Earlier this month, he hinted at wanting another baby with Keonna. The 33-year-old took his son Nick Jr. to the Captain Marvel LA premiere where he dished on baby No. 3 with his 29-year-old girlfriend.

“One more,” he told US Weekly on the red carpet.

Nick and Keonna already have two children together, Nick Jr., who just turned 7, and 2-year-old Navi. The couple has been flooded with congratulatory messages, but trolls have also been hard at work. He responded to the negative nancies in a tweet:

The NBA icon (aka Black Mamba) coaches his 12-year-old daughter and her AAU team called The Mambas. And coach Kobe plays NO games. They practice every night during the week.

“You should have seen us six months ago,” says Bryant. “The girls are making incredible progress. Just wait until you see us in six years.”

Boxer Gervonta Davis and his girlfriend Ari Fletcher (rapper G Herbo's son's mother) stay in some drama. They claim they're pregnant and Gervonta's daughter's mom Dretta Starr is stirring up the pot on social media. Everything inside...

Boxer Gervonta Davis and his girlfriend Ari Fletcher (ex-girlfriend of rapper G Herbo who is now dating Emily B.'s daughter Taina) have only been in a relationship for a couple of months. However, their coupledom is already riddled with drama.

Weeks ago, there were allegations that Gervonta cheated on Ari and rumors began circulating that they called it quits. Not long after, they confirmed they were still together by posting up on IG Live all boo'd up. Now, there's more drama.

Last night, the WBA junior lightweight titleholder hopped on Instagram Live while chatting it up with Ari and he revealed she's supposedly pregnant with his baby.

"Ari, tell them people you prenant. They think I'm lying," Gervonta said in the video.

"I am pregnant," she responded.

"Tell them again," he said.

"You bet not be on live Gevonta! I swear to God," she responded.

By the way, they're both parents to children under the age of one.  And if they're playing around or lying about a new pregnancy for clout/publicity, that's a whole shame.

Apparently, after his phone call with Ari, Gervonta hit up his daughter's mother Dretta Starr. And she made sure to tell the world he hit her line at 5 in the morning. Peep her tweets:

Last week, Drake pulled out the red carpet for his son's mother Sophie Brussaux, lacing her with VIP passes to his show in Paris. Afterwards, chick hopped on IG Stories and posted a video at dinner. As she scanned the room, a man who looked like Drake was seated at the table with her. Turns out, it wasn't Drizzy.

Sources tell TMZ the man in the video just so happens to be a "Drizzy doppelganger." Apparently, she has been hanging out with a guy who looks like the Young Money rapper. Of course, folks naturally thought it was Drake in the video since she had just come from his Paris show and it wasn't a clear shot.

According to sources, they believe Sophie's #BowWowChallenge post was a calculated move to gain some clout by making it seem like she and Drake break bread together. Seems she's parched.  Shocker.

Singer Daniel Caeser just messed up half our playlists, since now we can't even listen to "Get You" without thinking about this foolishness he just got on Beyoncé's internet and said. Watch inside to see what has everybody now dragging him by the ghost of his former dreds.....

Daniel Caeser is currently in the Philippines doing things and decided to get drunk and go on IG Live.   And we know that always ends so well for celebs...

The 23-year-old had some things to get off his chest about the people who buy his show tickets and music in droves - the black community.  On a side note, the first time most people learned of his existence (or that he was the person behind that song they loved) was at last year's BET Awards.  Go figure.

Daniel made an overwhelming generalization about black folks, saying we need to stop acting like victims and stop being mean to white people.  He didn't say this about any particular person or particular situation, which would have been more acceptable since that would be his opinion.  But, generalizations about marginalized groups never bode well.  Especially not when you're sitting with non-blacks while making such critiques.

"Why are we being so mean to white people right now? Why are we allowed to be disrespectful to everyone else, but when people return it...."

He referenced having to learn how to take a joke himself after the Dave Chappelle situation when Dave called him gay during a chat with Daniel and John Mayer.

In his own LIVE video, he went on to talk about his company and how they're choosing to operate, as if they're the only ones on earth who do this.  He says he has the opportunity to put money in black people's pockets, but also puts money in white people's pockets.

Guess he wanted a cookie.

He went on to say, while reminding viewers of just how drunk he is:

"I don't think being sensitive to the point while not letting others say things around you...it doesn't help you. Ae we winning right now as a culture? Are we on top of society? We're not."

He then went on to and reminded people, "I am black a f**k." He also said people make fun of him for being dark skinned and call him "soot," but he has no interest in being a victim. "Being a victim doesn't get you paid," he said.

As for what brought on this drunken minimization of blacks having every right to express their issues with oppression, who knows. We do find it interesting his rant was about allowing others to express how they feel yet he's literally telling black people to stop saying how they feel about being treated disrespectfully systematically and on a personal level.

We really want people to understand this, since people have been dropping this V-word so nonchalantly. Playing victim is harping on something that you do have the power to change or keep away, but you choose not to. Calling out racism and times when we are hurt or stomped on by those who DO hold the power isn't being a victim.

If we ALL simply lived in the low place issues like this often makes us feel like living in, black folks wouldn't be flourishing like we are. And yes, WE ARE FLOURISHING. So miss us with that narrative.

"Cancel me, make me broke....I don't need this. I believe in what I'm saying right now...

Make me suffer for what I believe in....Call me a coon. I don't give a f--k," Daniel said.

He may just get his wish, because Twitter is lighting him up right now.

Mia St. John is thinking about taking legal action after the death of her ex-husband Kristoff St. John because she claims the hospital improperly treated his mental illness. Get those deets, plus info about Shemar Moore and Victoria Rowell's return to the "Young and the Restless" for a special tribute to Kristoff inside...

Boxer Mia St. John is thinking about taking legal action after her ex-husband Kristoff St. John's death because she believes the mental facility is partially responsible. She claims doctors did not properly recognize the severity of the soap star's mental illness and addiction.

Mia, who was married to the "Young and the Restless" star for four years ('91 – ’95), told The Blast she was involved in getting Kristoff, the 52-year-old actor who rose to fame as Neil Winters on the "Young & The Restless," hospitalized in January after the actor slipped into a deep depression.  It was during a time where he threatened suicide and was self-medicating with alcohol.

An intervention was staged by Mia with some of his "Y&R" co-stars, however, he didn't immediately agree to get help. Eventually, he gave in and he was admitted to the hospital. Mia and Kristoff's family asked he be placed on a 5250 hold, which allows a person with certain mental health disorders to be involuntarily held for up to 14 days.

The actor was eventually taken to Las Encinas Mental Health Facility in Pasadena and Mia said she spoke with him a few times after that. On Feb. 1st, she learned Kristoff had checked out of the facility, despite being under the impression that he would be under a 14-day hold. The family was extremely upset they released him. After his release, after his 72-hour hold, he went MIA.

Kristoff finally reached out to Mia and he revealed to her that their late son Julian St. John was knocking at the door of his home to “take me on a walk.”

Now, she's considering legal action. The Blast reports:

We’re told Mia is now considering all her legal options, and feels that Kristoff was suffering from a mental illness that was not properly treated by the medical staff at Las Encinas. She hopes to use any legal action taken against the hospital as a platform for facilities to better recognize addiction as a mental illness, instead of releasing patients before they are allegedly ready to survive on their own.

Mia makes it very clear — she believes Kristoff would still be alive if he had received better care and been treated properly for his illness.

The family, including Mia, are adamant that even though the medical examiner listed Kristoff’s official cause of death as heart disease, they know he died as a result of his addiction and abuse of alcohol.

The EMMY nominated actor has a troubled history with suicide. His  and Mia's son, Julian St. John took his own life in 2014. He suffered mental illness and killed himself inside of a mental health facility. Kristoff and Mia sued the facility for negligence. The suit was eventually settled. After their son's death, they co-founded the El Saber es Poder (Knowledge is Power) Foundation to battle mental illness.

Kristoff was found dead inside his Woodland Hills home in LA on Feb. 3rd, just days after he was released from the mental health facility. He reportedly had a history with bipolar disorder and suicidal threats. In October 2017 (on the anniversary of his son's suicide), it was reported Kristoff was hospitalized for a psychiatric evaluation after he allegedly threatened to kill himself with a gun.

News recently broke that Kristoff’s death was declared an accident. The Los Angeles County Coroner confirmed the star’s official cause of death as “hypertrophic heart disease” — a condition that thickens the heart muscle and can make it harder for the heart to pump blood, according to the Mayo Clinic.

In honor of the late "Y&R" actor (who played Neil Winters since 1991), the soap opera is bringing back members of the Winters family, including Shemar Moore (ex-Malcolm Winters), Victoria Rowell (ex-Drucilla Winters), Mishael Morgan (ex-Hilary Curtis Winters), and Christel Khalil (Lily Winters) will star in several episodes of the CBS daytime drama to pay final respects to Kristoff.

 “We all miss Kristoff immensely and are understandably still in a bit of shock,” executive producer Anthony Morina told Entertainment Weekly. “Our hope is that this storyline and tribute episode airing in April will honor the legendary character Kristoff helped create, and provide our audience with the opportunity to say a meaningful goodbye to Neil Winters.”

EW reports:

Moore will reprise his role as Neil’s brother for two episodes airing April 25-26, while Rowell, Morgan and Khalil will appear as themselves in a special tribute episode on April 29. The latter will include former and current cast members sharing memories of St. John and will also feature clips of St. John’s most memorable moments.

The Y&R plot line will address St. John’s passing beginning April 23. Genoa City learns of the unexpected death of Neil, so family and friends gather to remember their beloved father, colleague, brother, and friend. The story will continue through the remainder of the week.

We'll be tuned in - with all the tissues - to pay our respects to a TV legend.

Something bad happened to Noelle - the ex-girlfriend of Nicki Minaj's boyfriend Kenneth Petty - and she shared the aftermath on social media.

Last night, Noelle, a Queens club bartender, hopped on Instagram and made claims someone brutally beat her and tried to shoot her inside her home. Yikes! In the caption of her IG post, she wrote she was attacked and during the altercation the person dropped their gun. She thanked God her daughter wasn't home during the incident, said she would be MIA for a while, and asked for prayers.

“Thank god my daughter wasn’t home and I’m thinking god I’m still alive. Came to shoot me in my own home and dropped your gun !! I’m out of commission for a few. Pray for me,” she captioned a picture of the aftermath.

Also, a woman named Vanessa Hicks went on Facebook to call Noelle out for allegedly lying:

It's unclear her relation to Noelle or the woman named Jazzy she pointed out in her post.  It's also unclear about their credibility.

You'll recall, Noelle hopped on IG back in December to share how hurt she was when Kenneth, who Nicki allegedly "stole," called it quits with her. She initially said she didn't know she and Kenneth were broken up until she saw him with the "Chun-Li" rapper like everyone else. Then, she said she and her ex were moving on.

So unfortunate. Prayers up that she recovers.

According to The Blast, the former NFL star will not be granted another trial to determine if he should be given joint custody of their daughter. The judge wasn't swayed by Hartwell's arguments, so the judge left their custody arrangement as is.

Hartwell requested a new trial last year after he accused the judge of making several mistakes when Keshia - who was represented by attorney Tanya Mitchell-Graham - was awarded primary custody. In the motion, he made claims Keshia kept their daughter away from him, stating she denied visitation for eight weeks while she was filming "Celebrity Big Brother." He also said she violated his scheduled visitation when she traveled to another state to show her support for her former TV dad Bill Cosby during his sex assault trial in Pennsylvania.

TheYBF.com exclusively reported Ed filed for divorce from Keshia less than eight months after their surprise New Year's Eve wedding.

He cited irreconcilable differences, "such as constant disagreements on life changing decisions that couples typically make together."

Cuba Gooding Jr. is living it up on the beach in Miami. And he has some female energy around to keep him company.

"The American Crime Story" actor made his way to Miami Beach for some fun in the sun with his rumored chick, Claudine De Niro - the estranged wife of Robert De Niro’s son, Raphael.

The shirtless Oscar winner was in total chill mode as he and Claudine hung out at his hotel pool at a Miami Beach Resort, chatting it up while sipping wine.

Rumors about them dating (or "hooking up") sparked in December when a source dished deets to Page Six about their situationship after the twosome was spotted together several times.

“I wouldn’t say they are dating, but they are hooking up,” a source told the site.

Oh.  And clearly layin up publicly together, too.

During Art Basel in Miami a few months ago, Cuba and Claudine were all over each other.

“She was on his arm,” a source described when they saw Cuba and Claudine at celeb hotspot Kiki on the River. “They had a waterfront table for two by candlelight. They looked to be very much a couple."

The Radio star filed for divorce from his wife of 20+ years Sara Kapfer in 2017. Claudine filed divorce papers from Raphael De Niro in 2016. Both divorce proceedings are still ongoing.

Wendy Williams was spotted for the first time at her new place she calls home ever since revealing she's living in a sober house.  Plus, everything Charlamagne and DJ Envy had to say about her confession inside...

Less than 24 hours after Wendy Williams' surprising and shocking confession, the daytime talk show queen was spotted making her rounds in NYC.

Yesterday, the 54-year-old opened up at the end of her daytime show to reveal she has been living in a sober house and has a 24-hour sober coach that follows her around everywhere as she seeks treatment for addiction. Over the years, she often talked about abusing drugs in the past. 

Whatever has been going on in the Hunter household - including alleged abuse and an alleged LONG time affair complete with an alleged pregnancy - must have spiraled out of control and was too much for her to handle.  She took a super long hiatus from her purple chair.

Photogs snapped pics of the daytime talk show host leaving the sober house she has been living in over the last few months heading to her show's studio.

"Well, for some time now, and even today and beyond, I have been living in a sober house," Wendy told her audience yesterday. "When you see me come to work, glammed up, right after the show I go across the street, I do my Pilates. I told you, two hours a day or like to take care of my body. And you know I've had a struggle with cocaine in my past. And I never went to a place to get the treatment. I don't know how, except God was sitting on my shoulder and I just stopped."

"After I go to the Pilates, I go to several meetings all around town in the Tri-state area. And I see my brothers and sisters caught up in their addiction and looking for help. They don't know I'm Wendy. They don't care I'm Wendy. There's no autographs, there is no nothing. It's the brothers and sisters caught up in the struggle. It's been really interesting. This ride. Only Kevin and Kevin have known about this. Not my parents, nobody. Nobody knew. Because I look so glamorous out here."

Right before her confession, the Daily Mail posted an exclusive, revealing Wendy had been living in the sober house, so she likely made the confession to get ahead of the story and control the narrative.

As you all know, there have been rumors that Kevin has been cheating on Wendy with his alleged mistress Sharina Hudson, who is allegedly pregnant. Not only that, it has been alleged he's abusive as well.  And those allegation have been making their rounds for YEARS.

The Daily Mail claims Kevin, 47, allegedly told Sharina, 33, he's not leaving his wife of 22 years because she funds his lifestyle. Sources tell the site Sharina has supposedly given Kevin several ultimatums, insisting he leave the talk show host so they can settle down and start a family together.

The source went on to say:

"Kevin is in love with Sharina but he told her he can't leave his wife, but the only reason he is still with Wendy is because he and Sharina can't take care of themselves - they need her money. Sharina has given Kevin several ultimatums over the years and he's had to point out, 'we can't afford to take care of ourselves.'"

"She's living in a very nice apartment in Manhattan he pays for and he got her a studio in midtown for one of her many businesses that he supports. He put her through school to be a massage therapist, he opened a kiosk for her at a mall in North Carolina where she's from. He helped her set up a jewelry and clothing line online called VISH. But none of her businesses have been a success."

Lordt.  (Alleged) side chicks get all the loot they need it seems.

Wendy's former co-worker/Power 105's "The Breakfast Club" radio personality Charlamagne tha God addressed the host's drama on air and he said she needs "rehab" from her husband.  Charlamagne said the "half truth" she shared is only "deflecting from her husband's alleged physical abuse and infidelity."  It's also no secret she, Charlamagne and Kevin haven't been on good terms since parting ways.

DJ Enyy called Wendy "wack" for sweeping her drama under the rug because "you can't talk ish about everybody and then when ish comes to your front door, you forget about it or you sweep it under the rug. No matter what we go through, we discuss it because we talk about everybody's life."

We've got a round up of new shows coming down the pipeline. Everything inside...

Robin Givens is gearing up to bring the heat on OWN in a new family drama series, "Ambitions."

Produced by Will Packer, "Ambitions" is about a multigenerational family saga centered around one woman (Essence Atkins) who, having recently relocated and intent on revitalizing her marriage, finds herself going head to head with some of the most powerful and deceitful players in the city.

The series was created by executive producer/writer Jamey Giddens (The Rich and The Ruthless) from an original idea by Will Packer.

Robin plays head strong Stephanie Carlisle, the wife of Atlanta Mayor Evan Lancaster (Brian White), whose true loyalty is to her own family’s prestigious law firm, where she is the latest in a long line of distinguished lawyers, according to Deadline. Stephanie is stuck on being in charge of the Carlisle family law firm and quietly fumes about her father Stephen’s condescending assertion that she’s simply not ready yet.

Essence portrays Amara, a lawyer in U.S. Attorney’s Office who has newly arrived in Atlanta with her husband, Titus (Kendrick Cross), according to the site. Originally from Texas, she is quickly gaining attention from the U.S. Attorney’s Office as a diligent prosecutor but disappoints her supervisor by turning down the offer to run point on a major local case.

Rounding out the series regular cast are Brely Evans (Being Mary Jane) and Erica Page (Ozark, Bad Dad Rehab). Kevin Arkadie (The Quad, New York Undercover) has joined as showrunner and Benny Boom (All Eyez On Me, Black Lightning) directs the pilot episode.

White’s Evan Lancaster, the Mayor of Atlanta, is married to attorney Stephanie Carlisle (Robin Givens). Evan’s political ambitions seem to cloud his judgement as he is willing to do anything to get to the next level in his career.

Cross’ Titus is an attorney who recently moved with his wife Amara (Essence Atkins) to Atlanta. Titus has been hired as in-house counsel for a big pharma company run by Hunter Purifoy, who is fighting a class action suit brought by the powerful Carlisle family.

Evans is Rondell, Atlanta Mayor Evan Lancaster’s (White) sister, who runs a not-quite-profitable restaurant called Thelma’s Place.

Page plays Bella, a fashion designer in Atlanta who designs all of Stephanie Carlisle’s (Givens) dresses for her.

Ava DuVernay and Oprah are teaming up again! "Queen Sugar" is a bonafide hit, and now, they're ready to bring another good series.

Under Ava's recently announced overall deal with Warner Horizon Scripted Television, the directress is executive producing a new anthology series titled "Cherish The Day," along with Lady O.

OWN gave the series a straight-to-series order because, Ava. Duh. Nah, but foreal. We all know Ava does the damn thing when it comes to telling stories.

According to Variety, the anthology series will chronicle the romance of one couple, with each episode spanning a single day. The season-long narrative will unfold to reveal significant moments in a relationship that compel people to hold true to the ones they love, from the extraordinary to the everyday. Sounds interesting.

“OWN is home,” DuVernay said. “I’m honored to create television for a network headed by an artist with spectacular vision and unbridled passion for the stories that we want to tell.”

Tanya Hamilton, who previously directed for “Queen Sugar,” has been tapped to be the showrunner and an executive producer. She will also direct the series premiere. Paul Garnes - who collaborates with Ava often and is a “Queen Sugar” executive producer - will also executive produce the new series. 

"Cherish The Day" is currently slated to premiere in winter 2020. Black love displayed on our TV screens during the cold, winter months? Sign us up.

Coming to Netflix...

"Stranger Things" is about to get, well, stranger.

Eleven successfully closed "the gate" to keep the monsters out, but there's something new ready to take over the small town. It's summer 1985, school is out, and the pool is open. And guess what? There's another slimy creature trying to take over Hawkins, Ind. It's scary and there's a mysterious gunman on the loose as well. "One summer can change everything," the tagline teases.

Season 3 of "Stranger Things" doesn't debut until July 4th, but check out the first trailer for the upcoming sci-fi series above.

Yesterday, "The Real" co-host Tamera Mowry Housley opened up about her first time meeting Jay Z. The ladies were talking about men who may not be overly attractive, but there's still something sexy about them and Jay Z's name came up. That's when the married mother-of-two shared her story.

The "Sister, Sister" star said she met the Hip Hop mogul years ago before she met her husband Adam Housley and before Hov linked up and married Beyonce. At the time, she was 23. Apparently, Hov totally charmed her during a movie premiere that had her all discombobulated.

"You do get like hit with charm. I found myself strangely asking for gum. It's so weird! I swear," she said. "My sister and I were at a premiere of Nutty Professor and he walked by. And I was like 'Oh, my God! That's Jay Z!' I was like, 'Can I have some gum?' And he gave me some gum."

Her co-host Loni Love gave her this look like, girl.

Cory Booker teases a White House wedding with Rosario Dawson, Andrew Gillum reveals his major announcement, and Kamala Harris takes over late night TV. GEt it all inside..

A White House wedding? It's possible.

Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) stopped by "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" to chop it up about his presidential run. But he also dished on his love life. It was recently revealed the Senator is dating Hollywood actress Rosario Dawson. In fact, it came straight from Rosario.  Conveniently on the same day Beto O'Rourke announced his candidacy.

During the interview, Sen. Booker gushed over the lady in his life, saying she taught him a lot of lessons about love already, how her nurturing spirit has made him more courageous and to love more fearlessly. Aww!

Ellen then joked about having a wedding in the White Hous. 

"That would be like our royal wedding," the daytime talk show said.

Sen. Booker asked if she would preside over the wedding.  Ha.  Could you imagine?

In the interview, he also talked about Trump tweets about late U.S. Senator John McCain, working towards gender diversity on the presidential ticket and more. Check it:

Remember when we told you Andrew Gillum was up to something?

Well, the former Tallahassee Mayor, who lost a bid for Florida governor in November, revealed his major announcement! No, he's not running for president, but his announcement has something to do with electing our next president. He just launched a voter registration drive in Florida aimed at beating Trump in 2020.

The new voter registration group is called "Bring It Home Florida," which is named after his 2018 campaign slogan.

"'Sir, your eviction notice is served and you are out of the White House,'" Gillum told a crowd of supporters in Miami Gardens Wednesday.

"We are going to commit ourselves to registering and engaging 1 million voters between now and the presidential election in 2020," he continued. "We can deny Donald Trump a second term right here in Florida," he said. "Now, how many states can you say, by themselves, have the ability to deny this man a return to the White House?" Gillum said. "I can't think of a better, bigger, better, greater, more important state than Florida for us to send that message."

He added, "We are uniquely situated to issue that eviction notice."

Get him outta there! (But this announcement really could have just been made by email, tbh.)

Hopefully, the amendment that passed in Florida that automatically restores voting rights to most felons who have completed their sentences will work in his favor.

Tyler Perry stepped in to help four children who lost their mother. Gotta love a celeb who walks the walk.  Find out how he blessed them, plus deets on Matthew A. Cherry's Hair Love film that just got picked up inside...

Everyone needs an angel here on Earth at some point and time. Tyler Perry was able to be just that for four children whose mother was horrifically  murdered.

The filmmaker stepped in to help 45-year-old Tynesha Evans' four children after police say she was shot and killed in a bank parking lot allegedly by her boyfriend. According to reports, the suspect - 58-year-old Othniel Inniss, allegedly lured Tynesha to a Wells Fargo bank in Atlanta under the pretense of giving her money to pay her rent. That's when he allegedly shot her. He was arrested and charged.

The producer offered to help the family by paying their rent so they don't get evicted, he paid for arrangements to have the mother's body flown to Wisconsin for her burial, and he offered to pay her 18-year-old's daughter's tuition at Spelman College, so she doesn't have to quit school.

Tynesha's daughter Audrey Turner received a personal phone call from Tyler and said she was surprised to hear how he was willing to help out.

"It was a call I wasn't even going to answer," she told WSB-TV. "I said, 'Well, let me answer it to see who it is.' I answered and the person on the other end said, 'This is Tyler.' I said, 'Who?' He said, ' This is Tyler.' I said 'Tyler who?' and he said 'Tyler Perry. At that point, I just broke down crying."

Aww!

Sharadiant Turner, who is a freshman at Spelman, said she's going to continue school in honor of her mother.

"I'm going to do what she wanted me to do. She started me on math and now I'm going to get to graduate with a mathematics degree from Spelman College without debt. It means everything," she said. The alleged shooter has been charged with murder and aggravated assault with a firearm.

A GoFundMe page was set up to help the family before Tyler stepped in with over $62,000 already raised. 

Thank God for angels here on Earth.

As for another story that'll have you in your feels...

In 2017, we told you director/producer Matthew A. Cherry was raising funds for a brand new, much-needed short film for the kiddies titled, Hair Love.

Hair Love centers around the relationship between an African-American father, Stephen, his daughter, Zuri and her hair. Stephen had to get to work on his daughter’s hair when his wife was unavailable to do it before a big event. Stephen will have to figure out how to do Zuri’s hair on his own and, as expected, hilarity will ensue.

The BlacKkKlansman executive producer has partnered with Sony Pictures Animation on the short animated film, according to Deadline.

“In the past year, it has been very clear that audiences have been yearning to see fresh stories that are universal and culturally authentic,” SPA President Kristine Belson said. “Hair Love is a wonderful father-daughter story and we are proud to nurture talented young filmmakers like Matthew who are breaking new ground,” the exec added.

Not only is an animated movie in the works,Hair Love will also be turned into a book that will be published by Kokila Books/Penguin Random House on May 14th.

“It was important to get this story out there and we are so grateful to Sony Pictures Animation for their generous support in helping us make that happen,” Cherry himself noted of the deal and roll-out plan. “They have championed it from its early stages and we cannot wait to share the project with the world.”

The site reports:

Co-directed by Cherry and Everett Downing, Hair Love raised $300,000 on Kickstarter back in 2017. That’s the most any short film, animated or not, has ever achieved on the funding platform.

Produced by Toliver, Cherry, Stacey Newton and Monica A. Young, Hair Love also sees Frank Abney and Peter Ramsey, who served as a director on SPA’s Oscar-winning Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, as EPs.

All that flexin' on the Gram is getting folks in trouble.  Gucci Mane's son's mother wants him behind bars. Find out why, plus deets on Atlanta mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms being investigated...

Since coming home from prison, Gucci Mane has seemingly been living the extra good life with his wife Keyshia Ka'oir. Now, he has baby mama drama.

Sheena Evans, mother of Gucci's 11-year-old son Keitheon, wants the Atlanta rapper locked up for failing to cover her lawyer fees in their ongoing child support case even after the court ordered him to cough up the cash.

In court documents (obtained by PEOPLE), Sheena claims Gucci has failed to pay the $2,495 to cover the cost of her lawyer, despite being ordered to do so.

The site reports:

In a motion for complaint and motion for sanctions filed in Georgia’s Superior Court of Fulton County, Evans’ declared the lack of payment “outrageous and egregious” and “another willful disregard for this Court’s authority.”

The motion goes on to allege that Mane, 39, has refused to cooperate by turning over documents to her lawyers as they move to find a resolution in the child support conflict. As a result, representatives for Evans have suggested jailing Mane until he “purges himself of his contempt.”

“Not only has the Respondent demonstrated that he has no concern for the authority of this Court,” Evans’ attorney continues, “or for the deadlines set by this Court, Respondent has also exhibited an alarming disregard of the consequences of his contemptuous behavior. He could care less.”

Sheena has been on the rapper's heels over a child support increase, requesting he pays $20,000/month in child support - a huge leap from the $2,026.49/month he was ordered to pay in 2011. In her filing, she said his music and business careers as offered him the opportunity to "thrive financially." While he's living in the lap of luxury (see what we did there), she said she's on welfare and living in Section 8.

Sheena also noted Gucci was able to drop over $1 million for his wedding with wife Keyshia Ka'oir.

The "Wake Up IN The Sky" rapper has been fighting back against the child support increase because he claims he doesn't make as much money Sheena believes he makes, despite flossing and dripping all over the 'Gram. He claims his income hasn't changed since 2011 and he can't afford an increase. In his filing, he pointed out that he's already paying health insurance and medical expenses for his son, so he doesn't feel like he should have to pay more and wants the case thrown out.

Whew.

More drama happening in the "A"...

Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms is being investigated by the Atlanta City Council to determine whether payments from the city to Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms’ campaign staff violated city code. She's being accused of using tax payer dollars to pay campaign workers before she was elected.

An article published in the Atlanta Journal Consitution found that six of Mayor Bottoms' campaign staff members were issued payments for a pay period in December 2017, before the city had formally offered them jobs.

The article stated political supporters were given job titled based on desired salaries, not their job qualifications or responsibilities. Not only that, it was also reported that Mayor Bottoms’ former campaign manager Marva Lewis was briefly made an Airport Deputy General Manager and received payments out of airport funds, in possible violation of FAA regulations.

Mayor Bottoms responded to the accusations, telling the AJC:

“I don’t run away from the fact that I wanted people from my team hired to help with the transition. I don’t know why they did it the way that they did, other than that’s the way they’ve always done things.”

She said she couldn't identify the person responsible for the personnel moves, but suggested former Human Resources Director Yvonne Yancy as a strong possibility. “I want to assume it was the HR director,” Bottoms said. “She was the one who signed off on it.”

The AJC claims they found records that show all the decisions about the six workers on her campaign were finalized after Bottoms had been sworn into office. None of the job offers or payments show Yancy’s signature. Yvonne Yancy said it wasn't her!

“Any assertions or suggestions that I approved or was responsible for the payment of Mayor Bottoms’ former campaign workers in December are completely false and stand in direct conflict with documents and correspondences related to this matter,” Yancy said in a statement on Monday. “I can not take responsibility for hiring decisions that were made by the current administration after my last day of employment.”

After filing paperwork to trademark her daughter's name, Cardi B. is making more trademark moves.

The "Money" rapper recently filed paperwork to trademark "OKURRR" because chick has some merch she's itching to release. According to The Blast, the NYC raptress is looking to put her catchy catchphrase on items for a clothing line, including shirts, pants and hoodies. She's also looking to put her signature saying on paper goods like cups and posters. She filed for the trademark on March 11th.

By the way, she smartly filed the saying twice - with 3 R's and another version with 2 R's.

It's a smart move for her because literally everyone says her famous catchphrase, from babies to grannies. "OKURRR" is here to stay, esp. since its been featured in her Pepsi commercials. We're sure she's going to use it when she makes her movie debut in the stripper flick, Hustlers. In case you missed, deets on the movie are HERE.

City Girls rapper JT (real name Jatavia Johnson) is counting down the days before she's released from prison after turning herself in last year on fraudulent credit card charges. She's currently doing time in the Federal Correctional Institution in Tallahassee, Florida.

The Miami rapper had someone post pictures of her on her official Instagram page where she thanked fans for their support and let them know she would be home soon.

"The wait is almost over," she captioned with a purple grinning devil emoji. "Thank you so much for the love & support. I told yal that 2019 is City Girls year. PERIOD! #FreeJT."

Recently, JT's City Girls rap partner/co-founder Yung Miami and Quality Control's Pierre "Pee" Thomas paid her visit. And we can't lie, chick looked fly, makeup and all.

City Girls' success has been bittersweet due to JT's incarceration. The "Twerk" rapper went behind bars right when the group began to blow up. Yung Miami has been holding it down without her since she has been gone.

According to the Federal Inmate Locator site, JT is scheduled to be released March 21, 2020, but she hints at an earlier release on IG.

The countdown begins...

R. Kelly's ex-wife Andrea Kelly - who appeared in "Surviving R. Kelly" - is gearing up for reality TV again.

After appearing on "Atlanta Exes," the dance choreographer will now be starring on a new season of "Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta."

She'll be joining other new cast mates, including TLC singer T-Boz, Waka Flocka and his wife Tammy RIvera (they're getting those WETv checks aren't they?). A new season of "GUHH: ATL" returns this summer.

Drea and R. Kelly's kids will also be featured on the show. However, the singer will not be the focal point of storyline on the show.

Sources told The Blast, Drea didn't ask for permission, nor did she inform R. Kelly they would be starring on the show. The site reports:

Two of the three children are over the age of 18, but we’re told there is zero communication between Drea and Kelly, so she never ran anything by him.Furthermore, sources close to Drea scoffed at the notion she would seek out Kelly’s blessing for any business opportunities after it took jail time to get him to pay up on back child support.

We’re told all three of Kelly’s children, including Joann, Jay and Robert Jr., will be featured on the show. However, Joann’s aspiring singing career will be the focal point.

We’re told Joann, who performs under the name Buku Abi, was adamant regarding “not talking” about her controversial father, as he is not someone actively involved in her life. The R&B singer actually shared a birthday message for her this week, but we’re told the two have still not spoken.

We're curious what their storyline will be since they claim they aren't going to be discussing R. Kelly.  What would be the purpose of being on this show?

The "I Believe I Can Fly" singer has a court hearing today. On his way inside, a female fan was heard yelling, "I love you Kells!" as he and his legal team walked inside the Leighton Criminal Courthouse this morning.

The Grammy Award winner is appearing in court to find out if a judge will grant his request to travel to Dubai to perform next month. He needs the money. As you know, Kelly was ordered to turn over his passport after he was indicted with 10 aggravated sexual abuse charges.

Kelly's legal team is demanding to see the two alleged sex tapes that were turned in to Cook County prosecutors by lawyer Michael Avenatti and they're hoping to walk out of court with them today so they can start building his defense. The singer's lawyer Steven Greenbergtold TMZ prosecutors will begin handing over discovery materials for the case today. He said there's no gurantee what they'll get, but they'll likely receive police reports, and case material from Kelly's 2008 trial.

Greenberg claims he hasn't seen the tapes, so he hasn't been able to build a defense. But, once he does, here's what he said will happen:

He'll immediately order a full forensic analysis of the tapes ... if he and Kelly believe the tape does show the singer. If they don't think it's Kelly, Greenberg says he'll speed things up to trial.

For now, it's a waiting game since Kelly's team has no idea what prosecutors will hand over.

Kelly might also ask the judge to let him travel to Dubai for work -- he had to surrender his passport when he got arrested. Sources close to the singer tell us he could potentially get a gig there, but doesn't have anything booked yet.

Greenberg says he's not sure the judge will hear that request Friday, but it's on their "to do" list because -- make no mistake -- Kelly's desperate to make some cash.

Kelly's legal team intends to question the morality of his accusers and argue that IF Kelly had sex with them, it was consensual and that he thought they were of age. In the videos Avenatti turned over to prosecutors, it's believed the female featured in it is underage. It's reported there were several instances where they both referred to her body parts as being "14-years-old."

Greenberg has also signaled he may push to have some counts tossed on grounds statutes of limitation ran out or because some are too closely related to crimes for which Kelly was acquitted at his 2008 child pornography trial. Greenburg has been vocal about "double jeopardy," but he obviously doesn't know the true meaning of the phrase, being that Kelly isn't being brought up on the same charges as his 2008 child pornography case.

On the day Kelly was arrested, Greenberg said he thinks "all the women are lying," so they'll likely be singing that same tune in court. A mess.

R. Kelly hasn't posted since he was indicted, but he surely popped up this week to sing "Happy Birthday" to his daughter Joann Kelly, who's turning 21-years-old. You'll recall, Joann spoke out about her father, calling him a "monster" in an emotional IG post.  They haven't spoken in years.  The convenience.

Pastor John Gray's alleged mistress is speaking out and she's spilling PIPING hot tea about their MORE than emotional affair. Find out what she said and deets on his show inside...

It seems like the more Pastor John Gray talks about this alleged affair, the worse it gets.

You'll recall, Pastor Gray and his wife Aventer Gray appeared on "The Real" recently to "clear up" rumors that he had been cheating on his wife and got another woman pregnant.

In the interview, he said he did NOT cheat on his wife, however, he did participate in an "emotional affair."

“Over a year ago, my wife and I were in a very difficult place in our marriage, and in that time, I began to converse with someone - other than a counselor, other than a pastoral leader, which is where I should have taken my issues and challenges - and began to converse, and I was even in the presence of that person one time,” Pastor Gray revealed while chatting it up on “The Real."

“But being in the presence of someone is not the same as sleeping with them. I did not sleep with anyone.”

Well, this "confession" didn't sit well with the woman he's allegedly cheating with and now she's spilling tea WITH receipts. Whew, chile.

The woman - who has remained anonymous - chopped it up with Larry Reid on the phone in December 2018 to discuss her affair with Pastor Gray. She claims they started getting close when he helped her with one of her employees who was dealing with addiction. The woman claims John was the one who started crossing boundaries with her that lead to them having an affair.

“It started with him. He likes to say 'breathing life into me.' So he was just there as far as talking to me, pretty much pastoring me, ministering to me. I called on him to do a favor to for a person that I knew that was struggling with some addiction issues. It was an employee of mine. That employee actually wound up speaking with him and it got him on the straight and narrow. So I sent him a text message telling him thank you. And he said, ‘Whatever you need.’ And I was like ‘Well thank you.’ And he said, ‘I’m talking about you.’"

The woman said she has known Pastor Gray half of her life.  She claims their conversations began getting deeper. She told Pastor Gray about her financial issues and he didn't hesitate to offer help. She said he paid her BMW off and would often send her money via the Cash App.

“It snowballed into ‘I just love you so much. I always loved you. I always thought about you. I always cared about you.’ “

"He would say, ‘The Lord told me that you need some money so go ahead and check your cash app. I already put money in your account. Then he’ll be like, ‘What color panties you got on? Let me see your nipples.’"

She said he told her that he didn't love his wife and “he only married her because she looked good on paper.” He supposedly also told her he was "tired of being behind this mask" and that he was going to leave her.

Pastor allegedly said to her about his wife: "She [his wife] don't suck, she don't f*ck. She don't even wash my drawers."

The alleged mistress said all of this was going down as the couple was moving into their new church in Greenville, South Carolina.

She read off text messages between them and she also shared a voicemail Pastor Gray sent her where he's heard saying:

“Yo are you like ignoring me now? I’m just trying to make sure. Let me get this straight. I’m being ignored by someone who I have sought to sow seed into, get resources to. I’m in your city and I can’t get a call back. I just wanted to make sure I got my facts straight. Got it!”

Lordt.

In another voicemail, the first thing he told her was to erase the voicemail after she listens to it because his wife gets their text messages in his phone. He said his wife found out that they were in the same hotel as him, but "she does not know I went your room. She doesn't remember me leaving. She has your number."

The woman shared Pastor Gray would speak in TONGUES when he climaxed on Facetime.

"He likes to jack off on the screen and he comes and when he comes, he speaks in tongues. No joke. When we slept together, he jumped up!”

Chile...

The woman said Pastor Gray's wife Aventer KNOWS about their affair and she said she's sure she's not the only one.

Offset explains why he publicly put his heart on his sleeve to win back his wife Cardi B. Find out what he told Ellen DeGeneres about his public display, plus what he said about his relationship with his estranged father inside...

When it comes to men showing vulnerability, Offset says it can go two ways.

He says when you do it or when you don't do it, it's something wrong with it either way and that's why men don't like showing their softer side.

The Migos rapper - who released his debut solo album Father of 4 last month - stopped by the "Ellen DeGeneres Show" to explain why he put his heart on his sleeve for the world to see. As we all know, Offset and Cardi B got together, almost broke up due to getting caught in a hotel room with another chick while they were engaged, got married and thenofficially broke up after cheating allegations surfaced (again).

After Offset took to his Instagram account to publicly apologize to the "Money" rapper for "entertaining" other females, he crashed her headlining set at the Rolling Loud Festival in LA. It was a historical moment in Cardi's career as she was the first woman to headline the festival. People felt like he was acting out selfishly by crashing her set, making it about him. However, he wants everyone to know he did it because he loves her.

"I step to it as a man and say I'm wrong. And you don't have to take me back, but I just want you to know I love you and I care. I'm putting it all out on the table."

He said he asked her to marry him during a show in Philadelphia in front of 60,000 people and folks were questioning why he would propose in front of all those people.

"It's just my affection showing I'm not hiding it. I'm not hiding my affection from you. Me being vulnerable I guess. It kinda bit me with the response of people. But that's why our men don't be trying to be vulnerable because when you do it...there's something wrong with it either way."

He has a point.  But there's limits to everything. And stalker and harasser vibes are just that.

At the end of the segment, he brought out his son who was carrying a $25,000 to donate to Ellen's foundation because he likes the philanthropic work she does in Africa.

In legal news...

It's being reported Offset and Cardi B's security team will not face any charges after an alleged assault on an "autograph hound" at last year's Met Gala. And now, the case has been closed.

Sources tell TMZ the alleged victim, Giovanni Arnold, refused to be interviewed by NYPD detectives. As you know, the beatdown was caught on video and went viral online. He filed a https://theybf.com/2018/05/20/offset-shares-bloody-photos-of-car-crash-a... ">lawsuit against the rappers in July 2018 after he was beat up for asking the "Please Me" rapper for an autograph outside the Mark Hotel following the Met Gala.

The criminal lawsuit has been closed, however, a fan named Daniel Szalkiewicz reportedly still has a pending civil suit claiming that he suffered injuries to his face, neck, back and body.
