Disturbing Video Shows Cops Hold Arizona Family At Gun Point After 4-Year-Old Walks Out Dollar Store With Barbie Doll, Family Sues City Of Phoenix For $10 Million

An Arizona Family is suing the city of Phoenix for $10 million after they were held at gun point after their four-year-old walked out of a store with a $1 Barbie doll. See the shocking and disturbing video of the encounter and deets on their lawsuit inside...

An Arizona Family is suing the city of Phoenix for $10 million after a horrific encounter with the police.

The young, black family - Dravon Ames, 22, his pregnant fiancée Iesha Harper, 24, and their daughters, Island, 4 and 1-year-old London - was held at gunpoint after their 4-year-old daughter walked out of the dollar store with a Barbie-like doll they hadn't paid for - unbeknownst to the parents.

According to reports, officers responded to a shoplifting report on May 29th involving a man and a woman with two small children in Phoenix. Video of the encounter was released this week, which shows the officers ordering the family to put their hands up and to get out of their vehicle. The officers unleashed a tirade of expletives at the family in front of the two small children escalating the situation to unnecessary levels.

“Get your f*cking hands up!” one officer screams over and over at the couple. “I”m going to put a f*cking cap right in your f*cking head! Get your f*cking hands up! Who the f*ck is that man?”

As she's holding her children, Harper tells the officers she can't open the door because it doesn't work properly. Officer threaten to shoot her.

“You’re going to f*cking get shot!” he shouts, pointing a gun at the vehicle. “Are you f*cking deaf? Get out the f*cking car!”

“I can’t put my hands up,” Harper sobs. “I have a f*cking baby in my hands. I can’t, I’m pregnant. Officer, he’s overdoing sh*t. He’s overdoing it.”

Meanwhile, another officer escorts Ames out of the car, roughing him up as he puts him in handcuffs. He's seen slamming Ames’ face against a cruiser, kicking his legs, and punching him in the back while he’s pinned to the police car. The officer is screaming at Ames, ordering him "When I tell you to do something, you f*cking do it.”

Ames kept his cool and calmly responded, "I didn't do anything, sir."

The other officer is seen screaming at Harper to put the baby down and he even tries to snatch the baby from her arms. Then he screams at her to put the baby down on the hot pavement. She refuses and a scuffle ensues.

Peep the disturbing videos below. WARNING! Explicit language is used in the clips:

Disgusting.

According to the police report, Ames was interviewed and he allegedly admitted to shoplifting from the store as well and threw a pair of underwear out the window when he was leaving.

The store decided not to prosecute since both stolen items were returned. That's why no charges were filed, police said.

Phoenix Police Chief Jeri Williams posted a video statement to Facebook, saying she is “making contact” with the couple. She says “like you, I’m disturbed by the language and action of our officer,” saying the incident is “not representative of the majority” of the police department.

Check it below:

Phoenix Police are investigating the incident of alleged misconduct.

A local clergy member advocating for, and speaking on behalf of, the family says that the Phoenix police department’s claim that it will investigate to see whether excessive force was used is stunning in its audacity.

“Clearly, excessive force was used. Clearly, policies and procedure were not followed. Clearly, body cameras were not being utilized. Clearly, the officers felt empowered to be disrespectful and abusive,” said Reverend Jarrett Maupin. “What we demand to know is, what kind of background these officers have? They held toddlers and a pregnant woman at gunpoint, grabbed a mother and infant by the neck, dislocated a 1-year-old’s arm, endangered a delicate pregnancy, terrorized and tortured a young father, and nobody was charged or jailed. These officers must be held accountable. We want justice.”

As of now, the police department will NOT identify the cops in the video.

Now, the family is gearing up to sue the city of Phoenix for $10 million, filing a notice of claim this week. They want $2.5million for each family member. Their attorney - Tom Horne- says the officers dislocated the 1-year-old’s arm and that the father was also injured in the incident. They also allege false arrest, emotional distress and violation of their civil rights.

"He kicked me pretty hard. I'm still limping. He just seemed like he was trigger happy. He wanted to shoot someone that day," said Ames.

"After this, me and my daughters will never be the same anymore or feel the same for police because it seems like every police is out for blood or something. We wasn't really doing anything,' Harper said in a press conference.

Tragic and unnecessary.

As a toddler to a teen, she hit the runway for her mom's Baby Phat shows, she starred in her mom's reality show "Life In The Fab Lane," and we learned she's not taking ish from ANYONE after she publicly called out one of her white classmates for calling her the N-word.

The 16-year-old outspoken activist has bloomed into a gorgeous, intelligent young lady and she's ready to take over the world.

The entire family came out to celebrate Aoki graduating from Le Lycée Français high school in LA as the Salutatorian. Her pops believes she should have been named Valedictorian, especially since she copped the most awards in her class:

Over the years, Aoki has proven to be a total leader in her school, launching several clubs, playing on the volleyball team as co-captain, and writing for the school's newspaper.

And at just 16-years-old, she's one of the school's youngest to ever graduate. Nice!

Here's what she has accomplished thus far:

 photo anthonydavis.png

Anthony Davis has officially been traded to the Los Angeles Lakers from the New Orleans Pelicans for three players, including Lonzo Ball. And Lonzo's dad, LaVar Ball, is HOT. Not the Father's Day he's looking forward to. More inside...

The sports world has been shaken up with the latest NBA trade!

The Los Angeles Lakers reached an agreement with the New Orleans Pelicans to gain forward Anthony Davis in exchange for three players and three first-round draft picks, according to ESPN.

The Lakers gave up Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, Josh Hart and the three first round picks - including the No. 4 overall selection in Thursday's NBA draft - to the Pelicans.

With AD joining LeBron James on the Lakers, it'll create one of the most powerful NBA duos, which could possibly make the team a contender for a championship. Last night, King James welcomed his new teammate via Instagram and he's SO ready to turn up next season.

"AD on da way!! @antdavis23. Let’s get it bro! Just the beginning.. #LakeShow," LeBron wrote.

By the way, AD and King James have the same agent.

When news first broke about the trade, Lonzo Ball and his dad, LaVar Ball, were attending the Drew League to watch Lonzo's brother LaMelo Ball play. According to reports, the trade news was announced in the arena, which made things totally award. This was definitely NOT news LaVar wanted to hear right before Father's Day.

Sources on the scene said LaVar looked visibly upset once he heard the news:

At first, LaVar didn't say much about the trade:

Then, he opened up a little more, basically saying Lonzo will be fine because he can work with anyone:

LaVar Ball has a message for the Lakers newest star, Anthony Davis:

And he wants the Lakers to know they'll regret their decision and they'll never win another championship for trading his son:

Bloop. Thoughts on the trade?

TAKING A STAND! Tiffany Haddish Postpones Atlanta Show Over GA's Anti-Abortion Laws, Goes On Rant About Why She's Single

 photo tiffanyabortion.png

Tiffany Haddish is taking a stand for women! She has postponed one of her shows in Atlanta due to the state of Georgia's anti-abortion law. Deets on her show, plus her rant about why she's currently single inside...

We all know Tiffany Haddish is about making jokes and cutting up where she's at. But, when it comes to women's issues, the Hollywood actress gets serious.

The Secret Life of Pets 2 star has postponed her June 22nd show at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta because of Georgia's highly controversial anti-abortion "heartbeat" law.

The Girls Trip star released a statement, saying she can not perform in the state "in good faith" unless the heartbeat bill is withdrawn.

"After much deliberation, I am postponing my upcoming show in Atlanta. I love the state of Georgia, but I need to stand with women and until they withdraw Measure HB481, I cannot in good faith perform there," the Night School actress said in a statement released Saturday.

The theater is offering refunds to ticket holders.

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp signed into law one of the nation's most restrictive abortion bans, which bans abortions after a fetal heartbeat can be detected. A heartbeat can be detected as early as six weeks into pregnancy. He signed the bill into law on May 7th and it's set to go into effect January 1st.

Netflix,ABC, and Walt DIsney have threaten to boycott filming in the state of Georgia over the bill. A slew of Hollywood movies and television shows are filmed in GA due to the state's favorable tax incentive. Production companies get a 30% tax break for filming in the southern state.

In other Tiffany Haddish news...

The EMMY winner hopped on Twitter to set the record straight about her love life. Yes, she's single. No, she's not thirsting after a man, even though she may act like she is when she's doing interviews and red carpet appearances.

Right now, Tif is focused on trying to heal from her past relationships and she's focused on self-care and self-love.

While she's taking time to love herself, if the opportunity for a healthy relationship presents itself, she's not totally against it:

She also has a message to all the men who think she's thirsting after them:

"The Last O.G." star even responded to some of her fans about her singledom:

And there you have it.

The Obama girls were spotted in Paris, showing off their casual-chic street style while roaming the streets of Paris. Peep Malia Sasha Obama's candids, plus flicks from Sasha's high school graduation inside...

Malia and Sasha Obama kept it casually cute and laid back during a recent stroll in Paris.

The Obama girls were spotted strolling in a market in the little french village of Isle sur Sorgue (close to Avignon) where they're on vacay with their parents, former President Barack and former First Lady Michelle Obama for a week.

Big sis Malia rocked a black denim jacket over a black button-up crop top with white embroidery and black high-waisted shorts. The 20-year-old braided up beauty - who's set to start her third year at Harvard in the fall - finished her look with a pair of black Dr. Martens boots.

Meanwhile, 18-year-old Sasha - who graduated from high school last week - rocked an oversized green jacket layered over a white shirt and lightwash boyfriend jeans that she paired with white Nike Air Force 1 high-tops. She topped her look off with a leopard-print bucket hat.

By the way, Sasha celebrated her 18th birthday on June 10th. Malia turns 21 on July 4th.

Their outing comes days after Sasha Obama walked across the stage as an official high school grad. Of course, proud mom and dad where in the audience to cheer her on after she received her high school diploma from Sidwell Friends School in Washington, D.C..

Former Vice President and presidential hopeful Joe Biden and his wife Jill Biden were also in attendance as their granddaughter Maisy graduated from the same school alongside Sasha. Sweet.

Sidwell Friends School posted a picture of Sasha's graduating class on Instagram and Facebook, showing Sasha in the second row from the back, fourth from the left, rocking a white dress:

So, where is Sasha headed after graduation?! She reportedly will be attending the University of Michigan in the fall.

Tory Lanez Calls Out Colorism On The Set Of His New Video - 'It's Our Responsibility!'

0
0

Singer Tory Lanez has had enough with colorism and just put the music industry on blast. See his declaration inside...

Tory Lanez is fed up and he's letting the world know why.  We stan an artist who uses his platform to denounce an -ism that heavily affects black women.

He's sick of directors colorist antics on his music video sets, so he's calling them out on it.

Over the weekend, the singer posted a behind-the-scenes clip of himself filming Nafe Smallz's "Good Love" video. In the clip, a darker-skinned woman is dancing next to him. At some point, it seems someone from behind the cameras asks the darker-skinned woman to leave and replaces her with a lighter-skinned woman to be featured.

It's hard to make out, but Tory says something like "We don't even need that," and walks up to the lighter-skinned woman and tells her she's beautiful. They go back to filming and the darker-skinned woman is back on set.

The "Say It" singer posted the clip on his Instagram page, calling out the industry for colorism. He said colorism in the industry isn't going to stop if artists don't stand up, and speak out for black women. And he's totally right. He admits to poking fun at the black community, but said he's no longer standing on the sidelines as others continue to devalue black women.

"This is an On -Going problem in our community of entertainment that needs to stop," he wrote in the caption. "As a black man , Sometimes I’m going to joke about the black community just like we all do . BUT WHAT IM NOT GOING TO DO IS ALLOW ANY OF THESE DIRECTORS TO DE-VALUE OUR BLACK WOMEN ... countless times I’ve seen directors swap out our women of color for women of lighter complexion, or women with straighter hair ETC . ... IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY AS ARTIST TO STAND UP AND NOT LET THIS HAPPEN .. it’s BEEN time to embrace our woman of color #BlackIsBeautiful"

Check it:

Whether or not this was a staged scene to promote his new video is besides the point.  The fact he's speaking out on a topic we rarely see black male artists speaking up about is something to clap for.

The more you know, the more you grow.

Peep the full video below:

Speaking of colorism in the music industry, it seems "Ice Me Out" rapper Kashdoll is dealing with her own bout of being "too dark-skinned." She said she has never experienced colorism until now:

She previously said on Instagram that she "didn't believe in colorism" and wondered if it was because she had yet to experience it.

Thoughts?

Stop Calling Ava DuVernay, Oprah, Gayle King & June Ambrose 'Auntie' - They DON'T Like It!

0

 photo auntie1.png

Look what y'all started.  Ava DuVernay, Oprah, Gayle King and June Ambrose are asking you all to STOP calling them "auntie" because they don't like it. More inside...

So check it, apparently a certain generation of women don't like to be called "auntie."

It's used as a term of endearment, but director Ava DuVernay, media mogul Oprah, daytime TV anchor Gayle King, and celebrity stylist June Ambrose don't like the term. In fact, they don't want anyone nicknaming them "auntie."

In a recent interview on Van Lathan's podcast "The Red Pill," the "When They See Us" director - who is 46 -  explained why we should stop calling a woman of a particular age "auntie." She admitted she's doesn't like it.

"Auntie Ava? Why? Am I that old?!" she asked. "Because I don’t feel that old! And it’s not a respect thing…Auntie Ava, like…Aunt Jemima?"

The chat started a debate online about whether or not calling a woman "auntie" is considered ageist.

Oprah Mag then reached out to Lady O and Gayle for their take on the term.  And the debate started all over again.

"I cringe being called Auntie or Mama by anybody other than my nieces or godchildren," Oprah shared. "Except if I’m in Africa, where it’s the custom for everybody to refer to anyone older as 'Sister,' or 'Auntie,' depending on the age difference. And there, no one refers to anyone older by their first name, out of respect."

The "CBS This Morning" anchor said no woman under the age of 85 should be called "auntie."

"I hate being called Auntie. That’s what you say to old people or the old lady who lives in the neighborhood!" Gayle shared. "I get that it’s a sign of respect, but no one's calling Beyoncé 'Auntie Beyoncé!' The only ones who should be calling me 'Aunt' are my niece and nephew—and they don't add the ie."

Celebrity stylist June Ambrose has joined the movement as well:

So what should be call them? Ava made a list of names she'll happily respond to and shared it on Twitter:

OK! Let us know, sis.

"Gayle works!," Gayle responded.

"Oprah has worked pretty well for me," Lady O explained. "Though sometimes strangers refer to me as Lady O, which feels friendly, yet respectful of the age difference. It feels appropriate."

Got it.

By the way...

Lady O was in Montreal recently and was laced with her very own Raptors jersey! Nice.

"Empire" star Bryshere Gray had a run in with the Chicago cops recently, and it ended with him being arrested. Details and mugshot inside.

Sheesh.  The "Empire" cast can't catch a break. Now, the youngest Lyon brother is in trouble in real life.

25-year-old Bryshere "Yazz" Gray - aka Hakeem Lyon - was out and about in Chicago, where "Empire" is filmed, last Thursday.  He was pushing his 2014 Rolls Royce when cops pulled him over.  It's unclear why he was pulled over in the first place, but once he was, cops allegedly discovered he was riding dirty - no license, no insurance and no registration to match the tags.

TMZ reports:

Bryshere was in Chicago Thursday when he was pulled over for a registration issue ... the tags didn't match the car. Cops then discovered he was driving his 2014 Rolls-Royce without a license or insurance.

The actor was booked on a misdemeanor -- registration that was not authorized on the vehicle -- and released. He was also cited for not having a license or insurance.

His booking photo shows him with braids:

BREAKING: Shots Fired At Raptors NBA Championship Parade! Massive Crowd Runs, At Least 2 Victims Down

As the speeches went on at today's massive NBA Championship parade in Toronto, at least 4 shots reportedly rang out and there's now reportedly at least 2 victims. Details and video inside.

Today went from an extremely happy and celebratory occasion for a historic win, to shots fired with multiple victim.

As the Toronto Raptors took over the 6 today during their NBA Championship parade, everything was all good until moments ago when a shooting, possibly two shootings, occurred.  It sent the overly massive crowd into chaos. At least one victim is reportedly down.

Toronto Star sports columnist, Bruce Arthur, was on the scene and described how the crowd dispersed after gunshots rang out at Nathan Phillips Square where the team is giving their speeches post-parade:

 photo Screen Shot 2019-06-17 at 4.23.16 PM_zpsvzduqyhp.png

The chaos was caught on video leaving people wondering what exactly was happening:

Some thought it could possibly be fireworks.  Police confirmed it was, in fact, a shooting. And there is at least 1 victim:

This may not be the only shooting today either. City Hall reporter for the Toronto Star, Jennifer Pagliaro, says there's reports of another shooting near the Eaton Centre mall. She witnessed a victim being loaded into an ambulance:

Very scary. Fortunately, it seems the second particular situation is now under control thanks to police.

The crowd was huge today, and likely not easy to prevent from a stampede caused by a shooting.

It's unfortunate, because the celebrations looked litty all afternoon with the whole team, including Ambassador Drake, going HAM:

RACIST WHITE TEARS NEWS: Parkland Survivor Says He Doesn't Deserve To Have Harvard Admission Rescinded Over His Disgusting N-Word Comments

 photo NationalRifleAssociationHoldsAnnualConferencerPec-cA9Psal_zpslsmvxsjt.jpg

Life comes at you fast.  Kyle Kushov, a survivor of the Parkland School shooting, just had his Harvard University acceptance rescinded due to his usage of revolting racist messages.  He feels he's been wronged.  How Twitter is getting him together, inside.

In February 2018, the deadly mass shooting at Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla changed the way we students have fought back.  While many of the students became well known for organizing rallies where teens and students could be heard, and have done pro-gun control advocacy, one Parkland survivor doubled down on his pro-gun stance.

NRA supporter Kyle Kushov lost classmates in the horrible shooting, but that hasn't stopped him from being blind to his entitlement. Harvard University acceptance rescinded his acceptance due to his racist words, and now, instead of learning from this lesson in accountability, he's crying racist white tears.

While Kyle tried to make it seem like his comments were just "things boys do" and no big deal, the tea was spilled on what he actually said. And it's disgusting, even for a teen. Reportedly, there's more where he also calls the black football players at his school disgusting slurs as well.

Apparently, Kyle still feels entitled (shocker!) to be accepted to the school of his choice.

Dude wrote a 13-Tweet dissertation about his debacle, basically saying he deserves to still go.

He explains throughout the tweets (click on the first to see them all in full) that he was accepted to Harvard. Then, when his "former" peers - his classmates - went on an alleged campaign to get him dropped from the school, his private chat room messages were found and sent to the University. Harvard then rescinded his admission. When Kyle sent an apology letter and attempted to schedule an in-person face-to-face to explain his side of the story, Harvard basically said "It's above me now."

He says this whole situation sent him "into the darkest spiral of his life."

Bloop.

Now, for some context.

Kyle seemingly supports the conservative politics, including President Trump, and is admittedly a pro-gun advocate. Yes, even after his classmates were horrifically shot dead in front of him. He has used his platform to advocate for more "school saftey officers", i.e. more guns, and has interviewed pro-life Congressmen on his Youtube channel.

These facts may make behavior like this - going into an online rage with the N-word and calling your black and/or gay classmates every disgusting slur in the book - seem unsurprising.

Of course, his conservative allies are defending not only his behavior, but his right to attend the private, elite, Ivy League university. The "he was just a kid" and "everybody does things they have apologized for" excuses - you know, the excuses they NEVER give for unarmed black boys - are already in full force.

And others aren't trying to hear that type of noise:

Touché.

The 'Pose' cast is about to push all the way through to a season 3. Renewal deets inside!

Telling the stories of the legendary house mothers of New York’s underground ball culture that started back in the 80's, and telling it authentically, has turned the masses on to something fabulous. The movement is getting its due even more now that "Pose" is a hit. Well, a super hit. Just two weeks after its season 2 premiere, FX just gave the greenlight for season 3. Woot!

From telling the real stories of vogue-ing and ballroom in a fictional setting, to the personal stories of the on-screen characters, "Pose" has definitely become the show to watch.  The storylines touch on subjects often skirted by other drama series -  the AIDS epidemic in the 80's and 90's, sex change difficulties and issues directly impacting the LGBTQ+ community.

The show, which was named an AFI TV Program of the Year, has been racking up the accolades since season 1. Two Golden Globe noms, a Peabody Award, a Television Academy Honors Award and more.

The series features the largest cast of transgender actors in series regular & recurring roles ever for a scripted series. Mj Rodriguez, Dominique Jackson, Indya Moore, Hailie Sahar and Angelica Ross, who co-star alongside, Tony winner Billy Porter, Charlayne Woodard, Ryan Jamaal Swain, Dyllón Burnside, Angel Bismark Curiel and Sandra Bernhard round out the cast.

P.S., just before the weekend, Billy Porter dropped a single called “Love Yourself”. It's available now on all streaming platforms and digital retailers.

Deadline reports the second season premiere exceeded the season one average in all key adult demographics, including a 17% increase in Total Viewers (1.21 million vs. 1.04 million).

You loving season 2 of "Pose" so far?  It airs Tuesday nights on FX.

Yung Miami may be pregant, but she's still turning up. Watch the City Girls rapper bust out a split and twerk during a recent performance, plus deets on her rap partner JT's return from prison inside...

Yung Miami (aka Caresha Brownlee) of City Girls told us she was still going to "act up" all summer 2019 after announcing her pregnancy. And she wasn't lying.

Caresha made sure she had something in store when she hit the stage for HOT 107.9's Birthday Bash in Atlanta over the weekend. While performing her hit City Girls track "Act Up," the mom-to-be (again) dropped it all the way to the ground, busting out a split, then she twerked, and hopped back up without missing a beat. Pregnant and all.

Get it.

She also shared advice fellow female rap artist Cardi B gave her:

The Miami raptress - who already has a son named Jai Jr. from a previous relationship - and her producer boyfriend, Southside, are expecting their first child together. They're having a baby girl and they're seemingly going to name her Summer - or at least call her that as a nickname:

If you're looking to get Baby Summer something before (or after) her arrival, here's how:

CLOUT CHASING? Music Video Directors 'Very Upset' Over Tory Lanez's Colorism Accusations, Say They're Untrue

 photo ToryLanezToryLanezSiriusXMHeatChannel8m640VNcxhTl_zpsdjdp5cdd.jpg

When clout chasing goes wrong? The music video directors Tory Lanez put on blast for colorism claim they have zero problems featuring darker-skinned models and that the singer concocted this whole story. This news comes after the model in the video blasted Tory. Get it all inside...

Singer Tory Lanez had these Internet streets talking when he posted an Instagram post, blasting video music directors, Capone & Guise, for colorism.

The "Say It" singer shared a behind-the-scenes clip while he was on the set of Nafe Smallz's "Good Love" video where we see a darker-skinned model moved out of the main shot and replaced with a lighter-skinned model. He claims one of the directors made the switch, so he stopped filming and asked the darker-skinned model to return.

"This is an On -Going problem in our community of entertainment that needs to stop," he wrote in the caption of the video.

Soon after, the darker-skinned model - Sultry Shen - featured in the video hopped on social media and blasted Tory for LYING. She claims he staged this whole scene. Right after she went off, Capone & Guise poted "Hmm...Interesting" on their IG stories.

Now, the directors who shot the music video are speaking out and they're calling foul.

Capone - 1/2 of directing duo Capone & Guise - tells TMZ they're baffled by Tory's accusations because that's not how it went down on the music video set. He insists no one on his team asked for the models to switch places, insinuating that the swap came from someone in Tory's camp.

The director tells the site they have ZERO problems featuring dark-skinned women in their videos, especially since they're heavily involved in the Afrobeats scene where the majority of their work features darker-skinned women.

Capone said his team would "never allow something as disgusting as what Tory Lanez is portraying." He went on to say that they are "very upset" that the video is being overshadowed by these colorist accusations.

As we told you, Tory stands by his actions and claims he was raising awareness to a topic that's important to him.

Hmm...IF he did stage this incident, it seems he may have been trying to bounce back from those comments he made about trading a white woman to the African American community for Ayesha Curry.

All eyes on Jada Pinkett Smith!

The Hollywood titan was honored during the pre-taped 2019 MTV Movie & TV Awards that went down over the weekend. The "Red Table Talk" co-host looked amazing in a silver sequined DSquared pant suit paired with black, sparkly Giuseppe Zanotti patent leather pumps that featured heel embellishments.

Jada's Girls Trip co-star Tiffany Haddish (who hosted the show last year) and her son/actor Jaden Smith presented her with the award. The 20-year-old hyped up the crowd before she started her speech.

The 47-year-old actress began her speech by questioning if she was worthy of being honored with the trailblazer title. After some thought, she realized she shared a lot of similarities with the trailblazers she admires.  That same trailblazing spirit is in us all. She said we're all overcoming some type of obstacle that will eventually help us to grow and evolve. And with that, we're all trailblazers!

"And it’s these internal obstacles that must be challenged in order to muster the courage to forge new paths that we can see in the world. Every last person in this room must do that at some capacity. So that means that every single person in this room is trailblazing, whether it's within or without," she said.

"Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" stars Ray J and his wife Princess Love stepped out to hit up the 2019 MTV Movie & TV Awards, sans their adorable baby girl, Melody Norwood.

The Scoot-E Bike honcho was nominated for the Best Meme-able Moment for a he scene he did on "LAHH" where his hat mysteriously moved on his head throughout the scene.

 photo MTVA4.jpg

The Norwoods were all kissy and cute on the carpet, but Princess started acting up when she got inside.

The show’s host, Zachary Levi, made a joke about Ray J and Kim Kardashian’s infamous sex tape. And that brought out the ratchet in Princess.

“And, of course, America’s other sweetheart Ray J, from Love & Hip Hop, is here,” the host said during his opening monologue. “Although I’m sure some of you are more familiar with his work as a cameraman.”

Princess responded:

Bloop!

As for the other "LAHH" stars...

 photo LAHHMTV.jpg

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" stars Lil Scrappy, Bambi, Karlie Redd, and Spice were in the mix since their show was nominated for the Reality Royalty Award.

 photo 2019MTVMovieTVAwardsArrivalsUMIzistvuVil.jpg

And guess what?

They won! All the ratcheness they serve up each season landed them an MTV Award. They were up against The Bachelor, Jersey Shore, Vanderpump Rules and The Challenge.

"I almost want to cry right now, because I can't believe," Redd told Entertainment Tonight. "We've been getting a lot of haters on the show. a lot of people talking… they talk a lot of s**t about us. We got a lot of haters, but to finally get recognized, the recognition for one day [is great]."

"The reality is we never really thought we were going to win," Lil Scrappy added."We didn't write a speech, we were so shocked, we were on stage, we didn't know where to go."

"But it's a great accomplishment," he added. "We're so happy, we're excited."

Oh, and apparently a Kanye West moment went down.

"The Challenge" star Johnny Bananas reportedly stormed the stage by surprise, took the mic and delivered a speech as if The Challenge had won the category. We didn't see it though because that moment never made it to television.

"The dude came out trying to Kanye us," Lil Scrappy joked to Redd. "I feel like they put in a lot of work too," Lil Scrappy said of The Challenge cast, "but we beat they a**."

Bloop! Congrats!
