Meet Pastor Mark Burns, the Founder & President of The NOW Television Network in US & CANADA, who pissed folks off yesterday. The network claims to be "the 1st EVER 24/7 Urban Christian TV Network covering over 2 Million Viewers in the Upstate of SC, GA, & NC." Oh, OK.
Pastor Burns trekked it to Cleveland this week all the way from his Harvest Praise and Worship Center to deliver the good word to the good people of the RNC. And by good, we mean foolish.
We're not sure if he's one of the folks who was in that foolywag material that was that "Black Pastors meeting with Donald Trump" months ago, but dude is def in support of the Presidential hopeful now. Too bad he just got exposed for lying about his credentials he shared in his bio to make himself seem "down with blacks."
Burns claims he's a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc. But the internets determined...that was a lie.
This Twitter user below kicked off the dragging by charging him up via tweets. Then the Pastor admitted via an alleged DM that he never actually crossed because of his allegedly (and conveniently) now defunct chapter:

Then, VH1 host and political talking head Marc Lamont Hill, a member of Kappa Alpha Psi,came through with the epic exposed-perp-read. It was better than any we saw in undergrad, including people getting letters physically yanked off their body for lying about membership.
