Rapper Meek Mill has been riding high since being released from jail and moving into a Beverly Hills mansion with his girlfriend Nicki Minaj.
Now, he’s grieving the death of his 21-year-old cousin Angelo Colon, who was fatally shot in Philadelphia on Tuesday (September 13th).
According to NBC Philadelphia, Angelo (above), who was an aspiring rapper, was shot in the head outside a take-out restaurant at 18th Street and Snyder Avenue. The shooting death happened amid total bloodshed sweeping the Philly streets. Angelo was among 5 people who were killed over several hours in the city.
The MMG rapper took to his Instagram page to express his grief over the lost of his little cousin. He shared a picture of his cousin, smiling, in the exact spot where he lost his life. He wrote,
Damn Lo! Watching my family die to these philly streets! Probation is the only thing that got me tied to come coming back here so frequent!! My mission is to save my family from these streets and change the mindframe of all my lil cousins growing up in it!!!! #RIPLO hurt me to see you in this same spot lifeless!

50 Cent is back to being petty on social media. And this time, he’s involved in a social media showdown with his son’s mother Shaniqua Tompkins!
The “Power” star/producer started a countdown to his son Marquise Jackson’s 18th birthday where he would no longer have to pay child support. Then, he warned Shaniqua to go and get a job because one Marquise turns 18, he’s basically done with helping him out in any form or fashion. Peep the caption above.
As you know, Fif and Marquise have had a strained relationship since Fif and Shaniqua broke up in 2008.
