The cops are looking for Offset after he went HAM on a fan's phone back in Atlanta last week.  Deets on the felony charge he's facing inside.

Offset's disdain for folks filming him might cost him more than it's worth.  Last week, he was seen on tape smashing an iPhone out of a fan's hand while they approached him to say hello inside a Target in Sandy Springs, Georgia. The fan - Junior Gibbons - filed charges last Friday.

It was caught on video, and now police have a felony warrant out for his arrest:

The "Please Me" rapper took over Vegas last night as the most nominated person at Wednesday night's Billboard Music Awards with 21 nods. She ended up leaving with 6 to add to her first trophy she won last year for Top Female Rap Artist.

If you're wondering how this happened, “Billboard Music Awards” nominees and winners are based on key fan interactions with music, including album and digital song sales, streaming, radio airplay, touring and social engagement, tracked by Billboard and its data partners, including Nielsen Music and Next Big Sound. 

So, yeah.  Radio play, sales, engagement, Billboard rankings and touring all matter.  And Drake def had all of those sewn up this past year.

Facebook announced it was banning accounts of some high-profile people that they deemed as "dangerous," including Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan. More inside....

So, Facebook is cracking down on censorship.

The company had been catching heat about allowing extremist content on its Facebook and Instagram platforms, so they decided to make a move.

Facebook announced plans to permanently ban right-wing personalities like Paul Nehlen, Milo Yiannopoulos, Paul Joseph Watson, Laura Loomer, Alex Jones, along with his site Infowars. Jones and his media outlet InfoWars had previously been banned from Facebook in August 2018, but had maintained a presence on Instagram. Not anymore.

Though he’s not a far-right extremist, Facebook also banned Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan.

Facebook claims this group of high profile people consistently violates the company's terms of service and dubbed them "dangerous individuals."

"We've always banned individuals or organizations that promote or engage in violence and hate, regardless of ideology," a Facebook spokesperson said in a statement to CNN Business. "The process for evaluating potential violators is extensive and it is what led us to our decision to remove these accounts today."

The FB spokesperson told CNN Business that the company goes through an extensive process and take many things into consideration before an individual is determined to be "dangerous."

The site reports:

The Facebook spokesperson said such factors include whether the person or organization has ever called for violence against individuals based on race, ethnicity, or national origin; whether the person has been identified with a hateful ideology; whether they use hate speech or slurs in their about section on their social media profiles; and whether they have had pages or groups removed from Facebook for violating hate speech rules.

In some instances, when Facebook bans an individual or organization, it also restricts others from expressing praise or support for them on its platforms, the spokesperson said, adding that the company continues to view such action as the correct approach. That policy may not apply to any or all of the people banned Thursday, however.

The spokesperson added that Facebook will remove groups, pages and accounts created to represent the banned individuals when it knows the individual is participating in the effort.

What's interesting is that Trump is still allowed to spew his hateful and "dangerous" rhetoric on social media. Why haven't they banned his account along with these other "dangerous" people? He's the leader of the free world stirring up hate on social media on the daily, yet here we are.

We suggest Facebook also look into the videos of fights, murders, police brutality, and other disgusting visuals that convniently seem to get past all filters, while videos of a baby with a song in the background is snatched down within seconds of it being posted.  Facebook plays the "we're trying our hardest" card when it comes to getting rid of content that brings the company clicks, views and money.  If you can ban 10 other acounts you deem problematic or any post a user puts up with music or "copywritten music," you can just as easily ban the people and things that are ACTUALLY making a negative impact on our lives.

Do better.

Joe Budden and his fiancée Cyn Santana are no longer following each other on social media. And word on the curb is that they've called it quits just four months after getting engaged. More inside...

Looks like there's trouble in paradise.

Four months after Joe Budden and Cyn Santana got engaged, they have seemingly called it quits. And we all know, once ish changes on social media, it's like confirmation to whatever is being speculated.

First, the "Love & Hip Hop" stars have stopped following each other on Instagram.

We did notice they both still follow a Joe & Cyn fan site, so maybe there's still hope.

Not only did they stop following each other on social media, Cyn deleted (almost) all traces of Joe on her Instagram page. He still has pictures of her up on his page. Cyn also had "Cyn Budden" in her profile, but she erased that as well. Now, it says "Redirect your energy." Sounds like she's subliminally sending a message to her ex-man.

">Hollywood Life, revealing the 38-year-old rapper and the 26-year-old reality star called it quits after getting into a "huge fight." Allegedly.  The source also claims Cyn is no longer wearing her engagement ring. 

"Cyn is no longer wearing her engagement ring and she has wiped Joe from her page — they have split," an insider from the reality show told the site. "It just happened. He's gone on tour right now and they had a blowout fight. It's very fresh."

The source added that Cyn "is saying it is over" and "seems very upset, hurt and angry."  We did notice that she posted a video to her IG Stories yeterday while driving around, and no ring was present.

The two welcomed a son, Lexington Budden, in December 2017.

Today, Cyn is all about positive energy and vibes:

Hmm...are they filming for "LAHH?" Because this could all be for a storyline. You just never know with these folks. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

For months, my alarm rang daily at 4:45am so I could get in a morning workout. In the weeks leading up to my departure for Miss USA, I’d also come home and get in a second workout—30 to 45 minutes on the bike or elliptical. I gave up pasta, fried food, and dessert (with the occasional sweet treat on the weekends). I hated every second of my workout and nutrition regimen. Ajak Deng is well on her way to supermodel status, but the road has clearly been a super rough one.  She now has fans worried and frantic after bringing up suicide during a rant about her mistreatment from her modeling agency.  The latest inside.

29-year-old Ajak Deng is THE face.  You've seen the Sudanese goddess gracing every runway and every magazine since her runway debut with Chloe back in 2010.  She had already busted down several hurdles to even get there - being a refugee in Kenya with her 7 siblings, moving to Melbourne at age 11 and being accepted into Australia because her mother died of malaria.

But something else breaking her down these days, and it seems to be at the hands of her agency IMG Models.  Ajak posted this disturbing, extremely emotional video the other day that made fans flood her with love and concern, making sure she's ok.  She later posted a message saying she's doing better.

Mentioning suicide is no small matter.  It's also not her first time lashing out at the industry. She "quit" for a short time back in 2016.

Ajak has modeled for top fashion brands like Valentino, Lanvin, Givenchy, Chloé, Maison Martin Margiela, Dior, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Oscar de la Renta, Alexander Wang, Louis Vuitton, Gap, Hermes and plenty more. So a lack of work wasn't the problem. The fakeness of the modeling world was.

She posted to her Instagram three years ago that she was "officially done with the fashion industry" and would be "moving back to Australia in order to live the life that she fully deserved."  She called that life "real life."

It's no secret that modeling agencies like IMG - who reps the Hadid sisters and plenty of Victoria's Secret models - have been handing out contracts to celebrities, influencers with tons of followers and offspring of famous models more than ever.  Those people are often also put on a pedastal that many would say they didn't earn.  Models who have succeeded without using social media status or nepotism are sometimes overlooked or treated differently.  We're not sure if this is what Ajak is referencing, but it's possible.

It's unclear how far along she is.  But y'all know how they do: They tell us the baby was born damn nar a year later.

It's ironic the couple will be bringing another baby into the fold as this pregnancy news comes on the heels of Cam announcing he was giving up sex for a month back in March.

“And then March, I’m giving — I hope this is an adult crowd, it looks like it is — no climax,” Cam shared during an interview on "The Late Late Show with James Corden" in March.

While being on the off-season and recovering from a shoulder injury, he said he had been looking for different ways to challenge himself. In January he gave up gambling and in February he decided to go vegan.

“It makes my mind stronger,” he explained. “I feel like, if I go back and I say, I did those things, I’m mentally stronger.”

NBA player D'Angelo Russell tried to pull a fast one on TSA agents, but it didn't go as he planned. More inside...

Bruh! We understand it's the offseason, but you can't be out here wilin' like this!

NBA star D'Angelo Russell thought he was going to sneak some weed through the airport, but he was sadly mistaken.

The Brooklyn Nets baller reportedly got busted with marijuana in his checked bag at LaGuardia airport on his way to Louisville, KY. TSA agents noticed a suspicious can of Arizona Iced tea in his luggage and investigated.

It seems the 23-year-old thought he would be able to hide the weed in this rigged up can, but nope! The can was fake and it featured a secret compartment people apparently use to stash their drugs. He didn't think a CAN by itself would alert the agents? You know you can't take any liquid over 3 ounces on a plane, so why didn't he think they would check to see what's inside the can? Sighs...

It's reported he also had a grinder (a tool people use to break down their weed) in the can that held more weed inside of it. Law enforcement sources claim De'angelo initially tried to say the weed belonged to his brother, but he was alone and in possession of the bag.

The Nets' baller was cited for possession of marijuana (under 50 grams) and was allowed to hop on his flight. According to TMZ, the citation usually results in the defendant just having to pay a fine. In his case, he may have to pay two fines if the NBA decides to punish him.

The Brooklyn Nets organization is aware of the incident and issued a statement, saying, "We have been made aware of the situation involving D’Angelo Russell and are in the process of gathering more information at this time."

When sports analyst Stephen A. Smith heard about D'Angelo's situation, he quickly reacted on Twitter:

Before opening night, she posted an IG story telling her fans how tired and drained she is, especially with all the fighting with her family. She said she has to promote "Braxton Family Values," but feels off doing so when it's full of beef and arguing, considering the hard time their family is going through currently. That hard time is the death of her niece, her brother Mikey's daughter, Lauren, whom she said she just can't bring herself to post about.

Tamar revealed this is the first time someone in their fam has passed away, so it's a difficult time. Interestingly, she then said she's "too drained" to attend her funeral and doesn't have time. She asked her Tamartian fans to come out to The Dungeon Party to give her energy.

Raz B is a free man after he was arrested Wednesday morning (May 1st) for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend.

The B2K singer (real name De'Mario Thornton) was arrested for domestic assault by strangulation after he and his girlfriend, Kallee Brookes (above), got into a heated argument on the ramp of a Macy's store in Minneapolis.

According to TMZ, the Hennepin County Attorney's Office decided not to move forward with charging the singer because they didn't feel there was enough evidence to successfully prosecute the singer after a thorough investigation.

Cops spoke with Raz's girlfriend, witnesses, and analyzed surveillance video from the scene, but they didn't see enough evidence to prosecute. You'll recall, Raz made claims he was defending himself as his girlfriend attacked him.

Raz's girlfriend wasn't the one to call the cops. She told a family member and someone ended up calling the police on Raz. We wonder if she down played the incident to police when they interviewed her. The picture atop is of Raz and Kallee during happier times at the LA premiere of HBO's Documentary Film "United Skates" in February.

Due to being in jail, Raz missed Wednesday's night "Millennium Tour" stop in Minneapolis. The singer addressed the situation via a statement made by The Hues Company. In the statement, it said Raz "takes full responsibility for his actions" and he'll be taking the necessary steps to become a better man.

“The incident comes after a long history of publicly documented trauma for the musician, and difficulties coping with its aftermath,” it continued. “Raz B takes full responsibility for his actions. The incident represents a turning point after years of isolation, repressed emotions, and unhealthy coping mechanisms in response to childhood trauma. He intends to seek treatment to become a better man, and grow beyond the pain of his worse mistakes.”

He also asked for "support and privacy" as he goes through this trying time.  He offered up an apology to his family, fans and his B2K band mates.

Wednesday night at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards, he accepted the Icon Award.  But when she went on stage to accept the award from fellow diva Jennifer Hudson, her trying to pass Jenny her unicorn tear-filled tissue, and Jennifer rejecting it, and MiMi throwing that ish into the crowd and basically telling them "You're Welcome"....everything.

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill is speaking out to deny child abuse allegations made against him. He's also accusing his fiancée, Crystal Espinal, of abusing their 3-year-old son. More inside...

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill is trying to clear his name after he has been accused of abusing his 3-year-old son, whom he shares with his fiancée Crystal Espinal. By the way, she's currently seven months pregnant with twins.

Hill's attorney issued a detailed letter to the NFL denying the child abuse allegations made against him in a recording that was released/"leaked" last week. In the letter, he also accuses his fiancée of abusing their young son.

In the audio, Espinal confronts Hill about how their son got a broken arm, how he punches their son in the chest, how his son his seemingly terrified of him and how she defended him from state child welfare investigators. The case against Hill and Espinal had previously been closed by a judge after he could not find enough evidence to charge them with a crime.

The judge (and prosecutors) reportedly indicated at the time that it was clear a crime had been committed. It simply wasn't clear who committed said crime.  After the audio was released, the district attorney has re-opened the case against Espinal and Hill.

In the lengthy letter sent to the NFL, Hill's attorney N. Trey Pettlon went through the key accusations made by Hill's fiancée in an 11-minute recording she secretly made as they were walking through Dubai International Airport. The recording was reportedly sent to a friend for "safe keeping." It ended up getting passed around, and then it was shared on KCTV in Kansas City on April 25th.

In the recording, Espinal says, "He kept saying, 'Daddy punches me,' which you do when he starts crying. What do you do? You make him open up his arms, and you punch him in the chest."

According to KCTV, the 3-year-old has been removed from their custody by Child Protective Services and he's with a family he is familar with. They noted, the family he's staying with are not relatives.

In the denial letter, Hill's attorney writes there has been times when Hill has tapped his son on the chest and told him "man up, buddy" or "don't cry, my man." He denies ever grabbing his son's arms as a form of discipline.

"He [Hill] categorically denies he has ever 'punched' his son in the chest or anywhere on his body, or otherwise touched him in the chest in a mean-spirited manner or as a form of discipline," Pettlon writes.

Hill also denies he played any role in breaking their son's arm, noting the child was examined at the hospital and his injury was considered an accident. Hill also denies that their son is "terrified" of him like Espinal claims in the audio. During Hill and Espinal's recorded conversation, Hill tells her, "You need to be terrified of me, too, b*tch." In the letter, Hill lawyer writes that his comment was "inexcusable." Hill also cites text messages that prove Espinal admitted to leaving marks on their son.

"Crystal you know I didn't cause any bruising or harm to [our son.] But for some reason I still may be charged," Hill sent to Espinal in a text.

"I know you didn't. I did. I hurt [our son.] I'm the one that did it. I was hurt and mad at you so I blamed you for everything," Espinal responded.

Over the weekend, Chiefs owner Clark Hunt said the team is conducting an internal investigation into the matter. Baltimore mayor Catherine Pugh has resigned as pressure mounts amid an investigation over the sales of her children's book. And folks have plenty to say about it. More inside...

Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh has resigned as pressure had been building up amid a growing scandal over her sales of a self-published children's book series. Her resignation comes a week after two of her homes and City Hall offices were raided by the FBI and IRS agents.

She announced her resignation via her attorney Steven Silverman where she apologized for the harm she caused to the city's image. Her attorney read her letter of resignation during a news conference at his offices in downtown Baltimore. Mayor Pugh was not in attendance.

"Dear citizens of Baltimore, I would like to thank you for allowing me to serve as the fiftieth mayor. It has been an honor and a privilege," the statement read by her lawyer said. "Today I am submitting my written resignation to the Baltimore City Council."

"I am sorry for the harm that I have caused to the image of the city of Baltimore and the credibility of the office of the mayor," Pugh's statement continued. "Baltimore deserves a mayor who can move our great city forward."

The city is currently being run by acting Mayor Bernard "Jack" Young.

Before resigning, the Democratic mayor had taken a leave of absence amid the children's book scandal. Her lawyer said she was "ill" and that she was hospitalized for five days in late March, which stemmed from a bout of pneumonia.

Folks had been lighting Mayor Pugh up with calls for her to resign over the scandal. Last month, Baltimore's city council called for her to resign as well.

Pugh is under investigation for alleged "self-dealing" in connection to the sale of thousands of copies of a self-published children's book series. Many of those sales went to entities that she had influence over or that sought to do business with the city.

Pugh - who took office in 2016 - reportedly sold $500,000 worth of the books to the $4 billion hospital network over the years, and meanwhile pushed legislation that would have benefited the regional system, according to the Associated Press.

Not only that, Pugh reportedly received about $114,000 from Kaiser Permanente for some 20,000 books from 2015 to 2018, according to the health care provider. Kaiser Permanente said it sent the books to back-to-school fairs, elementary schools, communities of faith and early childhood education and care centers. Associated Black Charities - a public foundation that works to encourage healthier and more prosperous communities - reportedly spent spent $80,000 to purchase about 10,000 copies of Pugh's books between 2011 and 2016.

Pugh has yet to be charged with anything as the investigation is still ongoing.

Baltimore has seen two mayors resign due to scandal in less than a decade. A third one reportedly declined to seek another term after a riot over police misconduct and a rising murder rate.

It's interesting, this "scandal" pales in comparison to what current US President Trump has done and gotten away with both before taking office and during. And that's not lost on the masses.

Prince Harry has changed up his travel plans, which has sparked speculation that the royal baby is on the way. More inside...

Prince Harry just made some changes to his travel schedule that has folks speculating that the arrival of the royal baby is coming soon.

It has been confirmed that Prince Harry postponed a trip to Amsterdam that was scheduled for May 8th as the world awaits the arrival of his first child with Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex. It has been reported previously that Meghan was due to give birth late April/early May.

With the postponment of the scheduled appearance, speculation is growing that the royal baby could be here any day now. Of course, Buckingham Palace isn't confirming any news about the birth of the royal baby. They released a statement, claiming the travel change was due to "logistical planning."

USA Today reports: 

"Due to the logistical planning for the traveling press to cover visits and engagements by The Royal Family, we have taken the decision to postpone The Duke of Sussex’s scheduled visit to Amsterdam on Wednesday 8th May 2019," the statement said.

"The Duke is currently scheduled to travel to The Hague on Thursday 9th May for the launch of the Invictus Games: The Hague 2020 as planned," the palace said, referencing Harry's signature, successful charity sporting competition for wounded warriors.

You'll recall, Prince Harry and Meghan put their relationship on front street at the 2017 Invictus Games in Toronto after about a year of dating.

When the Amsterdam trip was first announced, it came as a surprise since we know Baby Sussex is due to be born soon.

Last month, the couple revealed they will be withholding the news of their baby's birth for a least a few days before appearing at Windsor Castle to pose for photographs, breaking tradition. Earlier in the week, rumors about Baby Sussex's arrival were sparked when Queen Elizabeth II paid a visit to their new home at Frogmore Cottage.

Funeral arrangements for famed director John Singleton have been announced. Also, his eldest daughter, Justice Singleton, has been named has his beneficiary of his estate. More inside...

Five days ago, Hollywood was rocked with news that Oscar nominated director John Singleton had passed away. After a tough week and a half surrounding John's stroke and reported coma, the family made the impossible decision to remove him from life support. He was 51.

Details about his funeral arrangements have been announced. The South L.A. native will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn-Hollywood Hills, the same cemetery where late rapper/activist Nipsey Hussle was buried.

The family will celebrate his life in a private service at Angelus Funeral Home in South L.A. on Monday, May 6th at 10AM. It's the same place Nipsey's family held their private service as well. The private service will reportedly be closed off to the public, however, the family is planning a memorial event for the public that's set to be held on May 21st. Details for the event are still being worked out.

John Singleton's eldest daughter, 26-year-old Justice Singleton, has reportedly been named the beneficiary of his estate, which is reportedly valued at $3.8 million.

The famed director drafted the will back in 1993 before his six other children were born. They could have a claim to split the assests 7 ways. It's assumed the $3.8 million is not the full extent of his assets. According to reports, his full estate is valued at $35 million, so it's possible the will may not be a full accounting of the assets John left behind. It's possible he may have a trust that disposes of other assets that are not included in the will.

John Singleton's mother, Shelia Ward, could possibly get custody of John's minor children unless the biological mothers of the children have taken custody. He has two minor children.

This news comes on the heels of John's other daughter, Cleopatra Singleton, fighting with Shelia while he lay in a come after his stroke. Cleopatra made claims that Shelia was swindling money from the estate to deny his children any money.

Nipsey Hussle's sister Samantha Smith's request for temporary guardianship of his daughter Emani Asghedom has been denied. Find out why inside...

Samantha Smith, the half sister of late rapper/activist Nipsey Hussle, recently filed for guardianship of her brother's daughter, Emani Asghedom. However, the judge did NOT rule in her favor.

Samantha, who reportedly lived with her brother and Emani up until about 2014 or 2015, tried to get an emergency order granting her temporary guardianship over the late rapper's daughter in an effort to "ensure that she can make legal custody decisions regarding Emani". It's also about keeping her near her paternal family “to ensure [Emani] can continue to live with family members with whom she has always had close ties.”

In her request, Samantha noted that she has “always been a presence in Emani’s life and along with the rest of Emani’s paternal family has assisted in her care.”

The documents were also signed by Nipsey's father, Dawit Asghedom.

Unfortunately for Samantha, the judge reportedly denied her request, and here's why.

The ruling stated, “No urgency demonstrated for granting this relief prior to hearing on May 14th.”

The judge also added that Emani’s mother, Tanisha, must be given notice of the upcoming hearing. In the paperwork Samantha filed, she said she did not want to inform Emani's mother of her request. It's alleged Nipsey's family believes Tanisha is unstable and unable to provide a safe and stable environment for Emani.

Tanisha has not responded publicly to these reports. Also, it's unclear what custody arrangement Nispey and Tanisha had before his untimely death. Conflicting rumors have been circulating on social media. Some allege Nipsey and Tanisha had joint custody, while others claim Nip had full custody of their daughter.

Samantha Smith's next court hearing is scheduled for May 14th.

Now, folks are smizing and squinting to see what Tip is working with in these grey sweatpants. Several folks have commented that the ATL rapper is serving up BDE (big d*** energy), while others believe something is in his pocket, like his cellphone.  The internets are in a whole tizzy over this.

It's kinda hard to tell. Either way, women - and men - are losing it and commenting that THIS must be the reason his wife Tameka "Tiny" Harris won't ever leave him, even after his infidelity.  Oop.

Keep your judgment about if we're objectifying men.  This post aint for you.  We should be told Thank You for this type of hard hitting research.

It's that time of year again when celebs gather together to salute their moms and moms everywhere for doing what they do best. Go inside to see flicks of Ciara, T.I., LaLa Anthony and more with theirs moms at VH1's "Dear Mama" event...

Mother's Day is a week away, but YBF celebs are celebrating early.

VH1's annual "Dear Mama: A Love Letter to Mom" event went down at The Theatre at Ace Hotel in downtown Los Angeles, CA. The annual mother’s day celebration was hosted by Anthony Anderson and La La Anthony, and featured performances by Ashanti, H.E.R., Luke James, Monica, Shai and SWV along with special presentations and appearances by Ciara, T.I., Tameka “Tiny” Harris, and more.

Before it airs tomorrow, we've got a peek at everyone there.

"The Greatest Love" singer hit the carpet with her mom, Jackie Harris, and her grandmother, Gladys Stewart, for the special tribute.

Ciara, on behalf of #SeeHer, will honor deserving moms for the strides they’ve made in support of the group’s mission of increasing accurate representation of women and girls in advertising and media. One of those moms being celebrated was CNN correspondent April Ryan, who brought both of her daughters to the event and celebrated her mom, who died last year.

The mom-of-two stunned in an ivory billowy top paired with silk champagne shorts by Stéphane Rolland. On the carpet, she shared the best adivce her mother has given her.

“The best piece of advice was [about] motherhood,” CiCi shared. “When I was going to enter mommyhood she was like, ‘Don’t worry. Everything will fall in place.’ That was really comforting to know because you’re so curious about this thing that you’ve never experienced before. It’s very foreign to your mind and your body and with motherhood that is true, it just falls into place. You don’t need to worry about the process.”

 

Before hitting the stage to host the event, LaLa Anthony dazzled on the carpet in a Yousef Aljasmi gown alongside her mother, Carmen Surillo.

“This is the third year that I’ve hosted this, and it’s such a great night honoring moms…so many great performances,” the "Power" star told Variety.“It’s just a night that’s about them and I just love to be a part of that. As a mom, there’s no handbook. You just have to know your child and do what you think is best. That’s what I do with Kiyan. You have to trust your gut and go with the flow.”

This year, "black-ish" star Anthony Anderson co-hosted the celebration alongside curvalicious LaLa.

Rapper T.I. made an appearance to salute his late sister, Precious Harris, who succumbed to injuries from a major car accident a few months ago. He also gave props to his wife Tameka "Tiny" Harris, her mother, Dianne Cottle-Pope, and his own mother, Violetta Morgan.

Tip & Tiny's daughter Heiress Harris was also in the mix to celebrate the women in her family. Adorbs.

After saluting the special women in his life, T.I. awarded a $25,000 scholarship to a single mother in the room in honor of his late sister. Paying it forward.

Singer Ashanti was tapped to perform, serenading the audience with her classic track, "Foolish."

Ashanti rocked a frilly frock on stage and slayed this metallic cut-out number on the pink carpet.  Her mom Tina Douglas is the orignal momager so we know she had plenty to say.

R&B songbird Monica hit the stage with her daughter Laiyah Brown (styled in Versace) to perform "Angel of Mine" as a tribute to her mother.

Following news that she was getting a divorce from her estranged husband Shannon Brown, Monica announced a new album titled Chapter 38 is coming soon.

Monica recently had surgery on her feet and has been wearing medical boots in her social media pictures. She said the surgery was hell for her, but she's pushing through. We wish her a speedy recovery.

Singer H.E.R. paid tribute to her mother with a special performance of Donny Hathaway’s “Song for You.” She used to sing this song to her mother when she was 8 years old.

Cute.

Singer/actor Luke James hit the stage to pay tribute to his mother after hitting the pink carpet with her:

At the end, all of the performers came back out on stage to sing “Happy Birthday” to H.E.R.’s mom, who the songstress said “doesn’t look a day over 25.” Aww!
