Thanksgiving hasn’t come yet, but Mariah Carey and her twins, Roc and Roe, are getting into the Christmas spirit early.

The Grammy Award winner hit the stage at Disneyland to spread Christmas cheer, snapping pics in front of the “It’s A Small World” display with her kiddies and dancers from the performance.

The Christmas queen was all smiles as she celebrated her favorite holiday early.

A few days ago, MiMi shared an adorable video of herself and the twins all excited for the upcoming holiday:

By the way, this Christmas, Mariah has a special gift for her "lambs." She's releasing her own line of MAC cosmetics for the holidays:

In divorce news…

Mariah and Nick Cannon just struck a settlement in their divorce process. The former couple filed for divorce in 2014. They got married in the Bahamas in 2008 after six weeks of dating.

So here’s what they have agreed upon so far: According to reports, Mariah and Nick will share joint custody of their 5-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe. The twins will reside primarily with the Grammy Award winning singer. Per their agreement, when Nick comes to visit the kids, Mariah will pay for his travel and lodging expenses.

The “America’s Got Talent” host must shell out $5,000 a month in trust for the kids. Mariah won’t have to put up any cash in the trust. But, she did have to hand over a 2012 Ferrari to Nick. There is no mention of child support.

The former couple also declared income for 2014. MiMi reportedly brought in $6.3 million, while Nick brought in $2.5 million that year.  It's unclear if this is net income or gross income.

And get this….

The settlement also outlined that the twins are not allowed to call anyone other than their parents mom and dad. Did this really needed to be added? We’re not sure. Maybe a situation like this already happened and it needed to be addressed....
