter, Rheagen Smith, copped a sports scholarship to Texas A&M. She’ll be putting her footwork on display for the school’s soccer team. Yeah, the other football. Ha!
Emmitt, the NFL's all-time leading rusher, was right by his daughter’s side as she signed a letter of intent at yesterday's signing ceremony. The former NFLer fought back tears gushing about his daughter’s accomplishments. He said,"I know how hard she's worked. Thirty years ago, I did it, and it's kind of cool to see your child do what she loves and have a chance to continue that at the next level."
The former running back attended the University of Florida where he dominated the football field. And now, his daughter will follow in his footsteps making her own lane in the soccer world. Get this, Rheagan will get the chance to help the Aggies try and beat her dad’s alma mater in one of the college soccer’s biggest rivalries.
According to ESPN, Rhegan attends Green Hill School in the Dallas area where she “participated in an under-18 national team camp in September 2016. The best players from that age group will eventually make up much of the team that represents the United States in the 2018 under-20 Women's World Cup in France.” Sweet! Rhegan also competes in track and field.
Rhegan celebrated with her step mom Pat Smith, who was uber excited over her big feat:

Another YBF Teen heading off to college...
Celebrity stylist Tameka Foster’s son Ryan Glover Jr. signed his letter of intent to attend the University of Pennsylvania. The YBF Teen, who attends Woodward Academy in Atlanta, will join the UPENN Quaker football team as a quarterback. In fact, he’s a duel threat quarterback, which means he’s a QB that possesses the skills and physique to run with the ball if necessary. Get it!
His mom is over the moon about her son’s accomplishment, being the first in the family to attend an Ivy League school. She captioned, “Proudest Mom... I'm truly happy. This is my Second Heartbeat and he is making his family so happy. First Ivy League attendee in the family, beautiful human, big personality and brains galore.
