Carmelo Anthony was spotted in the streets of SoHo filming a new commercial. Meanwhile, Common, Michael Strahan, Jesse Williams and more are taking over Ad Week 2016. Flicks inside…
We showed you pics of the NY Knicks baller Carmelo Anthony getting his model on, and now he’s back.
NBA baller Carmelo Anthony returned to the set of his new basketball commercial to film in SoHo after hitting the West Fourth Street Courts last week. And he’s back in those infamous gray sweatpants. *eyeball emoji*
It's still unclear what brand he's shooting the commercial for, but we'll keep you posted.
YBF hotties on the Ad Week scene....
Hall of Famer and current Fox NFL Sunday analyst Michael Strahan spoke on the Fox NFL Town Hall panel held at The Town Hall during 2016 Advertising Week in New York this week.
The “GMA” host and former NY Giants player talked about how he was able to successfully transition from football to TV.
"It really started during my playing days," said the Emmy-nominated analyst. "I learned how to work the system. I made clear to the writers and reporters that hounded me every day that I primarily wanted to talk about things outside of football. I know I gave them unique and unpredictable answers, not bland ones that many other players provide them with. That's sort of how I built my reputation with the media. Playing in New York didn't hurt either."
They don't call him one of the hardest working men in showbiz for nothing.
“Grey’s Anatomy” star Jesse Williams is also on the scene at Ad Week 2016. The YBF hottie held a thought provoking conversation with U.S. Olympian fencer Ibtihaj Muhammad during ESPN’s Town Hall panel.
They were joined on staged by ESPN’s Undefeated journalist Clinton Yates and Undefeated’s ESPN editor-in-chief Kevin Merida for the revolutionary conversation about race and sports:
After the powerful panel, Ibtihaj Muhammad said she wants to be just like Jesse Williams when she grows up. Ha! Don’t we all.
Hitting the stage...
Chi-town rapper Common rocked the Webstar Hall stage performing a set of his concious raps for concertgoers. As you can see, Common was all about representing black power during his set.
Black Eyed Peas artist will.i.am. also hit the stage to close out Ad Week. Fun times.
