Cam Newton has been hit with a lawsuit for trashing a rental Beverly Hills mansion. Get the deets on the lawsuit, plus find out the latest on his concussion clearance inside….

Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton has some new legal issues on his hands. Actress Stacy Keibler's husband Jared Pobre (luxury home rental company manager) is suing the NFL QB for a massive amount of money for allegedly trashing a rental mansion in Beverly Hills.

So here’s what we know….

Cam reportedly paid $123,000 to rent an $11 million Beverly Hills mansion for 61 days back in March during the NFL off-season. Jared is claiming Cam caused nearly $100,000 in damages during his stay. Apparently, Cam agreed there would be no parties, no smoking and no more than 8 guests in the home.

Well, the housekeeper snitched, claiming Cam threw several parties and left cigarette ashes all over the house.

When the NFLer moved out, Jared said the house was totally trashed. He claims Cam broke an expensive fridge, caused water damage to the floors, ruined linens and destroyed a $32,000 rug, according to TMZ.

Jared claims they sent a $90,324.47 bill to Cam, but he never paid. The lawsuit states Cam, instead, told the housekeeper to stop snitching.

Now, Jared is gunning for a total of $270,324.47 in a new lawsuit to pay for damages AND an additional $180,000 in lost rent since the repairs took over 2 months to complete. Yikes!

If he does have to cough up the cash, it shouldn’t be that big of an issue for him. He’s currently playing under a five-year, $103.8 million contract.

Lawsuits aren't the only thing plaguing the hot daddy this week...

Cam suffered a concussion in Carolina’s Week 4 game against the Atlanta Falcons (that they lost). The NFL quarterback met with doctors yesterday to undergo the NFL’s concussion protocol. His playing status for Week 5 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is still unknown. The Panthers aren’t looking great this year. They’re currently 1-3. What a difference a year makes...
