Has Nelly popped the question to his longtime girlfriend Shantel Jackson (aka Miss Jackson)? We’re not exactly sure, but it seems they’re trying to tell us something. Whatever it is.
Last night, Nelly (who owes more than $2 million in back taxes) and Shantel were partying it up with Daphne Joy, 50 Cent’s baby's mother, and it appears Nelly may have asked Miss Jackson something that had her cheesing and squealing like a school girl. Shantel shared the picture above with the caption:

Daphne had her phone out, snapping videos for SnapChat. After Daphne posted the pic above, she posted a video of them vibing out to the music and we didn't see a ring on either of Shantel's hands. See below:
Hmm...no ring. But you never know with these two. The setting felt very much like something was going down.
