It’s not looking good for former NFL player Greg Hardy.
The former Cowboys and Panthers defensive end was arrested on Sunday after police allegedly found cocaine during a traffic stop.
In the police report (obtained by TMZ), Hardy was pulled over in a 2010 Dodge Challenger for failing to use a turn signal. Greg and the passenger were headed home after dining at Applebee’s.
Cops asked to search the vehicle, he reportedly said yes and that’s when they found 0.7 grams of cocaine in his Louis Vuitton wallet. Authorities said they tested the substance and found it to be cocaine.
Greg was adamant he didn’t know what was in his wallet and he has a reason why. He said the night before, he was at a party and passed his wallet around because he was paying for everyone. FYI-- On the report, it was listed as "unemployed." Hmph.
The police arrested him for felony possession of a controlled substance and he was taken to Richardson City Jail. His bail was set at $5K and her bailed himself out.
Greg was also arrested back in 2014 for allegedly beating up his girlfriend. He benched for 15 games by the Panthers as a result. Charges were later dropped, but he still got suspended by the NFL in the 2015 season, playing for the Cowboys. No teams picked him up as a free agent this year. He's likely done!
