We love a party with a cause! Sanaa Lathan launched a charity foundation for girls last night. And all of her celeb friends and family came out to support. Peep the pics and find out what she said about those pesky pregnancy rumors inside….
The Perfect Guy starlet Sanaa Lathan is all about giving back to the community. So, she started the “Sanaa Lathan Foundation” to help young girls aging out of the foster care system make a successful transition into adulthood.
Last night, the gorgeous 44-year-old actress hosted a fundraising event at Beso restaurant (owned by Eva Longoria) in Hollywood to celebrate the launch of her new foundation. She struck a pose on the carpet in a black pleated dress before heading inside to mingle with her guests.
Of course her sexy co-star Michael Ealy came out to show his support. He's currently in the production phase for a new film titled A Civil Right and just wrapped the upcoming ABC series "Secrets & Lies."
Her longtime friend Boris Kodjoe, who has co-starred with her on Love & Basketball and Brown Sugar, stepped out to help Sanaa raise some funds.
Actress Garcelle Beauvais, who stars on Barbershop 3 (April 15), brought the style and grace in a hot pair of wide leg trousers and a red blazer as she posed it up alongside Hip Hop mogul Russell Simmons, Boris and Sanaa’s director dad Stan Lathan.
Sanaa’s twin mother Eleanor McCoy made sure to come out to support her daughter snapping it up with Sanaa’s bestie/classical composer Chloe Flower.
Sister love! All of Sanaa's sisters came out to show some love.
And Brotherly Love star Quincy was in the building.

Now about those pregnancy rumors....
Sanaa took to her Twitter account to denounce rumors that she's pregnant. Apparently, with these pics from last night, folks thought she was carrying a baby bump. But chick was just breathing. Ha! Peep her tweet above.
Nope. No baby French Montanas will be running around...at least not yet.
