Teyonah Parris and Yara Shahidi served up some fabulousness at Saturday's NAACP Image Awards Luncheon. They've got the pantsuit game on lock. Check out how they rocked their looks, plus everyone else who hit the carpet, inside...
Before next month's NAACP Image Awards, a few YBF folks were honored on Saturday at the Nominees' Luncheon at The Beverly Hilton Hotel.
Host Yara Shahidi of "Blackish" and "Survivor's Remorse" star Teyonah Parris traded in pretty dresses for chic pantsuits:
The Chiraq star looked amazing as usual in this all white look from NY designer John Paul Ataker's SS 2016 collection. Chic, sexy and perfectly tailored for her killer bod. Work Teyonah!
The gorgeous nominee topped off her look with Stuart Weitzman heels and a flawless face.
Yara killed it in this Brooks Brother suit for a tomboy chic look. The 15-year-old tv star co-hosted the luncheon with her co-star Marcus Scribner, and kept her look age appropriate yet fashion forward as usual. So cute!
Yara and Marcus hit the carpet with their adorable on-screen siblings Marsai Martin and Miles Brown.
Nominee Anthony Anderson came out to support his on-screen kids and fellow nominees.
Nominee Naturi Naughton embraced a few shades of blue for her look for the afternoon:
She went for a vintage vibe as the dress was her grandmother's. Sweet.
With This Ring director and nominee Nzingha Stewart hit the carpet in a pretty frock and a pair of hot shoes. We're here for all the directresses taking over the industry.
Nominees RonReaco Lee of "Survivor's Remorse" and singer Tyrese made their way to the event. Lookin' good fellas.
Nominee Laverne Cox was pretty in pink as she lit up the carpet. Loving those true nude pumps.
Disney kid and "Jessie" star Skai Jackson hit the carpet in a sparkly and cute frock. If you don't know who this 13-year-old YBF Kid is, your kids probably do. She's adorbs.
Marsai posted a pic of her Disney squad (which includes the ABC stars) and their certificates. She happily said:
Thank you to @naacpimageawards for the nominations. @marcusscribner and @officialyarashahidi did a great job hosting, and our table was full of some of my favorite people. Great to see my buddies and fellow nominees @hudsonyangfotb and @skaijackson see you guys at the next event
Fab times and good luck to the nominees!
The NAACP Image Awards air live February 5th on TV One.
