Gucci announced he was going to Canada for a string of concerts for his "Live In Canada" tour. However, he has since decided to postpone it. He had 10 stops scheduled this month. He decided to come later so he can bring a "bigger and better" show to his fans, according to his rep.

We're told Gucci and the promotion company he's working with are planning for early September to make up the shows, and he'll be more equipped to give his fans what they deserve ... because he's currently working on a new album.

Our sources say the September tour will still include stops in the big Canadian cities -- like Ottawa, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver -- and will hopefully add Toronto as well ... which wasn't scheduled in May.

Apparently, Gucci had to get a temporary resident permit to enter Canada for the tour, which wasn't easy for him give his criminal past. But, he got it.

The 32-year-old star of Showtime's hit series "The Chi" was just fired from the show and will not be offered up a contract for the third season it was just renewed for.  According to reports, detailed claims from his onscreen girlfriend, Tiffany Boone, and at least two other co-stars are at the center of the situation. 

Things got so bad between Jason and Tiffany that she has already left the show.  Before she left the show, Tiffany reportedly had her actor boyfriend, Marque Richardson from "Dear White People" (pictured above), come to set with her any time she shot scenes with Jason. The Hollywood Reporter reveals:

A source with knowledge of the Showtime series says Tiffany Boone, who played Mitchell’s girlfriend on The Chi, was among several actresses on the series who had issues with Mitchell. She made repeated complaints of sexual harassment and allegedly felt so unsafe with her co-star that at times her fiance, Dear White People actor Marque Richardson, came to set when she shot scenes with him. Boone declined to comment.

Wow.  Tiffany requested a release from the show, and producers obliged.

The source also says Boone ultimately informed producers at Fox 21 that she could no longer work with Mitchell. Initially, he was retained while she was released at her request to pursue other projects. Other actresses on the series also were said to have had problems with Mitchell. It’s unclear what finally led the studio to act.

Tiffany isn't the only person who had a problem with Jason.  The actor - who also starred in Superfly, Mudbound & Detroit - was just booked for Netflix's upcoming movie Desperados, and two of his castmates on that project had complaints as well and Jason hadn't even started filming.

Mitchell had not yet started filming Desperados, a comedy set in Mexico, when he was replaced in recent weeks by Lamorne Morris (New Girl). A source close to the project, which Lionsgate’s Good Universe is producing for Netflix, says the producers received “specific information which was investigated immediately and thoroughly and dealt with as quickly as possible.”

Netflix referred queries to Good Universe, which declined to comment. Sources said Mitchell’s co-stars on the film — including actresses Nasim Pedrad and Anna Camp— had complaints about Mitchell.

Sheesh.  Reportedly, there is evidence to support said misconduct claims, but we do not yet know what the misconduct entailed.  Jason's agents at UTA dropped him weeks ago.

Lena Waithe, creator of "The Chi," and Jason's agents, his manager, and reps at Netflix have declined to comment.  Jason nor Tiffany have commented about the matter either, and Tiffany reportedly said weeks ago she would be taking a break from social media.

Jason is set to star in the upcoming film Zola, the based-on-a-Twitter-story movie starring Taylour Paige.  The movie is currently in post-production.

Nipsey Hussle's daughter's mom, Tanisha Foster, has been fighting to get custody of her daughter. However, her wish will not be granted. At least not now.

After being in court several times over the last week, the judge has decided to grant Nispey Hussle's sister, Samantha Smith (above), custody of the rapper's 10-year-old daughter, Emani. Yesterday, Tanisha learned in court Emani will continue staying with her auntie (whom she has been with since Nipsey's death) and she's pissed.

The hearing was sealed and another one will go down in July.

As you know, Tanisha has been trying to gain custody of Emani after Samantha filed a petition for guardianship of her niece. Samantha and the Asghedom family believes Tanisha isn't stable enough to care for Emani. Last week, Tanisha told the judge she hadn't seen her daughter in months. The judge cleared the courtroom and allowed her to spend 20 minutes alone with Emani. Tanisha also said Samantha took Emani and refused to give her back.

Lawyer Midwin Charles appeared on the "Wendy Williams Show" today and revealed a review was done back in 2013 and the judge ruled to give Nipsey and Tanisha joint legal and physical custody.  This means the belief that Nipsey had sole custody simply isn't true.

We're sure news about Tanisha's criminal past and her current bench warrant didn't help her any in court. An arrest warrant was issued for Tanisha after she skipped out on a court appearance for a DUI she copped a few years back.

After court, Tanisha told TMZ photogs she was "pissed" about the decision. Her lawyer, Larry Lewellyn, tells TMZ he's working with Nipsey's family to come up with a visitation schedule that will be in Emani's best interest.

Dallas Cowboys star Ezekiel Elliott was cuffed in Vegas over the weekend after getting physical with a security guard at a music festival. The NFL, though, allegedly thinks it's "no big deal." Watch the video and get the deets inside.

Ezekiel Elliott was amongst the stars in Vegas over the weekend for the EDC music festival. But he was likely the only one cuffed for shoving a security guard to ground.

In a video obtained by TMZ, Ezekiel is seen roaming around before the incident, continuously trying to get the woman he was with to stop walking away from him.  Then things went further left.  Ezekiel - who appears to be possibly not sober - walked up to a security guard saying "You got something to say?!".  The guard was shoved to the ground, either intentionally or non intentionally.  Other guards swooped in and cuffed him while the woman he was with pleaded with them.

Elliott's attorney, Frank Salzano, said Zeek was released shortly after the incident.   He also told ESPN's Todd Archer, calling it "an overreaction by security."

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said about it all:

“What we are aware of is he wasn’t arrested and hasn’t been charged.  We’ll just continue to gather information, and that’s all we can say at this time.”

That's all well and good. But a source implies the investigation will be in vain. The NFL itself unsurprisingly doesn't think this situation is all that big of a deal.

A league source told ESPN's Adam Schefter in a text that the NFL is also "still gathering information," but the individual doesn't "think it's a big deal," and added, "looks like he was pushed and punch wasn't thrown."

Of course. Let's continue to minimize his childish and irresponsible off-field actions. We all know throwing a punch isn't the line that need to be crossed in order for the league to give a f---, and that's whether it's caught on camera or not. They will only (semi) care if an overwhelming public backlash happens. Ask Ray Lewis' wife (who also defended Ray).

Three handwritten wills have been found inside Aretha Franklin's Detroit home. One of them were found in between couch cushions. More inside...

Well, here's a plot twist.

When Aretha Franklin died in August 2018, it was reported she did NOT leave a will or tust behind. Now, nine months after her death, THREE handwritten wills have reportedly been found.

According to reports, three handwritten wills have been found in Aretha's Detroit-area home, including one that was found under cushions on a couch in her living room, according to an attorney in charge of her estate. Two of the documents date back to 2010. They were found inside a locked cabinet on one of Franklin’s dressers.

The latest one was dated March 2014, where the music icon gave her assets to family members. The writing is reportedly hard to decipher and at least four pages have words scratched out and different phrases in the margin.

Franklin's estate attorney - David Bennett - filed the wills in court yesterday (May 20th). It's reported he told the judge that he wasn't sure whether they were legal under Michigan law.

If Franklin had left no will, her estate would be split among her four sons. However, it appears she divvied up her assets among family members in the newly discovered documents. Two of her sons have already objected to the handwritten wills.

A hearing was scheduled for June 12th.

Aretha Franklin died in her Detroit home after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. She was 76.

Cardi B doesn't mess around when it comes to securing the bag, but she recently had to step down from a performance reportedly due to cosmetic surgery complications. More inside...

Fans are pissed after learning Cardi B has backed out of a concert in Baltimore that was set to go down this weekend.

The 26-year-old Grammy winner was supposed to rock the stage this Friday in Baltimore as the headliner for the 92Q Spring Bling Festival to kick off Memorial Day Weekend, but, she had to postpone. The reason? Well, sources tell TMZ it has everything to do with recent cosmetic surgeries, which include liposuction and breast augmentation.

We're told it's gotten so bad, she simply can't perform -- a move her doctors had encouraged, telling Cardi she needs time to let the swelling go down and for her body to fully recover. Doctors are recommending a couple of weeks of R & R.

Our Cardi sources tell us the surgeries are finally catching up to her ... and the heavy workload proved to be too much, too soon.

The concert has been re-scheduled for September 8th.

The "Money" rapper hasn't been shy about her recent surgeries. While on the carpet at the 2019 BBMAs earlier this month, she revealed she got her breast re-done.

“I just got my boobs redone," she said. “I feel good, but then sometimes I feel like not, you know? [When] your skin is stretched out. Yes, my daughter f*cked me up!” she joked. “She did, she so did.”

Days later, she hit the stage at the Beale Street Music Festival in Memphis and spilled her own tea about her liposuction.

“I have some news for y’all. I should have canceled today,” she said at the festival. “I shouldn’t really be performing because moving too much is gonna f— up my lipo. But bitch I’m still gonna get my motherf—ing money back, let’s go!”

The "Bodak Yellow" rapper has been going non-stop since her surgeries too. She tore the stage up at her Fashion Nova collection launch party and she also had Miami turned up during the Rolling Loud Festival in Miami.

Hope she gets better soon.

Starbucks is being sued after being accused of using a poisonous pesticide around food in several NYC stores. More inside...

NYC Starbucks customers beware!

Two pest control technicians and a former Starbucks employee are suing the coffee company after making claims that management at several Starbucks locations in Manhattan have been using a poisonous pesticide that's NOT to be used around food, or humans for that matter, to control filthy conditions.

Apparently, the stores were putting pest-control products down that contain toxic chemicals near bagels, pastries and coffee drinks to control fruit flies, cockroaches, and other insects. In one class action lawsuit filed in Manhattan, 10 Starbucks customers claim that they were "exposed to the toxic chemical" Dichlorvos, or DDVP, after making purchases in multiple city stores over the last three years. Yikes.

NBC News reports:

The lawsuit states that Starbucks uses the strips in its Manhattan stores to keep cockroaches and other pests away. The strips, which can be purchased in many home and garden stores as well as online, kill insects but are also harmful to human beings, according to the lawsuit.

Photos that were attached to the lawsuit show the strips next to bagels, food preparation equipment and near air vents.

Paul D'Auria is a licensed pest control technician for AVP Termite & Pest Control and he provided extermination services to Starbucks in New York from 2013 through June 2018, according to one of the lawsuits. He said he found the strips under bagels and near pastry often and even observed Starbucks managers placing sets of DDVP No-Pest Strips "within virtually each of the more than 100 stores that he serviced," the lawsuit noted. Wow.

A pest control technician who worked at multiple Manhattan Starbucks locations, and his supervisor, also allege that from 2016 to 2018 they made several complaints about the strips. In June 2018, Starbucks terminated its contract with the pest control company to silence the technician's "repeated reports and complaints about the foregoing risks to health and safety," according to the suit.

Really, Starbucks?

In the second suit, a former Starbucks employee claims he was fired in February 2018 after complaining about the misuse of the pesticide strips. 

They'e all seeking unspecified damages.

A spokesperson for Starbucks confirmed to NBC News that the pesticide strips were being used in violation of its policy, and once it was made aware of the complaints, the company stopped using them. Hmmm...

The spokesperson also claims they hired an outside expert who examined the stores and determined that customers and emoployees were not put at risk.

Tanisha Foster - Nipsey Hussle's daughter's mother - may be gunning for his estate. Find out how inside...

Word on the curb is that Tanisha Foster - Nipsey Hussle's daughter's mom - may try to come for the late rapper's $2 million estate.

So check it, TMZ claims sources connected to Tanisha told them that she will be jumping in the mix when it comes to Nipsey's estate. It's said she'll object to the appointment of the Victory Lap rapper's brother, Blacc Sam, to administer the estate and may possibly ask that SHE be appointed as administrator. Really, girl?

Blacc Sam - real name Sam Asghedom - filed legal documents to have a judge assign him as the administrator to Nipsey's estate since he died without a will. A judge will reportedly rule on Sam's request on June 10th.

You're probably wondering how Tanisha would even think she could manage Nipsey's $2 million estate. Well, under California law, Nipsey's children would split the money equally between his 10-year-old daughter Emani and 2-year-old son, Kross, whom he shares with actress Lauren London.

As you know, Tanisha is fighting for custody of Emani, and if she gets its, she would have some power when it comes to handling the money left behind for her daughter. In fact, she would probably be entitled to some of it to provide for their child. However, Tanisha learned this week that Emani will be staying with Nipey's sister, Samantha Smith, after a judge ruled that was in the best interest of Emani. After court, Tanisha said she was pissed and plans on continuing to fight to get her daughter back.

It doesn't help that her criminal past is being brought up in the media. She also has a current bench warrant out after she skipped a court date in her DUI case recently. Another custody hearing for Emani has been set for July.

What we do know it, Kevin Sr. and Kevin Jr. got into it and it got UGLY. According to TMZ, the Kevin Sr. vs Kevin Jr. fight went down early Wednesday morning in a store parking lot near the family's home in New Jersey. It must be their old home because Wendy recently revealed she moved into a bomb apartment in NYC.

Back to the story, 18-year-old Kevin Jr. went to the old home to pick up some things. The daytime TV host dropped him off and was coming back later to pick him up. Apparently, Kevin Jr. didn't know his dad was in the house when he got there. However, everything was cool and they ended up going to a store together a little after midnight.

So check it, Kevin Sr. & Kevin Jr. allegedly got into an argument over Kevin Sr.'s demand for spousal support from Wendy. It's reported Kevin Sr. is upset because he feels like Wendy is "brainwashing" their son against him.

The site reports:

Our sources say it got physical when Kevin Sr. allegedly put his son in a headlock, and we're told Kevin Jr. punched him in the nose to break the hold. Cops have confirmed to TMZ they are investigating "an incident" between Kevin and Kevin Jr.

Cops were called to the scene, but it's unclear if anyone was arrested.

This is just the latest in the ongoing drama between Wendy and her estranged husband. As you know, she pulled the trigger on a divorce back in April after it eas reported that Kevin allegedly had a baby with his alleged mistress. After the divorce was filed, Wendy started getting her ducks in order, getting treatment in a sober house, firing Kevin Sr. as her manager and getting rid of him as executive producer of her hit daytime talk show.

In response, Kevin Sr. has requested spousal AND child support from Wendy. This guy....

By the way, Wendy recently announced she decided to pull the plug on The Hunter Foundation, which she co-founded with her estranged husband. Kevin Sr. just released a statement to address the news about the foundation and revealed he's going to continue with the philanthropic work by launching a new foundation.

“Although The Hunter Foundation in its current form will dissolve, the important work will live on,” he said in a statement to Page Six. “I plan on launching a new foundation in the near future to continue the important mission in helping those struggling with drug addiction and substance abuse.”

He also said the substance abuse resource hotline he and Wendy launched in March will be going on a “brief hiatus.”

We told you Wendy Williams' son, Kevin Hunter Jr., and her estranged husband, Kevin Hunter Sr., got into a physical fight in the wee hours of the morning.

Now, 18-year-old Kevin Jr. has been arrested.

It was reported Kevin Sr. & Jr. got into a physical altercation in a store parking lot near their old New Jersey home. Kevin Sr. allegedly put his son in the headlock and Kevin Jr. reportedly punched him in the nose to break free. Cops revealed they were investigating the "incident" and they apparently found Kevin Jr. at fault and arrested him!

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Kevin Jr. was arrested for assault. Other sources tell the site the fight started when Kevin Sr. urged his son to carve his own path to success and that he needed to do so without handouts from his mother. It was originally reported they got into it over Kevin Sr.'s request for spousal support.

After news broke about the fight, Kevin Sr. issued a statement addressing the fight telling TMZ,"I love my son very much and I will not be pursuing this matter legally. Things are not always how they appear."

Interesting. Sounds like "the boy" - as Wendy calls him - is fed up with his father's antics.

So here's how Hill swindled one woman out of $80K. They started chatting it up on Match.com on March 27th and decided to meet that same day. Apparently, he told her he was a millionaire and convinced her he was already in love with her during a short period of time. Red flag #1 & #2.

Within a few weeks of knowing each other, they decided to get married and went house hunting in Georgia. The woman, who lives in Alpharetta, reportedly gave Hill more than $80,000 to put towards the purchase of the home and to buy furniture. Now sis, if he told you he's a millionaire why on earth are you giving HIM money?

“The woman said she is in a relationship with the suspect. However, she didn’t know what his profession was,” Gwinnett Cpl. Michele Pihera told WSB. “Also, she said he was only home on weekends. During the week, she didn’t know where he went.”

After she handed over the money, Hill, who cops say have changed his name at least five times over the past few years, went ghost on her. She eventually found out he lived in Duluth with another woman and a child. Bruh!

He's currently being held as a “fugitive from justice” on $500,000 bond in the Williamson County Jail in Tennessee. Authorities are working out the details of his extradition.

Juwan Howard has been hired by Michigan - his alma mater - as the head basketball coach. And his new gig is squashing some decade old Fab Five beef. More inside...

Juwan Howard has been hired by the University of Michigan - his alma mater - as the head basketball coach, accepting a five-year deal starting at $2 million annually. And he's uber excited about returning to his alma mater.

“I am very excited about the opportunity to lead the University of Michigan’s storied basketball program,” Howard said in a statement. “As a ‘Michigan Man,’ I know the place our program has in college basketball and I embrace the chance to build onto that history and lead us to championships both in the Big Ten and national level. I cannot wait to get started. It feels great to be coming home. Go Blue!”

Before nabbing this head coach position, he served as an assistant coach for the Miami Heat for the last six years. He's replacing John Beilein, who left on May 13th to become the head coach of the Cleveland Cavaliers.

His move is a big deal as it will potentially heal wounds that have existed with the Wolverines programs for decades.

During "Get Up!," former Fab Five member/ESPN analyst Jalen Rose said Howard's hiring resolves an ongoing beef that has been going on between former teammates within the school.

There has been a decade-long beef between Howard and his former teammate Chris Webber. These two have been at each other's necks and it came to a head when Webber skipped out on filming for ESPN's "30 For 30" documentary on the Fab Five team that debuted in 2011. The Fab Five was one of the most famous teams in college basketball history.

ESPN reports:

The Fab Five -- Rose, Webber, Howard, Jimmy King and Ray Jackson -- were Michigan's 1991 recruiting class that would go on to national championship appearances in 1992 and 1993. The school later removed those Final Four banners from Crisler Arena as part of self-imposed sanctions that stemmed from one of the NCAA's largest financial scandals, which included a six-figure sum given to Webber by a booster.

On Friday, Webber, now a TNT analyst, said that Howard's hiring would be great for the university and "would bring everyone back together."

"There's certainly no place for fans and, you know, whatever it is exactly that Drake is for the Toronto Raptors."
