We're THOSE people who get people who can REALLY sing to get everybody together with their voice, on the spot.  TheYBF.com took over the red carpet at the 25th Annual Trumpet Awards and did just that with a few celebs.  Get it inside, plus red carpet flicks from The Braxtons, Nicole Ari Parker and more.

The Trumpet Awards are all about celebrating black folks who are inspirational and doing great things.

TheYBF.com's Atlanta correspondent Jordan Live mixed it up with everybody the other night -- Erica Campbell, BJ the Chicago Kid and more -- on the carpet.  And yeah, we made the SAAANGERS sing like KeKe Wyatt and Silk.  Get into it above!

New Edition is getting ALL the shine.

The legendary R&B group was recognized for their illustrious singing career right before their BET biopic debuted.  They were awarded the Lifetime Achievement award at the 2017 Trumpet Awards.

Ricky Bell, Johnny Gill, Michael Bivins, and Ronnie DeVoe also got the tribute treatmentwith a performance by Jagged Edge, Silk (below) and The Transitions. The groups served up performances of their classic hits, including, “Candy Girl,” Mr. Telephone Man” and “Cool It Now” that had the audience dancing in the aisles.
