Reginae Carter had an epic Sweet Sixteen. We still think about it sometimes.
Now, she’s an 18-year-old and this year’s celebration brought many new memories. To celebrate, a huge 90s-themed party was thrown for the birthday girl at the Suite Lounge in Atlanta. Her parents, Lil Wayne and Toya Wright, were front and center to celebrate their daughter’s milestone birthday.
Toya has been open about the good co-parenting relationship she shares with Weezy, so we're not surprised seeing them together all smiles during the bash. In fact, she dished in her new book "In My Own Words" that Wayne recently wrote her a sweet love letter.
During the party, the Young Money honcho laced his daughter with $20,000. Cash.

Toya's girlfriend Kandi Burruss, Tiny Harris and Rasheeda came out to party it up with the teen. Former Xscape members Kandi and Tiny channeled Kriss Kross for their 90s themebed 'fits.
Regina had loads of fun changing outfits during the party. She dressed up as Cher from Clueless while snapping it up with her boyfriend Josh and rapper/actor Bow Wow.
Then she switched it up to pay homage to late R&B songstress Aaliyah with her gear.
Cute.
Wayne's youngest son's mother Nivea was in the mix to party with her son's sister. R&B singer Lloyd popped up on the scene as well.
And Wayne's oldest son's mother Sarah Vivan got some Poetic Justice braids to top off her 90s look.
Kandi's daughter Riley Burruss and Tiny's daughter Zonnique stepped out for the birthday fun.
Zonnique and her friends dressed up as the Spice Girls.
And it looks like fun times were had all around.
