He wanted a way to thank his offensive lineman for risking their lives each week to protect his, so he spent $156,000 in Amazon stock to split 13 ways as an appreciation gift for them and their families.

The NFL baller - who is officially the highest paid player in the league - wrote a letter to his teammates explaining why he decided to gift them a gift that keeps on giving.

"Every Sunday we go to battle together," he wrote. You sacrifice your physical and mental well-being to protect me, which in turn allows me to provide and care for my family. This does not go unnoticed and it is never forgotten."

"Now it is my turn to return the favor. I would not be where I am today without you working to be great day in and day out. When I sat down to think of ways to honor your dedication a dozen different ideas came to mind. Some were flashy, so were cool, but I wanted to give you something that had a lasting impact. Something that would affect the lives of you, your family, and your children."

The Alaska Airlines spokesman went on to say he's always thinking about life after football and once way he has been preparing is by investing. So with that lesson, he's passing on the knowledge to his teammates.

"I am gifting you and your family $12,000 worth of Amazon stock to help you achieve your dreams. You have invested in my life...this is my investment into yours. "

A police report has surfaced about a wellness check cops did a few months ago at the Hunter household. The reason? Someone accused Wendy Williams' estranged husband Kevin Hunter of poisoning her. More inside...

What was REALLY going on in the Hunter household?!

Before all of the divorce drama popped off, Wendy Williams' now-estranged husband Kevin Hunter was accused of trying to poison the daytime talk show host.

Back in January, cops were knocking on Wendy and Kevin's door after someone - who claims to work for Wendy's production company (Debmar-Mercury) - called the police and accused Kevin of slipping something harmful to Wendy, so the person wanted police to go and check on her. This, according to a police report that was filed in January.

It's reported two officers from from the Livingston Police Department stopped by the former couple's home - during the time Wendy was on hiatus from her show - and were greeted by Kevin. At first, he didn't want to let the cops inside because he claimed she was recovering from a "health problem." The officers explained they were legally required to speak with Wendy due to the nature of the call they received. He eventually obliged and let them. When officers came in, they reportedly found Wendy "lying in bed with the blanket covering from neck to toe.”

Officers asked Kevin to leave the room so they could speak to Wendy alone, but he refused. He said he wanted to stay by her side. According to Page Six, Wendy told the officers she was recovering from a broken shoulder. When asked if there was any truth to the tipster's claim, she joked that she’s “very popular." Cops asked her again and she reportedly got tearful and then denied there was any truth to it. Kevin reportedly told the officers there had never been any calls to their house over domestic violence complaints and they responded they "couldn't recall any." She assured the officers she was OK and they left.

You'll recall, Wendy finally pulled the trigger on a divorce from Kevin earlier this month, ending a 22-year marriage. It's reported once Wendy found out Kevin allegedly fathered a child with his alleged mistress of 10+years, she was done. Wendy's estranged husband is no longer working on the "Wendy Williams Show" as an executive producer. He allegedly walked away with $10 million.

NewsOne reports Wendy and Kevin did NOT have a prenup:

Celebrity Net Worth reported that the talk show host was worth an incredible $40 million. She reportedly has a salary that has paid $10 million a year for her show, which breaks down to about $55,000 per episode. On the other hand, Celebrity Net Worth had Hunter’s monetary value listed at $10 million. Without a prenup, Williams could lose millions.

New Jersey, which is where the couple made their home, is considered an equitable division state. Therefore, their marital assets “are divided in such a manner determined to be fair — but not necessarily equal — by the courts,” according to Riker.com. Her husband could receive half or maybe less but it will certainly be significant considering the role he has played in her career.

Last Monday, Wendy announced that she was looking forward to moving forward with her life, which includes her exiting the sober house soon.

On Easter, the daytime talk show host spent the day with her teenage son, Kevin Jr. She also reportedly had lunch with an unidentified man on Easter Sunday. Hmph!

Keep creating this "new life" Wendy. The old one was seemingly very taxing on you mentally, spiritually and emotionally.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Teairra Mari since she still hasn't paid 50 Cent the $30K he's owed in legal fees. And Fif is still trolling her on social media. She's actually still at it too. Get it all inside...

The courts want Teairra Mari...STAT! And it has everything to do with that lawsuit she filed against 50 Cent.

Back in January, Teairra Mari was ordered to pay 50 Cent $30,000 after a judge ruled in his favor in the revenge porn lawsuit she filed against him. Since the ruling, T-Mari claims "I Ain't Got It" and now, the courts have issued an arrest warrant.

According to The Blast, the "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star was due in court recently, but she was M.I.A. Since she ditched the hearing, a Los Angeles judge issued a bench warrant in the amount of $5,000. If the singer comes into contact with law enforcement they'll reportedly arrest her on the spot.

Apparently, Fif has been working hard behind-the-scenes to get his dough. He requested the court hearing to examine T-Mari's finances, taking steps to try and get the $30K she owes him. He originally requested she pay the entire $161,660.15 legal bill, but the judge ordered her to pay $30,618 to cover his legal fees.

T-Mari has been adamant on social media that she's not paying the "Power" producer a dime. She even released a diss-track aimed at Fif titled, "I Ain't Got It," along with selling merchandise with the "I Ain't Got It" catchphrase.

Over the weekend, T-Mari announced she is working on the video to the track. That sent 50 Cent into petty overdrive.

He registered IAintGotIt.com, so when you go to the site, it directs you to his GUnitBrands.com website where he's selling his own "Ain't Got It" merch. He's selling $35 t-shirts with the phrases "I Aint Got It" & "She Ain't Got It," as well as iPhone cases. He also filed several trademarks to sell his merch. Get those receipts HERE.

The two brothers implicated in the Jussie Smollett "hate crime" drama is filing some lawsuits of their own. Find out why they're gunning for the actor's legal team inside...

The two Nigerian brothers - who now live in Chicago - involved in the Jussie Smollett debacle is coming after the actor's legal team for trashing their name in the public. And they claim comments made about them in the media endangered their lives and ruined their reputation. Now, they're suing for defamation and are seeking unspecified damages.

Abel and Ola Osundairo have filed a lawsuit against Smollett's attorneys Mark Geragos, his firm, and associate Tina Glandian, who represented Jussie in Chicago court. They claim Jussie's legal team tried to paint them as liars in the court of public opinion. Not only that, they believe Mark's team insinuated that one of them were gay. Since homosexual activity is illegal in their country, they say those type of accusations put their life in danger.

It's interesting.  The brothers have been making a business out of selling face masks (one of the central parts to the alleged Jussie hoax), fitness training, group workout sessions, and more.

The Blast got their hands on the lawsuit where they detail what exactly was said about them and why they're dragging the legal team to court to clear their name:

The brothers accuse the lawyers of “making public defamatory statements against Plaintiffs, which were published broadly in Illinois by major news outlets such as the Chicago Sun-Times, the Chicago Tribune, and WGN Radio. Moreover, these tortious statements involve a hoax conducted in Illinois and orchestrated by Mr. Smollett. Finally, and importantly, these statements also impacted the reputation of Plaintiffs, who are employed and live in Illinois.”

“As a result of Ms. Glandian’s comments, Plaintiffs have suffered significant emotional distress and feel unsafe and alienated in their local Chicago community. This is because Ms. Glandian, a very famous attorney, falsely and publicly stated Plaintiffs have committed a gruesome hate crime, lied under oath, and intentionally misled CPD.”

The brothers point to one instance, where Glandian went on the podcast, “Reasonable Doubt,” and insinuated that Bola and Jussie Smollett had engaged in “homosexual sex acts together.”

Osundairo is Nigerian and says that homosexual activity is illegal in his country.

“Ms. Glandian’s globally broadcasted statements that Bola Osundairo is homosexual endangers him and the lives of his Nigerian family,” the lawsuit states. In the lawsuit, the Osundairo brothers also take issue with Glandian’s appearances on “Today” and “Good Morning America,” where she made reference to them carrying out the attacks on Smollett.

They're doubling down on their story that Jussie hired them and orchestrated the "staged attacked." With all of this bad press, it's reported they have been having trouble finding work. Based on their social media accounts, it seems as if they're trying to capitalize off the case as a means to get money. We're sure that check Jussie wrote them for $3,500 has been spent already.

Throughout the entire season, these two have been going back and forth. Marlo would come after Shamari for drinking entirely too much. Shamari would come at Marlo about her alleged scammery and mugshot-ery.

During her IG Live, Marlo explained she would comment on Shamari's drinking habits because her mother was an alcoholic and it triggered her.

Of course, BRAVO hasn't announced who has a peach and who doesn't. For all we know, Marlo could have just been shading Shamari like she has been doing all season. Also, there have been rumors swirling that Shamari's peach was snatched, so she could be just repeating what she has read on these Internet streets. Word on the curb is that Shamari will be invited back as a "friend of the show," the same title Marlo holds.

Shamari caught wind of Marlo's shade on social media, so she popped back. However, she didn't confirm or deny the rumors about her peach getting snatched:

During Marlo's live, she also addressed former "RHOA" star Kenya Moore, who made a cameo during the season when she was good and pregnant. In fact, her appearance seemingly ended NeNe Leakes and Cynthia Bailey's friendship. NeNe got pissed at Cynthia for inviting Kenya to one of her events after NeNe and Kenya had a blow out on social media.

Marlo said Kenya is strategically using social media to stir up drama with NeNe so that producers will bring her back on the show. Def not too far fetched.

Jordyn Woods is over in Nigeria living her best life. However, she made some interesting comments while speaking on a panel about being a black woman.  Something, apparently, she's just now understanding what that means.

Jordyn Woods (and her mother Elizabeth Woods) jetted overseas to celebrate the cultural exchange between Africa and the World at the 2019 Homecoming Festival in Lagos, Nigeria.

Recently, the 21-year-old, who is bi-racial, spoke on a panel for the Homecoming Festival which focused on self-love and care. While speaking, she opened up about the aftermath of the Tristan Thompson "cheating" scandal, revealing she was a victim of bullying. She shared how the incident made her an example of how to deal with bullying for her younger sister since she was dealing with bullying in school.

"My little sister was bullied in school and I wanted to show her that I was bullied by the world," Woods said during the panel, according to a video obtained by Daily Mail.

Then, she made a statement that made folks (mainly black women) give her a hair flip & a side-eye.

“I understood for the first time what it’s like being a black woman - in just society and how we can be so disrespected and nobody can really understand to that extent until you have to live it.”

So THIS situation made her understand for the FIRST TIME what it's like to be a black woman in society? And the unique issues we face in society simply because we are black? Did hanging out with the Kardashian-Jenners make her feel like she WASN'T a black woman, or did she feel like she never encountered any racism or sexism in her bubble? We're confused.  Because we can guarantee - no matter how rich and white the folks are around you - they and society always saw you as a black woman. Why does being bullied for allegedly sleeping with her friend's sister's baby daddy suddenly make her understand what it's like being a black woman? 

We're rooting for you Jordyn, but this ain't it. Surround yourself with some actual black women - not white women who use you for their culture vulture behavior - because it's clear something is...lacking.

Jussie Smollett got off scott free when all 16 counts of felony charges for lying to police were dropped. But, the drama still continues. He's being sued for $130,000 by the City of Chicago. And most recently, the two brothers implicated in the alleged "staged attack" are suing the actor's legal team for defamation.

So, the situation is still ongoing, however, Lee Daniels still has projects to work on and to promote. The "Empire" co-creator has been making his rounds in NYC to promote an Off-Broadway play, "Ain't No Mo," which he produced.

Lee stopped by Power 105's "The Breakfast Club" along with "Ain't No Mo" writer/star Jordan E. Cooper to chop it up about the play and, of course, the Jussie Smollett situation.

When news first broke that Jussie was allegedly attacked, Lee quickly took to Instagram in his defense. Since then, he has remained mum about it, until now.

Regardless of how Lee feels about the situation, he said he's riding for his "son" Jussie.

"There's only two judges. There's God and there's the man with the gavel - those are the two judges. I can not judge I can only have compassion. My thoughts are inconsequential."

He continued:

"I'm standing by him, because regardless of the outcome I can't discard someone. It's like discarding my son.

When asked if he believes Jussie's story about what went down, he didn't seem fully conveinced, however, he's remaining loyal to the "Empire" star.

"Do you believe him Lee?," Charlamagne asked.

"Umm...again, I think that my thoughts are inconsequential. Like, he's my son and I can only say I stand by him."

Jordan was asked if he believed Jussie and he said he didn't want to get involved in the conversation about that.

So, will Jussie be returning for another season of "Empire" (if it gets renewed)?

"We're in talks to figure out what we're going to do with the show. I've seen the SNL piece about me because it was real. It's real. It's traumatic. It has traumatized the show. It has traumatized the actors. It is very painful to talk about, even now. And I think that we're still living it and we're trying to figure it out."

 

Lee said he had to take a break because the situation was consuming everything. He said he has several projects in the works - like the Billie Holiday and Teddy Pendergrass films - and "Empire" is just one of his projects.

Switching gears, the famed director opened up about squashing his $2 million beef with Hip Hop mogul Dame Dash. You'll recall, Dame filed a $25 million lawsuit against Lee due to a dispute over ownership rights for films such as Precious, The Butler, and his hit FOX series “Empire.”

The Hip Hop mogul gave the "STAR" creator a loan for $2 million to help produce Lee’s 2004 project, The Woodsman. Dame said in return for the $2 milli, he was suppose to get executive producer credits, 50% rights on the film, and a guarantee that the investment would be repaid with interest from Lee. Dame also made claims that he brought on artists such as Kanye West to perform at venues where the film’s ads would run to help with promo. However, none of what Dame was promised came into fruition, so he sued.

"Did you ever pay him [Dame] the $2 million?," Charlamagne asked.

"We squashed our beef," Lee responded.

"Will y'all be working with each other on some future stuff?," DJ Envy asked.

"Yeah, I think so. He's a good man and I think that I was out of pocket. Sometimes you really get caught up in the white voice that's in your head."

Lee said sadly it took public humiliation before he came to his senses.

"I believe in karma and I believe I deserved it. And I wish him the best because he believed in me when Hollywood was not f*cking with me."

Well, good for him for owning up to his mistakes and making it right with Dame. Lee also talked about Mo'Nique no longer being "blackballed" from the industry, pointing out her new feature in Donald Glover's Adidas campaign.

"Do you believe him Lee?," Charlamagne asked.

"Umm...again, I think that my thoughts are inconsequential. Like, he's my son and I can only say I stand by him."

Jordan was asked if he believed Jussie and he said he didn't want to get involved in the conversation about that.

So, will Jussie be returning for another season of "Empire" (if it gets renewed)?

"We're in talks to figure out what we're going to do with the show. I've seen the SNL piece about me because it was real. It's real. It's traumatic. It has traumatized the show. It has traumatized the actors. It is very painful to talk about, even now. And I think that we're still living it and we're trying to figure it out."

 

Lee said he had to take a break because the situation was consuming everything. He said he has several projects in the works - like the Billie Holiday and Teddy Pendergrass films - and "Empire" is just one of his projects.

Switching gears, the famed director opened up about squashing his $2 million beef with Hip Hop mogul Dame Dash. You'll recall, Dame filed a $25 million lawsuit against Lee due to a dispute over ownership rights for films such as Precious, The Butler, and his hit FOX series “Empire.”

The Hip Hop mogul gave the "STAR" creator a loan for $2 million to help produce Lee’s 2004 project, The Woodsman. Dame said in return for the $2 milli, he was suppose to get executive producer credits, 50% rights on the film, and a guarantee that the investment would be repaid with interest from Lee. Dame also made claims that he brought on artists such as Kanye West to perform at venues where the film’s ads would run to help with promo. However, none of what Dame was promised came into fruition, so he sued.

"Did you ever pay him [Dame] the $2 million?," Charlamagne asked.

"We squashed our beef," Lee responded.

"Will y'all be working with each other on some future stuff?," DJ Envy asked.

"Yeah, I think so. He's a good man and I think that I was out of pocket. Sometimes you really get caught up in the white voice that's in your head."

Lee said sadly it took public humiliation before he came to his senses.

"I believe in karma and I believe I deserved it. And I wish him the best because he believed in me when Hollywood was not f*cking with me."

Well, good for him for owning up to his mistakes and making it right with Dame. Lee also talked about Mo'Nique no longer being "blackballed" from the industry, pointing out her new feature in Donald Glover's Adidas campaign.

Almost six months after Kim Porter's untimely death, Diddy opens up about how his final conversation with the model/mother-of-four has made him a better father to their children. Kim Porter’s life ended entirely too soon, but her legacy as an incredible mother lives on because her family was the center of her world.

The Hip Hop mogul and his kids are featured on the cover of ESSENCE magazine's May 2019 issue. Inside, the 49-year-old self-made boss chopped it up with Dream Hampton where he shared the last words Kim said to him before she passed and how what she said constantly replays in his mind.

"Three days before she passed, she wasn’t feeling well," he recalled. "She had the flu, and she sent the kids over to my house so they wouldn’t get sick. One night I was checking on her, and she was like, 'Puffy, take care of my babies.' She actually said that to me before she died."

Diddy said those words stuck with him on the morning he got the news that she had passed away. Kim, 47, was found dead in her home in Toluca Lake, California on November 15h. It was later revealed she died from pneumonia.

The music mogul shared how he instantly jumped into "mommy mode" after finding out she had passed away.

I jumped into mommy mode. I sent people in every direction to try to make sure the kids would not hear about it on social media or the news. I had to get to the girls’ school and find Quincy, who was onset in Atlanta. Christian was on a plane, and I had his phone disconnected so he wouldn’t read it in the air."

Diddy and Kim share four kids together - Christian Combs, twins Jessie James& D'Lila Star Combs. He helped raise her son Quincy Brown (who's biological dad is Al B Sure) and considers him his own as well. Diddy is also the father to Justin Combs and Chance Combs from previous relationships.

"Every time Kim and I talked, it was about the kids," she shared. "It was what she cared about the most. We’d check in as friends, of course, but we never had a conversation that didn’t include the kids. It was like some superhero sh-t. I ain’t even gonna lie. On some level I knew she was training me for this. I knew that I had to be ready to do whatever I was supposed to do if something like this ever happened. There was screaming and crying when I heard the news, of course, but I had to ask myself, What would Kim do? I was scared, and I was crying out to God—and to her—and almost immediately Kim’s voice kicked in, and I could hear her saying, 'Make sure you take care of my babies.'"

Kim's passing caused him to step up in a major way as a father to his children.

"Before this, I was a part-time father, you know? My family was always first, but there are countless times when I chose work over everything else. But every day I can hear her telling me to go and spend some time with the kids and make sure everybody’s all right, like she would do. I’m just a lot more present, and, most important, now my kids come before anything else in my life."

While he's still grieving over her death, he says everyone is doing well.

"We have a great family. The way we’re handling it is together. From Sarah [Chapman, Chance’s mom] to Misa [Hylton-Brim, Justin’s mother] to all of Kim’s friends, the grandparents—it takes a village. We’re doing really well because her passing has changed us and made us love each other more."

Actually, the twins have been helping their dad with the grieving process.

"Of course, I worry about the girls. One day I asked them how are they being so strong. They said that, in a weird way, their mother had taught them how to deal with death. About six years ago, Kim’s mother [Sarah Porter] was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and we moved her to L.A. She passed away about a year and a half later, so the girls saw their mother deal with losing her mother. Now, ironically, they are teaching me how to deal with Kim’s passing."

A 13-year-old Houston girl has died days after she was involved in a school fight. The heartbreaking details are inside...

In very tragic news, a 13-year-old girl has passed away this morning days after she was involved in a school fight that was caught on video.

Kashala Francis - a 7th student at Attacks Middle School - died after days on life support at Texas Children's Hospital, according to reports.

Kashala's mother - Mamie Jackson - says her daughter came home from school Thursday afternoon and told her she was physically attacked by two girls. During the off-campus brawl, Kashala said another girl jumped in and kicked her in the head. Meanwhile, other students stood around laughing and recording.

Kashala came home with bruises on her face, but said she was OK. On Saturday, Kashala went to a relatives house and while there, she complained of having a headache. And then it got worse. While at a family member's house, Kashala appeared to get delusional at one point, but seemingly thing got back to normal. On Sunday, Kashala called her mom and complained to her mother about the painful headache and feeling weak.

"I drove over and I told her get up. I said 'Get up, Kashala.' She kept saying, 'Mama, my head hurt,' so she laid down," Jackson told ABC13.

What she didn't know at that moment was that would be the last time she saw her daughter's eyes opened. Her mother called the ambulance and by time paramedics got there she was unconscious. They rushed her to Texas Children's Hospital.

Doctors discovered a tumor in the back of her head.

"And we found out she has a large tumor in the back of her head, and she had fluid buildup in her brain," Jackson said.

The family had no clue she had a tumor before she went to the hospital. Right now, it's too early to determine if the fight contributed to Kashala's death or if it was a pre-existing condition.

The school district issued a statement addressing the fight:

"The district is aware that several Attucks Middle School students were involved in an off-campus altercation on Thursday. HISD is gathering information and cooperating with the Houston Police Department in its investigation."

No word on any arrests just yet.

We're praying for Kashala's family, friends, and classmates. No child should have to go through this. Bun B. wasn't having it last night when an armed and masked intruder was gully enough to break into the rapper's Houston home.  The now arrested suspect wanted smoke, and Bun gave it to him.  Details inside.

Bun B. and his wife, Angela "Queenie" Walls, were involved in a shooting and armed robbery at their home last night.  The masked intruder tried to get away with their Audi, but he ended up in the hospital because Bun shot him.

Bun's wife opened the door for the intruder thinking it was a delivery.  According to the police report, she pleaded for her life:

Jackson held the woman at gunpoint and demanded her valuables. “Give me what you got,” he said, according to police.

Queenie offered the Audi in their garage, police say. “Please don’t kill me, please don’t kill me,” she said. “Please, just take the car.”

Bun heard all the commotion while Queenie was was being held at gunpoint.  While she led the intruder to her car after he demanded valuables, Bun came ready with the gun and shot at him in their garage while he fled on foot.

TMZ shared more details:

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ around 5:45 last night, there was a knock at Bun B's door ... his wife, Queenie, opened it -- thinking it was a possible delivery -- to find a masked man holding a gun on the other side. The intruder demanded valuables, and Queenie offered up her Audi in the garage.

Bun B heard the commotion from upstairs, grabbed his gun, and confronted the intruder as he was getting into the Audi. A shootout between the two ensued, and the intruder ran away ... leaving his gun behind.

Thankfully, both Bun B. and Angela are unharmed.  The suspect wasn't though, and he later went to a hospital for his gunshot wound.  That's where he was arrested.

Houston police charged Demonte Jackson with both 2 counts of aggravated robbery with a weapon and one count burglary.  His bond was set at $90,000 for all three charges.

An Uber driver - likely not the Uber driver actually assigned to the victims - was arrested and charged in connection to two sexual assault cases, according to Toronto police.

It seems ridesharing is becoming more and more dangerous as new reports of crimes being committed by the people working for the ridesharing companies surface.

36-year-old Taneem Aziz (above) was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual assault, forcible confinement, and extortion.

On April 8th, police officers began an investigation into a sexual assault in Toronto's Royal York Road and Evans Avenue area.

It's alleged a 21-year-old woman entered a black SUV driven by Taneem Aziz and was not allowed to exit. He allegedly took her to the parking lot of a fast-food restaurant in Mississauga where she tried to get assistance from a bystander, but was unsuccessful, according to police. He then drove her to a secluded side street where he allegedly sexually assaulted her. The woman was dropped off later that morning and then she contacted police.

Police responded to another call on September 6, 2018 for a sexual assault incident in the Dundas St. E and Sackville St. area.

It's alleged a 24-year-old woman entered a Black Infiniti SUV which she believed was her Uber ride. Once inside the car, Aziz refused to allow her to exit and instead drove to a secluded area in a fast food parking lot. Police say the man then sexually assaulted her and continued to drive around before finally allowing the victim to exit the SUV. Once she got out, she then called the police.

Uber released a statement about the incidents, saying they are cooporating with law enforcement:

“We are fully cooperating with law enforcement and will continue to provide any information to them that would be helpful for their investigation. As soon as we learned of this, we removed this individual’s access to the app,” the spokesperson said.

The alleged rapist is scheduled to appear at Toronto West Court on Thursday, May 23rd. Police believe there may be other victims and are asking anyone with information to contact them at 416-808-7474, Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-TIPS (8477), online at www.222tips.com, online on their Facebook Leave a Tip page, or text TOR and your message to CRIMES (274637).

These weren't cases where the women got into a non-Uber vehicle like the University of South Carolina student who got into the wrong car and was later found dead. Aziz was actually employed by Uber.

However, we all have to be vigilant because criminals are using advanced technology to steal information from the Uber app. It's believed - as said by an unconfirmed report by a woman whose story has been circulating online - criminals can use a scanner to export your information from the actual Uber driver's account. That way, when they pull up, they'll have your name and destination.

Lordt. The FBI is coming after Baltimore mayor Catherine Pugh, raiding her homes and Baltimore City Hall. And it all has to do with sales from a children's book she authored. More inside...

Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh is seemingly in deep ish.

According to reports, the FBI and IRS agents raided TWO of her homes and Baltimore City Hall to determine whether she used sales of her children's books to disguise government kickbacks.

The Democratic mayor has taken a leave of absence amid a scandal over the sale of her children's book. They're also searching the Maryland Center for Adult Training, a non-profit the mayor has worked with and the home of Gary Brown - a former Pugh aide - according to FBI spokesperson Dave Fitz.

When the FBI pulled up on the mayor at one of her homes, she was there.

Folks have been lighting Mayor Pugh up with calls for her to resign over the scandal. Earlier this month, Baltimore's city council called for her to resign as well. Pugh reportedly sold $500,000 worth of the books to the $4 billion hospital network over the years, and meanwhile pushed legislation that would have benefited the regional system, according to the Associated Press.

As a board member of the University of Maryland Medical System, the medical system spent $500,000 to fund the purchase of some 100,000 books from Pugh's company Healthy Holly LLC, a spokesman for the medical system has confirmed.

Not only that, Pugh reportedly received about $114,000 from Kaiser Permanente for some 20,000 books from 2015 to 2018, according to the health care provider. Kaiser Permanente said it sent the books to back-to-school fairs, elementary schools, communities of faith and early childhood education and care centers. Associated Black Charities - a public foundation that works to encourage healthier and more prosperous communities - reportedly spent  spent $80,000 to purchase about 10,000 copies of Pugh's books between 2011 and 2016.

At the time of this post, Mayor Pugh has not been indicted for any crime. No arrests have been made in connection with raids.

It's unclear how long the criminal investigation will take. It's reported the mayor looks forward to cooperating with the state prosecutor’s investigation and will provide “as much information as possible to put this matter to rest.”

Rapper Kid Cudi pulled up on Coachella to perform, but he also did a good deed for a local shelter in Indio, Cali.

A day before the rap artist hit the festival stage during Weekd 2 of Coachella, Cudi pulled his Postmates app, ordered $10,000 worth of food and randomly had it sent to the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission. The mission is an emergency shelter that provides food, shelter, showers, health care and housing assistance. Hope he had Postmates Unlimited for that free delivery to come thru.

The mission was totally surprised when Postmates pulled up to the shelter with all that food. Guests chowed down on chicken, biscuits, mashed potatoes and fries.

"Honestly our clients were thrilled to have some good old-fashioned great tasting fried chicken and shocked that a celebrity like Kid Cudi would think of us," Vicky Cox, CVRM housing specialist, told Desert Sun."It’s just so out of the ordinary for us."

Dope! Now we need a 3 piece and a biscuit for lunch.

The singer-songwriter served up a 80s throwback of herself with her sisters all smiles for an Easter flick. We know y'all remember when your parents dressed you up in your Sunday's best for Ressurection Sunday. And the night before, your mom (or grandma) straightening your hair with the hot comb and then bending them ends.

Magic Johnson shocked everyone when he decided to quit being the Los Angeles Lakers president. Now, we may know why. Find out inside...

Earlier this month, Magic Johnson pulled a move no one saw coming.

The former Lakers player (who played for 13 years in the organization) abruptly quit as the Los Angeles Lakers' president of basketball operations after serving in the role for nearly two years. At the time, he explained he made the move because he wanted to go back to enjoying life as a wealthy businessman. He also said he got tired of being fined by the NBA for 'tampering" when he would tweet his thoughts about basketball on Twitter.

Magic didn't tell anyone - including owner Jeanie Buss and general manager Rob Pelinka - about his decision before the press conference, which went down right before the final game of the Lakers’ sixth consecutive losing season. Oop.

Turns out, there may be more to the story.

According to new reports, some shady emails exchanged between Buss and Pelinka may have had something to do with his exit. Apparently, management was trashing Magic's performance as president. And since he somehow was copied on all the emails, he decided he was DONE.

USA Today reports:

On Colin Cowherd’s show on Wednesday, Bleacher Report senior writer and Fox Sports 1 analyst Ric Bucher detailed a story involving Rob Pelinka and Jeanie Buss.

“My understanding is that there were some emails that were exchanged between Rob and Jeanie…about Magic and about what Magic was and wasn’t doing. They were critical emails. And somehow, someway, Jeanie, from what I understand, was CC’ing or blind CC’ing Magic on everything. That was sort of protocol. Standard issue.

"Somehow, the exchange between Rob and Jeanie ended up on that string of the blind CC’s that were going to Magic. So, Magic now is seeing emails from Rob to Jeanie that were critical of what he was doing and maybe most important in all this is that there was no indication that Jeanie was backing Rob up in terms of either going to Magic and letting him know this was going on or going back at Rob and defending Magic. That was not happening and so when he talked about the backstabbing, to me, my understanding that’s what started it. The fact that Jeanie waved goodbye and said ‘Thank you for all that you did’ was that she didn’t necessarily disagree with what Rob was saying.”

Well, that could certainly explain why he dipped without notifying anyone. Sounds like he left where he wasn't really wanted.

A week after "Love & Hip Hop" star Brittney "Bri" Taylor took to social media with a black eye to accuse Remy Ma of of hurting her, the mom/rapper has been spotted rocking what looks like an ankle monitor.

The "Melanin Magic" rapper posed it up alongside her hubby Papoose, her homie Fat Joe, and singer Tony Sunshine during a baseball event at Yankee Stadium and you can clearly see an ankle monitor attached to her leg.

It's unclear what exactly happened, but Brittney claims she was assaulted backstage at the Pretty Lou Benefit Concert Tuesday at Irving Plaza in NYC before Remy was slated to join Fat Joe on stage. And it had something to do with an alleged domestic violence situation incident involving Rem's stepdaughter Dejanae (Pap's daughter) in Miami during spring break.

“What happened with me and Dej in Miami is I saved her—I saved her life, and [Remy] got aggressive [when Brittany told her at Irving],” she said.

“She was like, ‘That’s not what I heard,’ and she punched me in the face.”

After the alleged assault, Brittney (who had a black eye) went to the hospital and filed a police report, which led to cops reportedly investigating Remy, who is currently on parole after serving six years in prison for attempted murder. Maybe since there's an active investigation on her whole she's on parole is why they decided to make her wear an ankle monitor.

When Bri first came out with the accusations, Rem's camp said "there's no validity to this story."
