After beating the Toronto Raptors in the 6 last night, the 113-87 win had the Cavs on 100. They're officially the Eastern Conference Champs!
But that's not all, King James made history by becoming only the 6th player to go to the NBA Finals six consecutive times.

By the way, the last three teams to lose in the NBA Finals and return the next year have all won the title. The Cavs take on the winner of the OKC vs. Warriors series next Thursday.
