The first look at the Girls Trip blockbuster was released and it looks like everything we expected it to be. Go inside to peep the trailer, plus hot shots of Tracee Ellis Ross and Jesse Williams modeling KENZO’s newest fashions inside…
We’ve been keeping a close eye on the Girls Trip movie, showing you several behind-the-scenes shots of the ladies on the set.
Now, the trailer is HERE. And it looks one hell of a good time.
Stars Regina Hall, Tiffany Haddis, Jada Pinkett Smith and Queen Latifah take us on a wild girls trip to the ESSENCE Festival in New Orleans. The ladies rekindle their sisterhood where wild sides are rediscovered with some drinking, romancing and even a few fights.
While your faves are serving up the laughs on-screen, several of your faves are behind the project. Famed film producer Will Packer produced the chick flick and “black•ish” creator Kenya Barris teamed up with Barbershop 3 writer Tracy Oliver for the script. The film also stars “Queen Sugar” hottie Kofi Siriboe, “House of Lies” star Larenz Tate,“Luke Cage” star Mike Colter and “Private Practice” actress Kate Walsh.
Take a quick trip with the ladies below:
Girls Trip is set to hit theaters July 21, 2017. Mark your calendars!
On the fashion front...
From acting to modeling to acting!
“black•ish” star and Golden Globe winner Tracee Ellis Ross, “Grey’s Anatomy” star and activist Jesse Williams and singer Kelsey Lu have been tapped to front KENZO’s spring campaign.
Kenzo creative directors Humberto Leon and Carol Lim (who are also the co-founders of Opening Ceremony) show off the French luxury label’s newest threads with some of the hottest actors in the game, shot by twin photographers Jalan and Jibril Durimel.
Not only that, Tracee and Jesse will also star in an original short film titled Music is My Mistress to accompany the spread. It’s written and directed by Kahlil Joseph, one of the masterminds behind Beyonce’s LEMONADE visual album. Sweet!
Music is My Mistress is set to be released late February. Can't wait to check it out.
