If you were looking forward to seeing Rihanna rock the stage at this year's Victoria’s Secret fashion show, unfortunately you’re out of luck.
According to Victoria's Secret, RiRi has cancelled her performance that was scheduled to go down next week. Yikes! The lingerie company has since announced her replacement, British singer Brit Ellie Goulding. There were several acts on the line-up, including The Weeknd and Selena Gomez.

Sources tell PEOPLE that the Bajan beauty cancelled to work on her upcoming eighth studio album Anti. That may have some truth to it. Back in 2012, Rih was heavily promoting her album Unapologetic on the VS carpet.
This album better be epic.
